Striking feature!!! Amazing hospitality the staff are very well mannered and well behaved!!! First time buying gold and they make u feel comfortable and even offer u beverage!!!! The staff were kind enough to tell u the estimated price for each gold ware and also explain why the price is set so!!! The weight was verified again before ur eyes and the billing was east as well… Highly recommended especially Mr Mohan from the ring department did an amazing job with his hospitality and detailed explanation!!!

Wide range is available at one place. Very bright atmosphere. 5th floor necklace area, staff are very polite and customer friendly. R Balu is very helpful. Third floor ring section is very good. Staff Manikandan attended us very well. Wastage charges 17% is very high which is to be looked into. I am buying in GRT, T Nagar from 1984.

Good quality and wide range of designs. Lot of collections were available in all forms. Staff are very friendly and they explain everything with patience. The wastage charges varies based on the design being chosen. They also have gold accumulation scheme like every other jewellery. Collections for children are also too good and lot of options available. We can also give a gun shot for ear piercing here. Two wheeler parking as well as four wheeler parking is available.

Too much Value added percentage(wastage). Again happened today. For 1 gram of gold I paid 16% of waste. Almost Rs 900 per grams you have to pay extra. Please mind it. They do not reduce anything on it.

I bought thaali chain and bracelet yesterday. VAT % is high in GRT comparing to other shop. For earrings - 18%, thaali chain - 12%. We planned to buy 40grams but we bought 32grams only due to VAT and GST. But the shop environment, service is very good, Unique collections. Especially, Miss. KOWSALYA was attended us, very politely and shown the jewels until we satisfied.

The people here are so polite right from welcoming us in and guiding us. The chit scheme is good which is modified now from grams to amount accumulation. I would prefer to get the discount on silver jewellery rather than getting the gifts. We went to the antique section on the 3rd floor. We were welcomed by salesperson Mr.Elango. He answered most of the queries. Also showed us almost all jewels in that section and designs. Good job by him. Service to the customers is great on all floors. Parking for bikes and cars is there as well as wallet parking is provided. Restroom is in 5th floor, well maintained. They were giving free buttermilk next to the main door. Appreciate this. Ear, nose piercing is also done here. Satisfied with the shop. 👍

Good. Compared to their peers they are leading in Chennai. Lots of varieties and good customer care. But it's a bit frustrating to visit the showroom during holidays because of the too much crowd. Parking is a bit difficult but manageable.

Visit grt for gold purchase, good rush on Sunday. Staff was helpfull, for us Indumathi help us for complete our purchase. Do check with the floor manager to reduce some more bucks. Max 300 - 500 ₹ on each item.

Very good collection of jewels. Achari is available. The service is good. You can exchange old gold at market price if it is 916. They will deduct small % for wastage. The place is bit crowded, so plan to go at off time. Very limited or no parking at all. They provide valet service.
