The taste of food are great. Pizza is good with crunchy and soft texture at the same time. The steak was also good as well as the pasta. The dessert was delicious too. Customer service is excellent. The location is also nice. Highly recommended place for Italian food lovers. But I don't like the sweet wine I tried, the first one on the sweet wine list, ( i couldn't remember the name). Don't recommend that one for drink.

Very nice authentic Italian. The pasta and pizza were all good. Spicy chicken was super tender and juicy with strong herb taste. Tuna salad was well made, the fish was cooked to perfection. However the truffle pizza was a little cold inside, the server promptly warmed it up upon request. But it still tasted great. Would recommend if you’re in the area. The fact that this restaurant remains open while surrounding restaurants have closed down has proven the point.

The restaurant is situated on the ground floor of "The Groove" at Central world shopping mall Rama I. Very nice authentic Italian. The taste of food are great. This is a delightful Italian restaurant in Bangkok. Sure it’s a little bit pricier than some of the larger chain restaurants, but not expensive for the quality of food on offer. The presentation of the food is excellent and every dish was really delicious. You can see the attention that has gone into the food, even the photos to present the specials look amazing, and the service was also faultless. The owner makes all the food from scratch and it clearly shows. I will be definitely be back.

Lovely venue and as per all things Thai, the staff are smiling and eager to please. The 5 flavours pizza was a mountain of carb and do not order for one person as they may have a challenge in their hands. The negroni was made perfectly and the remains of the slab of pizza went home with me for breakfast. The food lacked seasoning but sometimes it is better to add your own salt.

A casual italian spot for lunch or dinner in Groove Central World. The service here is very good. Staff is very friendly and attentive. They try to accommodate everything and are super nice (big plus). The food here is also delicious. The breads are great and the pasta is delicious esp the tagliolini!! :) beef carpaccio is also good! The only one i would say i disliked was the seafood stew— bland, super oily, and did not feel fresh. Overall can repeat this place as a casual brunch/lunch spot!

Good food, good service. Staff sawasdee all the way you walk in and out. So impressed. Love pizza bread here. Spicy roasted farm chicken is also delicious. Seafood soup also good. 👍

Stopped by to have dinner. We ordered flat bread pepperoni pizza, salad, and skirt steak. The flat bread pizza had barely any tomato sauce. The pepperoni tasted like the store bought. The salad, along with the dressing, was good. Skirt steak cooked medium raw (perfectly), but it was stringy. Service was good, and the food came out fast.

This is my favorite Italian restaurant. Like a restaurant with a long history, everything is done with care. You can enjoy excellent house wine at a low price. The service mind of the staff is also excellent.

First time there...and definitely won't be the last. You don't get to see that much smiling faces anymore these days...but iO has that. All smiling when you walk in. All staff are very attentive. Food is deeeelizioso. They have a very tasty parma ham. My favorite for now is parma ham schiacciata with good amount of rocket. Would absolutely be going back there again. Totally recommend it. Keep it up, you guys.

So I came here for lunch time meeting with a friend and even though I’ve been here before many many times I absolutely love this place the ambiance the food is outstanding!! I wasn’t very hungry, but I had one of their bruschettas which was so so good!! My friend ordered the porchetti pork and loved every bite!!! The service here is also incredible, very attentive, and not annoying which is good ! Chef Anna is the lady who runs this place and they also have a location in Pattaya ! This one in central groove is so good it’s a staple I mean I don’t know any time I finish shopping or doing anything I’d like to pop by here for a quick piece of pizza 🍕 , pasta 🍝 or a glass of wine or something but anyway if you’re in central Bangkok this is the place to go !! Stylish Italian Osteria inside the Mall We felt very welcome by the whole team. Chef as well as service staff were very friendly and made our stay really comfortable. Nice place to chill with friends. I went to the outlet in Singapore which was always long queue and have to book a seat way in advance, surprisingly no queue at the Bangkok outlet. Food standard still the same. 👍🏻

Nice and good Italian restaurant in Central World. The ambiance is nice. The food is good. The service is perfect. Prices are not cheap but not expensive too much. Better than a lot of other Italian restaurants in Bangkok. The place is easy to reach at the ground floor in Central World.

Good overall experience. Pane carasau drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with sea salt is very nice. Seafood soup and Crab-filled Cappellacci served with bisque are superb. Chef Anna Borrasi has prepared us a special spaghetti vongole. Very impressive.

Definitely I recommend this place for a warm plate anytime during the day. The food was very very tasty and music was on point with Tiziano Ferro. Taverna, different type of Italian food and a large variety of wine. All the staff interacted with us even the Chef at the end. We will return back soon. 🥰

Located inside conjunction with Central World Mall, this Italian Resto provides very authentic Italian food, big portions, reasonable price, and good ambience. Many choices of Pasta, Pizza, Appetizer, Italian Main Course, until the Desserts. It's a must dining place if you like Italian food.

iO Italian Osteria Bangkok is a bright welcoming space. They have great wines, food boards and grilled dishes. Fresh charcuterie, cheese and salads. We enjoyed the Pinot Noir as well as grilled chicken platter with cheese, prosciutto and grilled tuna takaki. Everything was prepared wonderfully and served with a smile. Plan to spend about 450 Baht per person on food, bottles start at 750 Baht. Enjoy the wine and atmosphere at iO Italian Osteria Bangkok.

Was pleasantly surprised with this place. We actually had intended to dine at a different restaurant but it was closed. iO Italian was there and seemed appealing so we gave it a try. Very happy with the food and wine choices. Service was excellent. Will definitely go back next time I'm in Bangkok.

A WAR CRIME. The food is microwaved. For the same price you are better off with fast food. The more you spend here the more the owners are bending you over with a smile ear to ear. Save your money, avoid this hole.

What an amazing place! Food is delicious, best Italian dishesh and everything tastes amazing. Any pizza will be a winner. Big variety of pastas, pizzas & meat. Go for the white house wine and you won't be disappointed. Service is great and staff is very friendly. Book a table if you want to dine during the weekend.

It's a nice restaurant in the groove, central world. They have a very nice pizza and pasta and their service is by far much better than their next-door competitors (but obviously more pricey). Good quality of food, and their roasted chicken us really nice(could be better if less oily).
