Reserved table for two 30 mins before arrival but staff did not know which table to put us. Finally got a table with only one chair so my partner have to walk out to find his own chair. Staff did not come to ask for drinks and didn't even look at us calling them with our hands raised. And it took over 20 minutes to serve a REQUESTED rare temp tenderloin. Steak was over seasoned. This is the second time visiting, not sure if there will be a third as it lacked the required level of service.

Incredibly slow service, higher pricing, many menu items sold out or not available, and most surprisingly — the steak was NOT quality. A medium order came back very rare, the utensils provided (butter knife) could not slice through the steak (very chewy), and the two end pieces (comes pre-sliced) were pure fat and gristle. I also question the weight. Obviously, Arno’s must serve some quality steaks considering the volume of positive reviews, but for me, on this day, there was simply NO redeeming quality.

Did Party Pack here, booked via Hungry Hub website. Awesome meal and great price! Was so full after. Meat was great and so were the starters and dessert! Staffs were very friendly and they gave us a really nice table in the room further inside. Staff said that the space is only for Party Pack tables from Hungry Hub. Highly recommended!

My favorite Butcher Restaurant in Bangkok Great dried age prime rib steak and tomahawks with reasonable price. Always busy recommend booking in advance especially weekends. If you're beef lover must try.

Arno's Butcher and Eatery. At this place, you either go for the most expensive cut if the meats are looking good in the meat fridge, or just go for cheap cuts to enjoy a reasonably priced steak. For the former one, you may experience a marvelous steak if the aging is done well, and sometimes for some reason the steak is just plain. Seems there is a difficulty in controlling the quality of the high end ones. Some of the premium wines are cheaply priced and definitely to be bought if you know the market...

We had an awesome beefy dinner, settled for the porterhouse. Often referred to as “the king of steaks”, the Porterhouse is actually two steaks in one. One side of the bone yields a succulent and tender tenderloin, while the other side yields a flavourful striploin.

Good beef with fair price. Pasta was better than expected. Waiters looked busy but friendly when they came to the table. Nice interior. Recommend to try if you like beef.

Good for wine n dine with Steaks. The dry aged steaks taste great. A little bit pricey but the quality and the taste makes it worthwhile. If you want better steak than this in Bangkok you gotta visit the super-expensive Argentinian steak houses..

I was looking forward to it because it was the main store, but it fell short of expectations. The 80-day aged steak was edible, but there was too much fat on the steak. The burger set was disappointing. In addition, the service of the staff is not good. I don't want to recommend it.

I ordered all day special set of Sirloin & Tenderloin with 75 days dry aged. Taste is good with reasonable price. But the service attitude is not good. I feel uncomfortable to have this late lunch!

The restaurant is all about high quality meat. There is a butcher shop and restaurant. Aged beef and much much more. There is ample offstreet parking. The staff is friendly. I also think the wine list and price is very reasonable There are many branches around town. They deliver a consistent standard. This branch is less busy because of all the new branches open.

The original branch of the legendary Arno's Butcher and Eatery (I more often visit the Burger joint at Narathiwas 15). Brought the team here for the first time of the monthly eating-out which we intend to revive it this year. I had this juicy 300g 80-day Ribeye, yummy! All seemed to enjoy.

I will definitely come back for this 😋 Bit pricey as compared to other food I Thailand, but I will count it as a reasonable price due to the standard of the restaurant!
