AWARENESS POST This post is not about shop items but this about their parking staff. When you are parking car in their parking area , they will ask you to hand over the key. Normally I use to take valuable items if i give to valet parking. But here case is different, after we parked they will ask you to hand over key. I did same and after returning back i forgot to check the items due other issue i had that day in my car. Next day i realised that they stole my car charger (Boat) new one just week old charger. Anyone visiting this shop be careful about your valuables .

Nice place. Variety of collections in all the floors. Ample car parking space. I am not seeing a smile on anyone's face from the customer service. Rest all is fine.Amazing!

We bought jewels in the first floor kids section. Mr Gopal T welcomed us and took care of us very well.

They have the best designs and collections. The staff was very polite and helpful. They have different floors and sections for bangles, chains, rings etc.... Even their wastage was best in the market depending upon the selected model.

Good place with collection. But after you bill the product, the sales team will pack it. But AWARE ! ALWAYS WEIGH THE PRODUCT. WHENEVER I PURCHASED THERE IS A DIFFERENCE OF 10 MILLI. SO OLEASE CROSS CHECK. These guys gives the best low making charges for jewels.

Had got my thali charadu here for 9poun the cost is ok they tell less wastage but i dont think so as well the gold is gud but no idea how its gonna be after usage overall good shop comparing with other branded shop,they have good collections ,but staff performnc is poor

First gift for the wife - #Wasted in SSElite. Worst customer experience especially with the customer handling. Bracelet section : Lack of knowledge around usage of regular or occasional products. Quality of the product with 18% wastage. The quality of the regular lock of the bracelet didn't hold for 10 days. Rework 20 days... Hard time Explaining the Floor managers... They don't understand the customers going through. #Worst Experience even for a Regular Customer.... New customers beware......

1st floor, collections were too good. We wanted to buy an earring. Micheal Raj sir showed us all we requested patiently and suggested nice collections that suited us in our budget. First class service by him. Loved the experience

Good collections. Only problem is when you exchange they will not provide the money even though 1000/- Every time we can't match the exact amount while exchange. So requesting customers to confirm them whether they are ready to provide the additional amount by cash.

Designs were good and better. But they wont decrease even 1 rupee. No matter you spent 300,000 INR or above. Reducing 1 star for the customer service from supervisors (or managers). Although they were kind with their way of speaking and not rude, the words selections could have been better. They were more focused on proving customer wrong when my wife tried to bargain. Other than that, a nice place to visit and shop. The service from staffs are very good but i see that few customers were too hard on them at the time of billing which was annoying to watch as well

really worst behaviour when goes back for exchange or return.. provided wrong size product for baby and went back for changing size in 15 days but took loss of wages . never consider customer satisfaction. It means they only concern about their money . Dont care about public and worst worst response and behaviour. Never ever goes back to shop..

I bought thali chain which is 24grams one year ago, now chain became very black in Color. How good chain become black fade out Color. It’s best to avoid Saravanan store Tambaram shop. They simply screwing people money. I decided not to buy any jewels in saravana store. I strongly recommend my friends relatives and public people not to buy gold in this shop. Completely upset and fed up with this. Should provide quality gold. Spent more than one and half lakhs for thali chain in one year it became black in Color. Worst experience I ever had. Management in this shop should definitely look into this. Should take this issue into high level so that people should be aware of this fake gold shop . I decided to take this into next level.
