Table for ten at Arno's EmQuartier was not a problem for lunch. Appetizers, Soups and Rice bowls satisfy the weary shopper and traveler. Ordering from a sheet, with double checked confirmations prior to submittal makes for a not so quick process. Plenty of food to share, drinks are standard with not much other than Thai Iced drinks.

solid choice if you have beef cravings, more on the reasonable side for value since beef is usually pretty expensive here in bangkok. they also have a great burger special in the week days.

A very good restaurant for steaks and burgers. Not as other steakhouses on Sukomvit Arno's is not so expensive, the meats are very good, well treated and served coocked as asked. The salads that we eat were very delicious as well. About the dessert there is nothing to say, i will not come beck for it, i will for the meats.

Beer not cold enough - staff can’t pour beers properly. Burger meat not seasoned Burger meat clearly cooked from frozen as it was dripping so much liquid when eating. Serving on boards and using fry baskets is a fad that really needs to stop. Average experience average service.

i have to say that i am disappointed. Ordered 2 dishes, Hotdog and 75 days dry age steak medium rare Hot dog was really bland, no taste with very little sauce and tomato. Fries was soaked and not cook properly. Steak was a really let down. One side of it was medium and another side was rare. Only 20% of it was cooked right at medium rare.

It took us more than 30 mins to get the order and the staffs didn't do anything to make it faster (instead of serving and accomodating the table that looks like VIPs)

Update!!! They changed the bun of the Philadelphia cheese steak to a square bun a 4 sides open)it's seems more smaller and not easy to eat all the sauce is liking!!!) They also returned the option to order a combo set. Older review They used to have burger launch combo special. Which was a good deal now they don't have its anymore!!! The Philadelphia steak cheese was o.k.

Went to Arno's for a late dinner around 8+pm. Ordered a pork chop steak and a drinks in a breeze. Waitress was attentive, able to converse with simple English and also informed me that the sauce has to be ordered separately, which is kinda unusual. Nevertheless, the steak was well cooked and tender. Fries and salad balanced well the dinner. Will revisit again next time.

Best burgers on Sukhumvit road located on the north side of Phrom Phong BTS (green line) station. On the 7th floor of Helix tower. Almost 1/2 lbs patty that cooked when order and how you want it cooked. The meat is juicy, fresh, tasty and served in no time. Your choose what type of cheese and sauce. The Value Set is bargin, that includes one side dish; 1/2 order of fries or salad, and a drink for additional 69 bhat ($1.83 USD)

Excellent service. My food came out in reasonable time considering Thai standards. Place is clean and tidy. Burger meat is the best I've had being in Bangkok. If you desire some very good red meat, this is the place.

Food's quality is good but not enough staffs. We kept waiting over 10+ minutes to get both order and bill. Order also incorrect in small details. Not worth the price

After not visiting this branch for a few years the burgers taste fine but the staff didn't ask which cheese and sauce do I want, only for side dish and how well done I want the burger. The steak still came in hot plate which you need to remove within a minute of it arrives so it's not overcook. Overall, food is not bad but service is quite lacking. Many staff has a harsh tone in their voice. It's seems Arno's it's counting down the days it's gonna be close as no Thai really eat here anymore when there're better option out there.

I needed a proper steak for dinner tonight, and I left with a happy tummy! Beautiful medium rare sirloin, with some nice sides. My daughter’s aged NY strip loin was equally delicious. The only thing I’d adjust is to go a bit easier on the pepper crust. That one became a bit overpowering after a few bites. The meat is king, and should not trade places. We also had some oysters which were fresh. Should have been cut more cleanly as we have quite some shell debris in them. The interior is quite basic, and doesn’t have a style of its own. A bit of a reminiscent wink at Picasso with La Guardia style art on the walls, but this hardly fits a steak place. Overall, a definite go-to place for your steak fix. No fuss. Great beef.

Haven't had it for a while and was looking forward to it. But we left disappointed. The steak seems under cooked as we have asked for medium but it looks closer to mid raw. The steak crust can be seared more for a nicer Maillard effect..

We always enjoy a meal here, the burgers are fantastic, they have a really lovely blue cheese that's just the right amount of punch to make their dishes simply delectable. The seating is split across the walkway of the Helix, so they can usually accommodate more people than they look like they can. Really nice place to get a burger or steak.
