Fantastic clinic servicing the gay community of Bangkok as well as it’s visitors. Strong focus on sexual health with HIV care, prevention and testing available. Staff were welcoming, friendly and respectful. I was there when staff were having an English class so there is a clear dedication to further education as well as better service for foreign nationals. Narcistic clinic dangerous for patients. While travelling in Asia for 6 month, I needed to send 3 month of medicine ( due to policy in our country ) Due to Asian stories about post I thought it would be best to send my hiv medicine to this clinic I've been before, so we contacten Pulse clinic and their staff told us no problem, we will even help with with information on how to send it to us. With 2 days of medicine left i had travelled to Bangkok from Cambodia, but when i got to this clinic they just wanted to sell me their own medicine and forget about mine. Offering me no explaination or a way to get my 3 months of medicine supply, i can't just buy your overpriced medicine for 3 month when mine is sitting at customs and your refusing to deal with it. After reading your discusting and fake response I find that unrealistic, also the way your handle your promisses i find unrealistic, when you make a agreement with a professional clinic you expect them to keep their agreements. He even destroyed my medicine when trying to blackmail me to remove this review. Discusting clinic, due to your unrealistic clinic who doesnt know what a agreement is i was forced to go back to my country and things went wrong. Avoid this clinic, Dr Deyn, one of the owners who runs it is a narcistic maniac who only cares about profit and trips to America. I am a regular visitor of PULSE clinic, and I would like to share my expriences. I started visiting PULSE since 2016, when I moved to Bangkok, Thailand. What makes me keep visiting PULSE is because they are constantly providing excellent service, providing innovative medical services and ever changing interior deco & interesting concept. I am so impressed with their new 14 PCR STD testing that just need to do this test to screen for 14 kind of infection. This saved my time and money. While waiting for my other Rapid test result, i can walk around the clinic to view their interesting artworks! Always have their patient`s in mind. They never failed to impress me! Well done PULSE!!!

I e-mailed Pulse saying that on February 26th, I was invited to a Pulse Gallery event. When I went there, one of the Pulse staff member proceeded to touch me inappropriately right after introducing himself to me; we barely spoke and I was wearing a T shirt and there was a witness. I felt disgusted and immediately walked away. Upon learning that the staff member was working for Pulse Clinic, I contacted the Clinic via e-mail on March 3rd, asking for a written apology and explanation as to why he thought such a behavior was OK and why he did that to me. I also mentioned that I have a medical condition so sudden nonconsensual grabby physical action bothers me more so than most people. And because of my medical condition, I think it’s important to mention this publicly. Furthermore, although I am NOT making any accusations here, I am of a racial minority (mixed race) and I have always gotten a lot of unwanted advances and people touching me. I think other people of racial minority can relate to this but if you don’t look “conventional”, some people unconsciously think that they could just touch you. Because of my past history, I do take issues of people touching me without consent seriously; regardless of whether it was racially motivated or not. I heard nothing back from them so when I contacted them again, they sent me an e-mail on March 9th, saying “We are investigating this incident at the social gathering with the management team and the relevant individual. “ I haven’t heard from the clinic since. On March 21st, I sent them an e-mail reminding them that there were other witnesses there. The clinic asked for their names. It’s almost been a month since the incident happened. All I wanted was a written apology and an explanation; they have not given me any conclusion to their investigation and I cannot keep pursuing this issue any further so decided to leave a review about what had happened. I’m sure most Pulse employees are professional. However, I was not happy with how the clinic handled the situation with this particular member.

One of the coolest clinic I have even been to! They have the friendliest people working there. Great place to get your regular testing and after part IV drip there.

If you go for a COVID-19 test before traveling abroad, check by yourself the airline and country of destination specific requirements. At Pulse, they did not know these details and recommended a PCR test when an antigen test less than 48 h was sufficient (for Air France & France). Also, their lab result slip did not specify the exact time of the nasopharyngeal sampling while the airline staff requested this during check-in to determine whether the sampling was performed within 48 or 72 hours before take off.

I recently visited Pulse clinic and it was a great experience! The fact that it's an LGBT+ friendly clinic made me feel so comfortable and welcomed right from the start. He was super friendly and approachable, and made me feel at ease throughout the entire consultation. He was also really professional and answered all my questions patiently. One thing I really appreciated was how the clinic made it look and feel safe and friendly. The staff were really welcoming and the environment was very clean and modern. Overall, I would highly recommend Pulse clinic to anyone looking for a professional and inclusive sexual health service.

I spent the day around this branch as I had some Sunday errands. I spent my downtime in the cafe area and explored the gallery. The staff are very professional and friendly, I feel I could easily work from the cafe on any day even when it's busier. The art gallery is quite interesting and it appears there are events that are held quite regularly. It's not just a clinic! It feels like a positive cultural influence in the gay scene!

I’ve been going to Pulse Clinic for about 4 years, and unfortunately I don’t think I will be coming back after my last experience at silom branch. I went over to do some check up and they or the lab messed up with my results, giving me a lot of stress and having to go back the next day to redo the tests. I did come back and paid again for the same tests even tho it was not my fault. I was extremely stressed about the results. The doctor talked to me but didn’t seem very sure about what he was saying or what to do. He told me he would send me the second results and if I wanted I could come back. When the second results came and I asked if everything was okay and if I needed to go back to see the doctor. I got the most apathetic answer saying that the doctor suggested me to go to a hospital. Not saying why, for what and what real reason, as my second results seemed fin, just adding more to my stress. Said that I am very disappointed with the unprofessionalism that the clinic and the doctor showed, and the total apathy to my situation. I don’t think I will be going back and definitely don’t think I will recommend the clinic anymore, after recommending to so many people.

