I didn't like peoples from this Hotel! Sorry

Hotel and rooms are very nice, location count not be better, staff is super friendly and the breakfast, while somewhat limited in choices, is very good. But no AC in the room, that has one wall essentially completely made out of windows. Hence it was super hot in the room and stayed hot till late into the night. You can only open one Window, roughly 25% of the glas wall, to let air in, but since the lower half of the windows is a glas railing, only a little more than half the window actually lets fresh air in. Your choices for the night are hence sleeping in a very hot room, or in a fairly loud room since the Milchbar is crowded until late, and people having a good time are naturally loud. Given the definately premium price for the room that signaficantly downgrades the experiance.

The management seem a bit complacent. No air conditioning, no room service, WiFi has low limit for number of devices. Room cleaning not so thorough and not really a facility for doing the washing up. You need to book breakfast and no chance of getting it if you didn't. Noise protection between rooms of suite is poor but otherwise hotel itself is quiet. They have board and childrens games in the bar.

Gemütliches Zimmer, freundliches Personal - ich habe mich hier sehr wohl gefühlt und die Ruhe genossen. Mein persönliches Highlight: das "Kühlschrank voll"-Angebot! Ich habe lauter leckere Sachen mit lokalem Bezug vorgefunden. Perfekt, wenn man morgens gerne seine Ruhe hat!

Absolut tolle Lage direkt an der Nordsee. Schon morgens schauen wir auf das Wasser und die Wellen. Der Service ist entspannt und zuvorkommend. 1 Stern Abzug beim Zimmer wegen des zu weichen Bettes. Hier wurde dann improvisiert und für mehr Stabilität durch ein Holzbrett gesorgt, welches unter die Matratze gelegt wurde. Hier hätte ich eine Auswahl an Matratzen mit verschiedenen Stärken erwartet - vielleicht mal ein Tip für die Geschäftsführung.

Das Hotel möchte von außen modern wirken, von innen super altbacken und in die Jahre gekommen. Am Pool stehen die unbequemsten Liegen die man sich vorstellen kann. Bei den Zimmerpreisen sollten wohl mal neue drin sein. Saunabereich war sonst okay. Sehr sauber.
