Thai restaurant with an international crowd and English speaking service. The food was great! Portions are hearty so would be great to order family style. Loved the coconut soup and the chicken satay. The place itself is nice and colorful with a lively vibe. The chairs weren’t very comfortable and the wifi is spotty so wouldn’t recommend taking calls there.

Found it thanks to our guide book (Le Routard) and oh boy was this a gem of a find!! Amazing cocktails, tasty fresh food and great service! And on top of that it won’t break the bank as everything is really well-priced. Will return without hesitation for sure!

Cute restaurant with a very laid back bohemian decor when you enter. Crowd were mostly tourists. Food was really tasty. We got some pomelo salad which was refreshing yet savoury from the coconut milk, some stir fried bamboo shoot and glass noodle, stir fried morning glory (a.k.a kangkong, water spinach), pad thai with prawns which were fresh, which was all so good . The tom yum was delicious too but is extremely mild on the spiciness level so those who can take spice would probably need to make a special request to make it extra spicier. All in all, good quality of food with affordable prices. Decor was okay, we were seated outside which I found to be a little cramped for a 5 person table as most of the tables were there to accommodate groups of 4, and also 1 really large one to accommodate 10-12. Also, I wished they brought more of the funky lighting and decor on the outside section. A place worth visiting if you’re in the area.

It’s a very touristy place. But the nice kind of touristy. Rambuttri is the little sister of Khao San but so much more chill. You go here to watch people and have a few drinks. Beers are cheap, people are quirky and the vibe is super relaxed. Madame Musur is THE place to hang out in Rambuttri. It’s located at the nicer, quiet corner (Phra Arthit side) and plays chill music. There are plenty of small street shops around. So it’s perfect to watch people from all over the world.

Wow what a beautiful meal! Hats off to the chef! I can see why it was so highly rated between the other ratings. Such an absolute gem! It's in a massive tourist hotspot (where people will try to sell you things you won't understand) so it's easy to just give a mediocre meal - not this one! The green curry had the perfect kick. The Guaytiew Kua was out of this world good! So so so so nice! They gave us wonderful chopsticks too, which we appreciated! The food was also incredibly well presented and the waiter checked and pointed with everything we ordered, just to be sure! This is welcomed in a place where things can get lost in translation. The watermelon juice was amazingly refreshing and my wife loved the lemon soda to help with her nausea (caused before she arrived and nothing to do with the meal!) While they had WiFi, I didn't try it but I made note of the password. I'd be surprised if it was bad, honestly. The price was slightly higher than what we were used to but even with a 7% tax it was still like 470 THB - not exactly breaking the bank now. There are other places in the area that charge almost double that for something horrific and plastic so I'm happy with playing for this. Finally, this is a lovely place if you wanted to people watch. While there are other restaurants that look almost identical or nicer, there's a reason why this one is so highly rated. This was our last meal in Bangkok otherwise we'd have visited again. Thanks for a fantastic meal!

The service and the staff are very nice! We went to this part of the city just because we wanted to see what it was all about. It was fun for one evening, but not really our thing. The food and cocktails were allright and it was fun to watch all the people passing by. But we like the more local spots and experience better.

We enjoyed dinner, Panang Curry and Tom Yum Soup, as well as breakfast, Thai Rice Soup with a poached egg here. Both meals were delicious - the breakfast was exceptional and I would definitely recommend it. The service was friendly and it was the perfect location to watch hustle and bustle of Bangkok!

Super chilled. A group of angry Aussie’s arrived wanting our table and so the staff asked us to move… which wasn’t cool - I guess they wanted to calm them down, but they’ve lost a repeat customer. Not really any atmosphere and warning that they’ll charge full price for happy hour drinks hoping that people won’t notice - check your bill! Nice outside lights though.

Really cool place, nicely decorated, English speaking staff and a bunch of options on the menu. Ideal for having food or drinks in group or even by yourself. Lots of international guests, so I guessed it must be a clean and safe place for food. I was so satisfied that I decided to come back again one more night during my stay in Bangkok.

Nice atmosphere in a a nice area of Bangkok. The food is very good and the price is perfect. Personally I like smaller, more intimate restaurants, but since we were with a big group, this was the perfect place to go.

Great food, safe to eat for europeans. Great value and the overall vibe and service is very good. The staff sometimes even speaks a little dutch. We've been here three times, because we couldn't find a better place to sit and eat.

What a lovely place, clean toilets, quick kind helpful service, we choose to seat inside and we had such a good experience, really relaxed atmosphere and the food was really good! All is freshly made and was beautifully presented, not at all pricy as well. My recommendation, try the home made Tamarind soda, it's lovely.