It was my first time in Pulse clinic. My friend recommend me for tests. I was bit afraid but all employees are kind and speaks English well. It was comfortable to ask them about the information and could get the information with kindness and friendly.

There is definitely something not above board at Pulse Ploenchit. I was asked to pay for services, a vaccination, in advance - in cash. I said I wanted to pay by credit card, but the cashier repeated "cash." I asked why cash? She giggled. I asked 2 more times she giggled, like many people when caught in a lie or not doing something above board. The nurse was present and equally unhelpful. It was not a language problem because we were speaking Thai. I paid in cash. However, the cash did not go into a register, or anything that would keep a running account of services rendered. It went into a plastic bag. I was neither offered a receipt or given one when it was requested. I asked the nurse for an explanation when I was getting my vaccination. She acted like a deer caught in headlights. I wonder how anyone can trust a service like this. If they are unaccountable financially, how well do they keep client records confidential? Good luck if you choose this service.

It was a pleasant surprise to find this clinic in Thailand. In 6 months traveling around Asia, I visited both sites in Bangkok and Phuket, and I have only to thank for the professionalism, customer care/service, discretion and facilities offered. Saw Dr Waset on a visit to Bangkok. Been on TRT for a few years now, poorly advised by doctors who knew very little which forced me to do my own research. Well, I won’t need to do that anymore! I was hugely impressed by the detail in his questions and the depth of his advice. He has a fairly forceful manner, but no one needs a doctor who merely agrees with you. He’s blunt, which is what I needed. I know when someone knows their stuff, and he really does. Spent over an hour with me! Worth it, and highly recommended!

A Thai friend recommended the Pulse Clinic for my pre-departure RAT (Rapid Antigen Test), aka ATK. I booked my appointment yesterday for today (I'm flying to Singapore in two days), showed up there 20 minutes early, they went straight to work and 30 minutes (and 1,300 baht) later, I was out of there with my test result in hand! They also emailed me my receipt as well as a copy of my test result, and accept Visa and Mastercard. Very impressed! The Silom location is handy to BTS Sala Daeng station (Exit 3) and MRT Silom station (Exit 2), the staff is very elegant, polite and efficient, and the whole experience felt right. I was told to avoid the mayhem of Bangkok hospitals for my pre-departure test and am glad I picked these guys, they are number 1 in my book. Thanks to the entire team!

Went to verify that they had rapid antigen testing and made a reservation for the day before my flight. Went back the day of my scheduled appointment. Testing was straight forward and I had my printed and digital results in 20 minutes. Reason for the one star deduction is they seem to be somewhat disorganized. I stopped taking Prep after moving from the US to Qatar last year. Unfortunately, unlike Thailand, the Middle East has yet to learn the importance of HIV prevention. I was surprised to learn that Pulse provided testing, education and medication to EVERYONE and ANYONE. Instead of paying an arm and a leg to fly to the US and pay out of pocket for Prep (>$1000/month supply of Truvada without insurance), I returned to Bangkok and was seen by Pao. Pao was wonderful and is a Godsend! She interviewed me, gave me a little guidance and wrote me a prescription for 6 months of Prep. I was finished within 30 minutes. She and everyone in the clinic were friendly and efficient and very warm! I will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an alternative option to obtaining Prep. So I have been to the pulse clinic many times and spent a lot of money there. The owner is great, and I have had good experiences here, which is why I'm not giving it one star. But the other day was horrific. I bought some medicine and had some bloods taken by the transgender receptionist ( I don't know names so I am saying transgender receptionist so she is identifiable). As my blood was about to be drawn, I asked if she was ok as she looked sick and she told me she was severely hung over. Shocked. She put alcohol on the area of extraction and then touched it 3 times with her gloved finger to make sure my vein was still there?. She approached my vein with the needle, shaking which was worrying. But just before this she also seemed to become confused as to the routine steps of preparing someone for blood extraction. I watched the needle like a hawk to make sure it didn't touch anything before entering my arm and it appeared not to, but time will tell. Without being re cased the needle was then tossed back into the metal tub. You can't have hungover staff extracting blood from patients. I then received medication, when I got home I opened up the tablets to find that one of the seals had already been punctured, which a member of staff must have seen before giving me the medicine. So I went out and bought the same medicine from a chemist as I don't want to chance it being ineffective. I will say I have had a number of experiences here which have been great and professional, the doctors are knowledgeable and take their time explaining the facts and make you feel very at ease. A couple of members of staff are really going to start letting this place down.

Then he gave me 2 batches. Which I thought was expired 6 bottles in feb25 and 6 bottles Dec25. But I actually fact, it was Dec 24 and Feb 25. Which means I only got extra 1 month to clear all the bottles. Due to remembering wrongly, I went back to clarify and the doctor got angry and asked me why am I here again and he had already told me on the expiry date. Even if I remember wrongly, the doctor should not have be angry and shout at me. I was there to clarify. What is the point of asking me whether do I take daily or not when I only got extra 1 month in total? I waited patiently to clarify and I did not insisted anything. I was just ensure what given were right.

I recently visited the Pulse clinic and was impressed by its cool and beautiful atmosphere. The service was fast and highly professional. Additionally, P at the reception was incredibly cute and adorable. He turned my bad day into a good one. I look forward to returning and seeing him again 😍😍

This clinic is truly exceptional! The staff is polite and communicates well in English. The doctor provides excellent advice, and the clinic is very clean. I highly recommend this clinic!
