they are the best/ actually it was first time for me with you, unfortunately it was quite urgent because I have broke my tooth so it was painful , I have connect with my dentist 10 days wait time which was shook it's not acceptable, then I called your clinic and they give me appointment in the same day,(honestly in few hours)and very good service, kind and professional. I cant say nothing then thank all of you.

Update Jan 17: Got contacted by (I think) the owner of the clinic, who listed carefully what I had to say and promised to review my case. Read email from the office today, saying that the charge was as supposed to be and no overcharge happened, however, due to good gesture been proposed 10% -12% discount on my next visit. Living this update because I liked the devotion of the clinic and time spent to review my comment and act on it. Believing next time I will be advised in advance on the price and approximate charge right at the time. *** Original review Jan 10sh: Needed quick care of the tooth, got appointment pretty fast. Service was ok, but it would be better next time if doctors would ask if patients are ready to pay for xray and how much approximately the treatment will be. I think I was overcharged and xray was not necessary for my treatment. Moreover, the tooth filling was minor, but I have been charged as major.

Marloes gaat zeer zorgvuldig te werk. Ze werkt heel rustig wat op mij zeer geruststellend overkwam. Toch altijd spannend zo”n tandartsbezoek. En heb er nagenoeg niets van gevoeld. Direct een volgend consult geboekt voor over 6 maanden. Dus zelfs geen last van uitstelgedrag gehad. Dus ben je geen fan van de tandarts net als ik? Marloes zorgt ervoor dat je op je gemak bent en dat je weer met een mooie smile de praktijk uitloopt.

Wat een superfijne tandartspraktijk! Ik heb me nog nooit zo relaxt in de tandartsstoel gevoeld. Marloes is een toppertje, wat een rustige en vriendelijke benadering.

Ik ben zeer goed en vriendelijk ontvangen bij deze praktijk. Een heel verschil met mijn oude praktijk. Hier zijn ze zeer persoonlijk en begeleiden mij goed (aangezien ik best bang ben altijd). Behandeling was totaal niet pijnlijk en ook nadien geen problemen ervaren. Fijne tandarts!

Ik heb er erg goede ervaring mee. Naast hun deskundigheid en goede zorg voor je gebit, hebben ze ook aandacht voor je als persoon. Ze nemen jou en je klachten serieus.

Enorm vriendelijk, luistert aandachtig en komt begripvol over. Erg fijne tandarts.

Ik ben tevreden over het geheel. Het maken van een afspraak gaat makkelijk, de ontvangst is vriendelijk en de behandeling naar wens.
