This is not the restaurant and it’s disappointing it’s not more clearly marked. It’s just the store. It took a bit of digging to read older reviews to find out that the restaurant closed in 2021. We went to the original location and the parking attendant told our taxi driver of this particular location. We continued to look for the actual restaurant and the staff of the store, informed us it had been closed. They did mention the restaurant will reopen sometime next year.

Be carefully. Hard Rock Cafe not working !!! Working only Hard Rock Shop !!! Who stypid manager take decision not informed customers about this situation? People going from whole the world to HRC this information is very important for customers. Mistake big mistake.

Be careful this cafe is closed up to next year. Only the shop is open but still deserve a look the staff is amazing and the choices too to get a souvenir from Bangkok ^^

Maybe it is because it just opened but I was very disappointed. Having gone to the old one in Siam Square for many many years I was looking forward to the return. Was a tad worried that they had redone the menu and my favourite pulled pork had been removed but it was still there so we went whole hog. Mac n cheese, onion rings, quesadilla, buffalo chicken wings and my beloved pulled pork. The pulled pork was good but not wow. The rest was acceptable but uninspiring. Expensive as expected but missing was the Rock of Hard Rock. Jazz was being played and the memorabilia was as wimpy as the onion rings, all dressing and no substance. Waitress tried to make a good situation out of a bad one writing down our observations but I got the feeling she was in practice. Hope this is just a bad dream and after the traumas of opening it will improve.

Another Hard Rock Shop that caters mainly to tourists nowadays. Many locals and visitors like me have lost the passion for the HRC branding as that is so 20 years ago. However, there's still a strong market for the merchandise and this Lumphini HRC has some interesting items. If you're a Hard Rock fan, you must stop here.

Best bar and restaurant in Bangkok. Great food, very friendly service, and the best live band in all of Thailand. If you’re celebrating a special occasion or just want to have a good time, this is the place for you, trust me you won’t be disappointed at all. Live band 6 days a week ( Monday through Saturday).

Good atmosphere, great music, fabulous food and dessert! Mac and cheese, pork ribs, Messi burgers and brownies were very tasty. The band was rocking the place! And it is very convenient to travel here both by skytrain and personal car.

Good place to listen to music, catch up with friends, have delicious food and maybe celebrate a birthday. Good service with energetic and friendly staff. Nothing can go wrong here. Hard Rock Cafe is located in the middle of Siam Square, it is a safe area. Children are welcome for lunch and dinner but have to leave before the band starts to perform.

It’s unfortunate that only the clothing and apparel shop is open when I was in Bangkok. Choices are minimal, some designs dating back to a few years back (clearing off as free with the purchase of 2 other T-shirts). However, the shop is convenient and easily accessible by LRT, getting off at Chit Lom station with the bridge linking to Maneeya Centre Building. Looking forward to the new Erawan outlet to open

Famous Hard Rock Cafe near Siam BTS station. A little bit pricey but nice location and decent sized foods. A variety of burgers and Western style cuisine to choose from. Nice musical background entertainment and was not too busy when we went Thursday evening.

The food and service were excellent. The band was great as usual. The have a nice promotion going until end of March 2021. If you have dinner there you get 50% discount on Hard Rock T-Shirts. On top of this the have a buy one get one free promotion on drinks.

This shop staff are really kind. They have taken photos for me.📷 They opened shop for me. 🎸🎸🎸 Because I had to wait there before the restaurant opened. I was very happy. I will go next time 😊😊😊

Expect the worst service here. They have a promotion of buy one get one free. Be careful they serve you two drinks at once. They can’t even wait until you finish the first one. Expect the worst service I repeat. This bar can’t keep your beer cold. Don’t spend a dime. Not coming back

Weak Bahama mama drink, didn’t taste any alcohol? Average Caesar salad. Better than the Hard Rock Phuket.

Good place with live music. Friendly staff. The shop is a little out of the way but again impeccable service.

One of the best location near the Central World. After shopping at the central world you can stopping by at the Hard Rock Cafe with a delicious food and enjoy your time with a music. My niece she is named Nam has recommended us the best food. We definitely will be coming back again George CR7

I forgot to take some pictures here! The place is accessible via bts. Stop at chit lom station and walk a litte bit to reach it. They do not have the mug with guitar's handle. Just a regular white mug with hard rock print. Tshirts and caps are plenty with discounts. Open at 11am to 8pm. They really close at 8pm. No compromise.

Hands down the best food in all of Thailand! You'll feel right at home eating here. Plus the place was full of non locals so you know it's a great place to eat!

The restaurant was closed. The rock shop was good though. The lady behind the counter went out of her way to help me. The service was great.

Staff was very polite. Bought a medium shirt and when they pulled one out of the back, it was a youth medium. Only the tag on the sleeve showed this. I had already left Bangkok and can’t return it. Very disappointed for how expensive everything is in the store

Stay at Novotel Platinum Pratunam and just follow the R walkaway and reach this place easily, i have an oppurtunity to grab some collection like hard rock bangkok ramayana series. Unfortunately it only left six pieces apart from 12 original pins. I have a promotion on buy 1 get 1 pin. Thx HR Bangkok

Good atmosphere feels like you sit in the bar in USA. The staffs very friendly and service mind. However the price a little above average for restaurant in Thailand.

Three storey building, nice place to host the event for small group. Cocktail choices don't have much and limited as you reserved for in advance. Spicy spaghetti seafood are sooooo great, the rest to me just fine.

As usual, tourist love to visit HRC, or at least the Rock Shop. Bought caps & tshirt here

Good food, good shows, great drinks and amazing vibe

I'm usually ordering the local legendary and I have tryed a lot of them till now. For me the local legendary in Bangkok is one of the best I have ever had. With the green thai curry as sauce on the burger, it is much more spicy then the Atomic burger. I like spicy food and this burger is really spicy ! ! !

Hard rock was small and quaint, and the food was ok but the service was hectic but it was a busy might with tribute to Queen so maybe that's why.
