The proceeds from the tickets and the shop almost all go into supporting this rescue station. It is a small area, and a lot of people flock here from all across to check out these adorable baby animals! This is why I do recommend you arrive for their opening hour, as otherwise you might be standing in a line for 20 minutes. Eine Angestellte kam die Leute einsammeln mit der Aufforderung, das Gebäude zu verlassen und dann ging auch noch das Licht aus. Eigentlich unnötig, da das Museum klein ist und man ohnehin keine 3 Stunden hier verbringen wird. Man sollte keine Erwartungen haben, hier einen Zoo vorzufinden oder 120 Robben zu sehen und zu streicheln. Dann wird man enttäuscht. It was a stormy , rainy day but nothing can stop us. We spent about 6 hours at Norddeich Seehund station just to watch the babyseals. Then we bought a lot of souvenirs here. They have amazing exhibitions and information to raise awareness of people about protecting marine animals and the sea. Wish to come back this place and also Friedrich station as well! Ticket price: Circa 10 EU ( bring your student id with you to get a small discount) Time: Open daily from 10AM to 5PM
