Service with a smile? NOT HERE! The fried chicken is crispy but it has too much pepper. The rice needs salt and the coleslaw is bland. The BBQ chicken sandwich was delicious as well as the mac n cheese. The french fries are good and the spicy chicken sandwich was yummy. However, the service was terrible! Zulette was unfriendly and unwelcoming, she saw me walk up to the register and ignored me. I asked three times if they were still taking food orders and she replied "yes" but with an attitude and was still doing something else. She didn't have the courtesy to ask me to wait but when a lady walked up to complain about her order being wrong she immediately walked over to help her. Rude!

We asked what was good was directed to the fried chicken. Was expecting fried chicken it was a breaded boneless breast deep fried. Extremely disappointed, missing some flavor maybe that’s why the give you the buttermilk dressing. Ribs were ok mash potatoes the same Mac n cheese needed something salt or seasoning.

I should have gotten the waitress name. She was so sweet and attentive. Remind you they don't really have waitresses. They bring out your food if you stay but you pay and tip before sitting down. She was awesome. Thank you for taking care of my family. Food was yummy. I love the pork chop meal. It comes with 2 pork chops, 2 sides. The smaller kids can share it... pork chop each, choose a side lol. One of my babies graduated to needing her own plate after last night! Lol Good service, good food!

It wasn’t the best food, like the fires were super thin, the chicken was not cleaned. I had a fried chicken plate and my friend had the hangar steak. Literally a joke. The hangar steak was a few small pieces and the fried chicken was three large pieces and a good por portion, but not good. The chicken is definitely the cheapest type that is bought in bulk, which I understand because it’s a restaurant, but like add something to the chicken. The only taste was the outside, but the inside was so plain and tasted really dull, not what I expected. However, the prices are reasonable. The mac and cheese was so good. They added extra cheese to it which made it great.

The food was good. Definitely commercial soul food but the greens did taste like Grandma's hands blessed them. The dessert is not made by Grandma so order at your own discretion. We tried the sweet potato pie, peach cobbler, pound and lemon cakes. I will eat there again but pass on the dessert. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate their professionalism since we were in a large group. All orders came out nice and hot and served to the right customer. Served with a smile all while managing requests for refills, extra napkins and the like. Pictured are the smothered pork chop and the tri-tip plate. Also pictured is the bacon gravy. You heard me: bacon gravy! Need I say more?!

Service was good. Food was sad. Ordered fried chicken with a side of mac n cheese and cornbread. Fried chicken had way too much cornmeal in the batter, it was hard and grainy. Mac n cheese had no flavor, it tasted like it had no seasoning, and no cheese. Cornbread was decent.

Food quality was poor. Garlic fries literally tasted like they were cooked the day before, then were refrigerated before they were given to us. Inedible. Chicken was ok, not too dry, but was bland...this coming from a picky eater. Waffles were flaccid and no better than what you get at a hotels free breakfast. Fried green tomatoes were ok, lacking flavor. We got our order to go, and they did not include any of the sauces we were supposed to get either. Basically ended up throwing away $45 worth of food and going somewhere else.

Holy moly, this place is sooo good! Best Cajun food outside LA. Had shrimp and grits- divine! Then went back the next day for blackened catfish and red beans & rice. Just the right spice, and not greasy. Staff was great and dining nice, inside or outside. A++

This restaurant is nearby my house. However, I didn't know there is a great restaurant. I ordered Fried catfish and Blackened Chicken Pasta. These two menu were excellent. Especially, grilled chicken in Pasta was fantastic.

The food was unique & flavorful. Plenty of sauce added to my chops. Disappointed that I couldn’t buy fried chicken a la carte. Black owned but I didn’t see any black workers lol. The service was a little dry & rushed but they were pleasant enough. The restaurant is located inside of an inside food court. Lots of hustle & bustle & parking was tough. Worth it but be prepared.

Excellent place to eat at! I ordered the TriTip with MacNCheese and Cajun Rice, everything was delicious and their house made steak sauce is the best I’ve ever tried. Not everyone knows how to correctly cook a well done steak that’s still juicy and tender, and this place knows how it’s done! Cashier was very friendly and helpful. Need to go again!

Lovely service but food quality and portion was average. Ordered the chicken and waffle. Waffle was nothing special. Chicken was pretty nice, crispy and spiced, but portion on the smaller side. I wouldn't go back. It's not bad if you're craving it but I definitely think there are places with better options.

Loved the southernern flare, especially the corn bread and collard greens. The slider wasn't too bad either. Thumbs up for this place.👍🏻

Soul food???? LOLOLOLOL This is NOT soul food!!! Let me preface by saying that >>> I <<< know how to COOK soul food as I do it every single day for my three guys (husband and 2 sons who are all athletes and over 6 feet tall, so they eat A LOT!!! I said all of that to attest that I cook this every day!!). I am from the deep, deep South (Tennessee) with and family from Alabama, Georgia, and Mississippi so I KNOW good soul food and Georgia’s Restaurant is NOT IT!!! As I said before, I cook it every day; however, because we’d recently moved here and my husband wanted to celebrate me and give me a day off to celebrate our anniversary, we decided to give Georgia’s a try. We ordered the fried chicken, which was SOOOO bland, not an OUNCE of seasoning on it! I mean, we were aghast because how can you mess up fried chicken??? We had the greens, which, again, were so bland; they’d be better off opening up a can of Glory greens as that’d taste WAY better than what they were serving!!! The mac and cheese was a joke as well — again, I didn’t think it was possible to mess up macaroni and cheese, but Georgia’s did it!!! We also tried the fried catfish, which was subpar as well as the garlic fries that seemed like they’d been hanging out back in the kitchen for a few days. The entire course lacked seasoning!! We were so disheartened about the dissatisfaction of our meal because prior to us even sitting down, we’d met the lady who owned it and talked to her about us being from Tennessee and how we loved soul food and she assured us that we’d enjoy everything we ordered — well, she lied to us, because it was absolutely, positively HORRIBLE!!! I wouldn’t go back if someone PAID me to!!! So, sorry guys, if you want soul food, I could make you anything you want, but unfortunately, I don’t have a restaurant, but going to Georgia’s, you FOR SURE will not get “soul food” — she’s doing a disservice to all of us southerners who know what soul food is actually supposed to taste like!!!

Inside Anaheim Packing House. Beautiful Southeastern decor. Delicious food. We tried the chicken 🐓 wings and they were tasty with the limo pepper sauce. Also, we truths tri tip steak 🥩 (medium well) and it was great. Georgia’s is always busy the evening

We had the pulled pork sandwich with fries and the chicken (tenders) and waffles. Both were excellent! But the service is what made our experience. Super friendly staff. The guy who helped us let my 9y/o old try 3 different drinks so she could decide what she wanted. Next time we’re in CA we will visit again.

Pleasantly surprised at how good the food was! I was hesitant at first. But everything was seasoned well and cooked just right. They also give you complimentary corn bread. Have to come back!!

Amazing smooth flavor. Not over powering, what you see is Gumbo, Blackened chicken pasta, fried chicken and COMPLIMENTARY CORNBREAD. Blackened chicken pasta really was the standout but overall everything delicious. Cornbread was warm, crispy and fluffy. Staff is constantly checking up on you and manager even came out to assist pack our leftovers. Thank you team at Georgias's... we will back soon.

The blackened catfish with collard greens and seasoned vegetables was very good. I really enjoyed the taste, seasoning of the collard greens, especially with the cornbread. Given that our soccer team wanted to remain longer in the building, I went back to Georgia’s for a slice of the pound cake and the peach sangria! This Texas girl enjoyed it all!