If you are wondering how khao san Road, and want a spot to eat try here! It was round a dark corner so I was sceptical at first to walk there but it’s a beautiful restaurant. The prices were decent and the food came really quickly. The outdoor seating area is super lovely and aesthetic and it even has fans outside! The service was really good to, they accept card payment. Affordable, good atmosphere, good food

Relaxed and funky atmosphere. Stopped off here for some lunch and a beer on the way back to the river boat from Koa San Road. Glad we did as the food and service was great. Tasty curry and the chicken and cashew nuts stir fry was delicious. Probably gets really busy later in the evening but in the afternoon was very chilled.

Literally one of my best memories from my month travelling in Thailand. I’m so happy I found this place on the very first day I arrived in Bangkok, and went back every day. Their dishes aren’t like the ones I’ve tried anywhere else (northerner dishes?) and I’ve tried them all - menu pic attached. The staff is incredibly friendly, the atmosphere very nice, always great music, and Madame Musur is there every night and is absolutely lovely. I will miss this place for sure and highly highly recommend it to anyone. Keep up the good work Madame Musur 😊

Very nice place for cocktails ! Setup was nice. Quite crowded but this is normal when it comes to a nice fish bar like that. Service was really good and efficient. Cocktails were nice as well, we all enjoyed it. Food looks good as well but we were not hungry when we came over. Highly recommended.

This is located in the wonderful backpackers area of Kho San Road. You can see the hostels on both sides of the road and there is a very hip vibe here. The crowd is usually young backpackers from all over the world. The ambience is very lively and the party is on through the night. Food and drinks available are good. You can also shop for some nice, cheap souvenirs around the place. Make sure that you do not sit at one place and walk around a bit visiting the many bars/pubs

Very pleasant little restaurant in this atmospheric road. Great place for an evening meal. The restaurant shares a menu with the next door premises, good simple food, served well. It is inexpensive. Great choice of food and smoothies too, as well as cocktails.

The atmosphere was very relaxed. We sat in the area where we had to remove our shoes, but it was less crowded. Only us and another couple were there. The front part of the restaurant was much more crowded and more in the sun. Food tasted good.

During our 6 days in Bangkok we came here 4-5 times and are amazed!!! Madame Musur is a beautiful and chilled out restaurant in a quite galley where there isn‘t any traffic. The ambiente is very calm, they have good music and the boho-style decoration makes it extremely welcoming to spend many hours in the local. Even if it is very hot in Bangkok and the restaurant is open, it is shady and cool thanks to the many fans and plants. The smoothies are delicious we tried banana, mango, watermelon and mango pineapple. The brunch options as well as the thai food is amazing and the service is super friendly. We definoitely recommend comming here. Thank you to the madame musur team!

My fav place I stopped at during my 2 week trip to Thailand. This is a really great restaurant featuring Northern Thai food. You must have the Khao Soi Gai if you like spicy! It's my new fav Thai dish. So good I had to go back for it when I returned to Bangkok and it was just as good! It's out of this world. Pairs nice with their Mango smoothie made with yogurt. Madame Musur is a nice, cute spot on Rambuttri, not so busy like on Khaosan. We had a few other items on the menu, all delicious. Definitely make this place a part of your Bangkok experience.

Awesome place! I had the chicken Satay and some mango with sticky sweet rice. The chicken satay was sooooo good! The curry it comes with was sweet and added a lot to the flavor. The mango was super fresh and sweet. I had a Pina colada.. The staff was very welcoming and nice.

Great food and service. I received my food very quickly, 5 minutes after I made my order. What a surprise! I have to mention about the the beef, it was quite tender. It's okay to order beef dishes here. I'm very satisfied with the food and service of this restaurant. Next time when I'm near by I'll probably pop in again. :)

This place is located in a good area, not so far from Khaosan. Sometimes there were some activities on the road, break dance, pretty lively. It also looked lovely outside, with all of the lights and design, felt like you were entering a temple. Food was nice and tasted good, I ordered Panang curry and 3 scoops of ice cream, was not disappointed. The only thing that felt a bit off was service. Sometimes it seemed like waiters had no idea what to do, felt confusing. In overall, great experience and reasonable prices.

Beautiful decoration and lighting, which make the environment feel cozy and welcoming. The food and drinks are incredible. The servings are generous. The Thai potato chips are a whole othe level of delicious, as well as the mango sticky rice. The staff was kind and attentive.

This is a fantastic bar/restaurant. I'm a regular visitor to Banglumphu and especially Soi Rambuttri surrounding wat chana songkram and this is absolutely the best I've been to over the years. I've eaten wonderful Northern Thai dishes like, khao soi gai and the delicious gang hang-le. My friend had a top class pat thai goong and I've just had another, new for me, dish yum som o. In addition it's a beautiful bar, I can hear cocktails being shaken as I type. The whole area is quiet with many places closed but luckily for me and my fellow customers this is very much open.
