I have to give a Huge shout out to "T". She is an absolutely AMAZING young lady!! She is helpful, kind and does so much hard work! The atmosphere is nice, quite and clean. The employees are friendly to everyone. I recommend this restaurant to everyone!

I pulled into Arby’s drive-through today. I ordered six sliders. I parked in the parking lot to eat my food and The one roast beef slider was barely warm. The 5 pizza were not even warm at all. They had almost no sauce on them. The lady who took my order was friendly and the cashier was nice. But the people that prepared the food did a very poor job at cooking and preparing

It was almost 100 degrees outside, and I went inside with my service dog and sat down to rest as there was a line. Not 1 minute passed before a worker came and told me I had to buy something to sit inside, and that my dog couldn't be inside. I explained he is a service dog and they said "where is his service vest" I started to explain that it wasn't required as I don't like to advertise the fact I am disabled, but he kept cutting me off and interrupting me, so I just said 'fine,we will leave," and so we did.

Cashier had like a “I don’t care attitude”. I told him my order and repeated it numerous times and he still didn’t get it right. After getting my food i stood at the front to get sauces and napkins, 5 people Up front and all of them ignored me for a while until I basically yelled for some attention. Mind you they had one other customer inside the store and it was empty, they were just busy talking. Just unprofessional overall.

Employee John A., is awesome!!! Super kind, polite and thoughtful. Offered to keep my take home part of purchase warm till I left. Such a gentleman with the senior citizen couple before me as well. Store very clean btw.

I love Arby's, my fav are french dip and the burger / sandwich. Too bad the one in Perris / Moreno Valley closed permanently so I have to go all the way to Riverside.

Seen the commercial for the hushpuppy fish. Thought it looked great. Seen the price when I ordered was like ok I can deal with that. Then when I get home and open my meal this is what I get. Not worth the price save your money. I should of stuck to what I known and went to California fish grill.

Today I got the classic beef & cheddar meal with curly fries and a drink. Also ordered a side of sharp white cheddar mac n cheese. It was all delicious. The sandwich was hot and the cheese sauce is very tasty and much better than a slice of cheese. I especially enjoyed the toasted onion bun, so nice and soft. The fries were 4 out of 5, tasty but slightly chewy for some reason. The mac was really delicious! It was creamy and rich with tons of flavor and bite from the sharp cheddar. The pasta itself had a nice chew "aldente" (not overdone and mushy like most fast food Mac n cheese). Although it was more than I would like to spend on a quick lunch, I would order this again anytime. I'm actually looking forward to going back to Arby's and trying some more things on the menu. 👍 P.S. the ranch was very good also they keep it in the refrigerator so it is nice and cold (nothing worse than hot ranch dressing) and it has excellent flavor 👍😋😋 Also I've included a photo of my receipt to give an idea on prices.

Went through the drive thru today ( 10160 Hole Ave. Riverside 92503 ) and the service was excellent! Eli working at the window ( 10/11/2023 2:07pm ) is a nice friendly guy, handed me out hot food, without any mistakes. I wish all drive thru windows had this level of service!! Just a great experience!

I had limited budget and Tanika who works there patiently explained the best prices and sizes of sandwiches and then gave me coupons to purchase items at a very good price! I feed myself and my son for $10 that includes large drink. Very satisfying to receive such excellent customer service and super friendly staffing. I was very impressed with the exceptional cleanliness of the place as well and I highly recommend this site to anyone who wants to enjoy an affordable meal in a super clean restaurant!

I'd give more stars for service if I could. Sunday night crew is always on top of their game. Especially Kevin up front. Always friendly. Always accommodating. Above and beyond. Food is always fresh. Place is always clean.

These people are the nicest in customer service I have ever experienced. They were quick and really cared my big order was correct and even offered to help me out to my car.

Real sweet staff, service was top shelf. The manager was showing some new staff the ropes , so it took a little longer than usual to get our food; as with many places with new hires, but they where so sweet and they completely made up for it with the voucher we were given. Honestly they didn’t even take long so it’s sweet they take so much care to making sure us, the customers, are taken care of. Thank you Arbys staff me and my family had a great experience here!

Love Arby's! The food was great as usual. First visit at this location. The service was good. Too many homeless people around. So sad to see! Not Arby's fault of course but it's hard to enjoy your meal with that sadness around you.

This staff at this establishment is amazing. They are extremely friendly and super fast when serving food. My only gripe which is small is, a few times there has been dirty tables and trash on the floor, not a little trash but lots. Either way I appreciate the staff and all they do.

I know Arby's gets trolled on a lot, but they make really tasty sandwiches with a good amount of meat for reasonable prices. This location could be in a better place, but inside it seems well enough maintained, and the service had always been great in my experience. If it weren't a bit out of the way, I'd come more often.

Seriously the best cheese sticks I've ever had. All of the food is great and the employee went out of their way to get us a discount on the food. I'm 44 and have been coming here since I was a kid. Food has always been great and the dining area is really well kept. Definitely recommend eating here.

The open sign was on and we saw workers inside but the doors were locked and nobody answered when we were at the drive through. It was a little after 10:30 AM so it should have been open. Went to Waffle House instead and by the time I left with my waffle the drive through had 4 cars waiting. Would have given 0 stars

I love the gyros! Good value, lots of choices. When they have coupons or specials, it's got to be at a loss. That's fine with mi because I really like the food.

The staff did a great job getting the order correct. We had a few specialty requests and it was no problem. Will definitely be coming back.

Was anxious to try the fish and chips they've been advertising. The fish was good, but the fries were not very warm and we're soft, not crispy. We ordered on the app, but we did it in the parking lot, so it's not like the food was sitting there a long time. In fact, it was ready as soon as we walked in. Overall, a fair visit this time.

Service was excellent, food was very tasty. I got the 3 piece hushpuppy fish- I think it was only a total of 3 one ounce portions way too small. Was still hungry when I left and had spent $11

Not many people I know are fans but, i love thec2 for $6 special. I typically get th e roast beef sandwiches. Staff is young but they are good kids. The girl that helped us named Serena was awesome!!! She was super nice, smiled the entire time we interacted and answered all my questions. Look, nice people, good food, great prices. Win win!

Love arbys and the good deals and coupons they have. The fries are always fresh. I wish they would be a little more generous on the roast beef they put on the sandwiches tho last couple times it was mostly bun. The turnovers are yummy

I had not been to this restaurant for quite a while due to a less than spectacular experience. But, this time it was exceptional. New management and attitude?? Service was best I've had at Arby's, food, French dip, was delicious and hot. Crinkle fries were just like I like them - crispy outside, tender inside and hot during my whole meal! Orange shake was my downfall for my "diet." Don't tell my Dr.! 😁 I'll be back for more!

Chicken Pecan Salad Sandwich is the BOMB... My once a week addiction! Highly recommend! Also, LOVE their double French dip too! YUM!

The food was good and the staff was helpful. Some if the staff was smoking dope and had the munchies, so they were sitting in the dining area pigging-out. Fortunately, they weren't the ones helping with my order.
