I understood hiring young teens can be difficult but today I Saw an employee put his entire lips on the whipped cream dispenser and put it back, when I notified other staff their response was “she’ll talk to him” I hope it’s more than a talking to.

AS ALWAYS they were out of croissants..... 95% of the times I've gone to this location and others in the nearby area there are so many basic items they are out of. They do not order based on what people like.... That or they just don't like making croissants!

Don’t order on Uber eat my drink wasn’t made right. It was missing Hazelnut and caramel swirl. Then I paid 18 dollars for stale donuts. Save your money.

Paid $10 for a cold brew and a basic egg/cheese wrap...even in Chicago that wrap is $1.50...its 2.59 here. And then the cashier said the receipt machine was broken and we think they may be scamming money out of people. 5/30/22 3pm.

I get the same coffee every time I go to Dunkin' donuts and it always tastes the same. There was something about the coffee I got from this location that tasted OFF. Yuck, didn't drink it. The service was fine.

Looks nice, fresh and clean inside. Appears to be short staffed, the two ladies were hopping around. Not a huge selection of ice cream like the DD/BJ down the road. The donuts weren’t fresh when we got to them at 5pm.

One person was in there, That Day, And The Lady turn off The Lights, But still took that few moments, to Serve Me, It made my Day! That Exchange really gave me Fuel ⛽️ to carry on, With my long day, Thank 😊 You Dunking!

Place is clean. Kitchen works in glows 😇 . Fresh food. Recommend.

I ordered an Iced Cake Batter Latte yesterday! Whoever made it.. deserves a raise 🔥it was so good!!

I hate going to this Dunkin' donuts but it's really on my way to my destination all the time today was icing in the cake. I was at the drive-through speaker for 10 minutes without a single word from them I even drove up to the window and nobody was there. The only reason I stayed again is because it's it's close to my destination. My order number is #4155. The time was 2:43 PM. October 11. 1st lady was trying to give me 3 coffees without the tray. I had to ask for it and she made it seem like if I was a crazy one. The 2nd lady she was talking ill about another customer infront of me making eye contact So naturally I thought she was talking about me that's when she clarified "I'm not talking about you" I get to the job site only to be informed a very small cup of hot chocolate was supposed to be medium. It was put into a small with a medium sticker. Really not coming here anymore. I'll travel far for Dunkin rather than to come here.

Do not come to this Dunkin’ Donuts unless you are going through a drive-through doors are never unlocked for customers to walk in. (P.s you will be wasting your time getting out of your car trust me doors are always locked.)

We weren’t sure the location was open because there was not a single car in the parking lot and no one behind the counter when we first walked in. It’s a large stand alone building and appears to be clean. Gentlemen that helped me was polite. I ordered a chocolate malt it was very good. The donut were a little out of order so decided what we wanted was a little difficult.

Food is great. Music was too loud, we had a hard time ordering because either the store staff couldn't hear us or we cannot hear them.

Ehhh...slow service, donut was not fresh and served was not pleasant. I'm hoping she was just having a rough morning.

I go here every morning. They are fast paced. My favorite is a coffee strawberry donut and bacon I really recommend the bacon.

The most terrible place, the toilet is closed, as if it was being cleaned, although the staff themselves visited it. I watched them for half an hour.

We were going to get food inside and realized its closed walk ins. They close walk in but the drive thru is opened. They have done this multiple times already.
