The
good:
the
place
is
modern,
has
an
incredible
view
and
a
very
good
atmosphere.
The
service
is
friendly
and
the
chairs
are
comfortable.
The
drinks
are
delicious.
The
juices
are
really
fruit
juices
and
well
processed.
The
meat:
The
meat
is
perfect,
the
beef
is
of
good
quality
and
it
shows.
I
have
never
eaten
chicken
skin
so
well
prepared,
I
think
the
roasted
chicken
with
notes
of
panela
and
ginger
is
its
star
dish!
The
not
so
good:
Starter
ceviche:
the
fish
for
ceviche
cannot
be
fibrous!
And
care
must
be
taken
that
the
spice
sauces
do
not
steal
the
limelight
from
the
tiger's
milk.
The
crispy
potato
was
a
complete
fry-up,
it
was
sooo
greasy!
Solomito:
if
they
know
how
to
give
the
meat
the
point,
why
subtract
it
with
a
crumbled
chorizo
on
top?
That
even
takes
away
the
elegance
of
the
dish!...the
touch
of
chorizo
can
be
achieved
with
a
light
sauce
or
with
less
saturation
of
chorizo
on
all
the
meat
and
the
puree
that
does
not
look
like
they
put
a
blood
sausage
filling
on
top.
The
mashed
banana
had
a
good
texture
but
there
was
a
lot
of
it
and
it
smelled
and
tasted
too
much
like
the
kind
of
margarine
they
use
in
bakeries
for
puff
pastry.
Chicken:
As
I
said
before,
the
crust
and
preparation
were
delicious,
very
good
sweet
touches.
What
damages
the
plate?
The
companions!
The
mashed
potatoes
are
well
done
but
the
salad
is
sadder!
Purple
cabbage
with
two
julienne
carrots,
really?
I
would
subtract
puree
and
give
strength
to
that
salad.
Vegetarian
Burger:
a
total
mistake!
The
bread
was
delicious,
with
hints
of
grain,
the
purple
cabbage
was
dull
(seriously
the
same
as
the
main
course
salad?),
the
same
lettuce
and
the
same
avocado
sauce
from
the
Ceviche.
The
ungraceful
dads.
If
you
are
going
to
sell
fast-food,
tomato
sauce
is
essential!
And
whoever
told
you
that
the
coffee
BBQ
was
delicious
lied
to
you!
The
pizza:
it
differs
little
from
the
flavor
of
the
microwave
pizza
that
you
can
find
in
a
supermarket.
Bowl:
Bland
vegetables,
cooked
in
water,
bland
rice...not
even
a
leaf
of
coriander,
beef
lost
under
the
dry
leaves.
You
don't
even
feel
the
quinoa,
there's
no
sauce,
there's
no
flavor.
And
guess
what
cabbage
they
accompany
it
with?
Yeah!
The
same
as
the
hamburger,
the
beef,
the
chicken,
the
side
dish,
everything!
If
the
problem
is
gourmet
cooking
with
low
prices,
I
would
rather
pay
more
than
have
more
or
less
products.
