Excellent service and good ambiance. Had the 8 course tasting menu. No alcohol this time. Pork belly option way better than steak. Bill came out to about 13k for 2 people which seems fair. Very torn between giving 3 and 4 stars. The dishes were interesting in concept and beautifully presented, but some seemed over seasoned and needlessly complex. The courses seemed unbalanced towards being too rich for my taste. The tasting menu desserts although beautiful, were lackluster. Highlights were the appetizers, brioche, crab, pork belly, and my favorite was the salmon course- it was masterfully designed and prepared.

Fine dining done well. We went as part of the Chateau Guiraud wine pairing event and were highly impressed with the food, service and atmosphere at MIA. Each dish was layer upon layer of tasty art. An absolutely wonderful experience! I’ve been here a few times already and love it. Highly recommended for a special occasion. From start to finish, the service was sensational - at the bar, Deedo was great, he was so friendly and make a delicious cocktail, the Cloudy-dee. Celebrated anniversary here. Great restaurant, better food than some of the 1 and 2 Michelin starred restaurants I have been too. Very talented young chefs. We went for the 7-course menu. Price is very fair for the quality of the food. If you love seafood, you will enjoy the current menu. Quite a few dishes reminded me what I had in Tokyo. Love the ambience in the dark room on the second floor. Except some reservation hiccups at the beginning, which the restaurant made up for it by offering free cocktails to us, services were great. A must must try contemporary European fine dining restaurant. Superbly outstanding! We had 7-course "Taste of Mia" in January 2022. The dishes are beautifully crafted. Taste-wise let me put it as French-inspired judging from slow-cooking method and overall balanced taste although consisting of Asian ingredients like soy sauce or wasabi. You'll perceive a single balanced big picture while enjoying each dish rather than seeing any particular ingredient shouting at you louder than the rest. They certainly treat all ingredients with loving care. My most favourite ones: - Sourdough Brioche (freshly baked from the oven) - Cured Hamachi (incredibly good with wasabi snow) - Mia's Cereal Bowl (I even asked them if I could order any take-home portions) On-site parking available.

Oh my. What a truly special evening event this was. Made reservations for an anniversary dinner and they did not disappoint by any stretch. Everything was approached with a special attention and care, starting from checking on dietary restrictions to walking us through the ingredients and the courses. And the food itself in the 8 course mail was truly amazing. Each subsequent dish somehow bested the ones before it against every expectation, and the pacing was perfect. At no point did we feel we were either waiting nor rushing. This was indeed a very special evening, and compliments to the chef the front of house crew and everyone involved. The NEW MIA! only seasonal and festive courses available. No more a la carte menu. May I say that this season is amazing! The duxelle tartlet and foiegras were amazing. One bite was definitely not enough! Sourdough was soft and fragrant, the butter which came with it was wonderful. My main dish was confit cod which was perfectly cooked and seasoned. 100/100 would visit the place again.

First time solo dining. At Mia, they offer 2 different Festive Tasting Menu, Regular and Premium. I chose the regular but with some other supplements recommended by the staff. Food was so good beyond my expectations. Big shout out to my most favorites of the night "Foie Gras snack, Lobster Ballotine and Kombu Cured Hake." Lobster dish was so refreshing with all that fruits, herbs and consomme they put inside. And when the staff asked me if I want some Caviar on top of the Hake dish I couldn't say no. Actually one of the happily and deliciously yesses I have made in 2020. Atmosphere should be 10/10 for those lovebirds, as a solo diner I would have given 9/10 but The Chef and service staff did make sure "You're alone but not lonely." For me everything at Mia is 10/10 at this point. Definitely coming back for more.

Upon entering an unassuming building off of a back street, you are first greeted with a kind staff member who helps begin your amazing journey that is Mia. Low lit, cozy and room that look like they are out of a boutique bed and breakfast, but Mia is anything but a place to sleep. The service was impeccable, doting on your every need, with the most extensive knowledge about the menu and wine they serve. The food itself cannot be describe by normal words. Everything served on beautifully curated dish ware, the ingredients well thought out and put together in a unique and delectable way. You end up wanting 5 of everything they serve, even though by the end, you are satiated beyond your wildest dreams. I cannot say enough words to appreciate the quality and taste of the food. Even the restroom is thought out and designed in a elegant, yet fun, way. It almost feels magically as you make your way through what appears to be a bookcase. This place is well worth a visit.

The only two dishes that was average because it was fishy were the scallops with the caviar on top and the salmon tartare appetizer. Everything else was excellent especially for the bread, so soft! Mia restaurant although is new to the fine dining scene is Bangkok definitely the couple Russel and Michelle aren’t new . They both are a wicked couple that whipped out seriously good modern cuisines . Michelle who is heading the dept is so good at what she does that I had to ask for second serving of her freshly baked soft bread . Of mind wait until Russel to present the dishes to you and I particularly love the caviar scallop dish , the caviar is creamy , with hint of mushroom and yet not salty to compliment the scallop , it’s such an balance dish . When the quality of the snacks are so good you know you are in for a good meal tonight . I also like the Sommelier who has enough knowledge to recommend you a good bottles for pairing . Definitely will be back on my next trip 👍

Truly an evening that I will remember . This couple Russel and Michelle although change their concept to fine dining recently I believe will make some noise in the fine dining scene . This dynamic duo with Michelle heading the pastry and Russel heading the cuisines are a very good match . Just when we thought our previous restaurant was amazing and the best yet in Thailand, we come across yet another even more surprising and wonderful one -- MIA, a European restaurant. We were seated in the floral room under a beautiful handing garden for a sunny lunch. The servers were all super nice and helpful. We chose the 5 course menu. The food started arriving sooner than most restaurants. Every course was complicated in construction and delicious. For a 5 course meal we counted 17 foods. The bread course even included a love story of how the owners met. After the meal we went to the toilet and was surprised by how fun and cool it was. The staff showed us the other dining rooms, which had different themes, and each one was creative and beautiful. The staff said the restaurant was designed by the owners. With first class atmosphere, food and service, we think MIA deserves 3 Michelin stars.

A fine dining restaurant in a cozy bungalow. During my holiday, I stayed nearby a day thought of walking over to give a try on their lunch set THB2,250++ per pax. When I walked in (no reservation), I was asked which menu I would like to have as you dine in different sections. With different ambiance for each menu. The bar was ok in terms of decorations and they only have a few bottles that I considered normal and no collectibles items like a fine dining bar would have. The one drink I had was ok, not bad. It touts as fine dining, as we asked what type of cuisine, whether it is French, Italian etc and whether it is set or a la carte- the answer we got was fine dining. As a fine dining restaurant, I would expect to be shared on their story, inspiration and type of cuisine etc - you know get me excited. Instead I felt not really welcomed. I'd have to give it just ok which is disappointing for a fine dining. To share, I once dropped by Blu by Alain Ducasse thinking I'd be turned away as I didn't have reservations and to my surprised they welcomed me to the bar, serve me welcome appetizers etc - long story short we ended with a 3 course. That's hospitality.

Our second time back at Mia and we have fallen in love with this place yet again! We had the lunch set and it was perfect. Every single item featured had so much depth of flavour, and it sings in your mouth! We will definitely back, and I am certain we will be falling in love with the food at Mia all over again. Service is great and enjoyable, but we somehow went on peak (with booking) when apparently alot of walk ins and as a result we had our dinner last us more than 3 hours!!
