    Update: They hit my credit for $199. I wish I could sue these guys. They still don't answer the phone or return messages. You really don't want to live there. Read the low rated posts and take note. The place is ok to live at. Not much fun and kinda run down but doable. The maintenance guys are great. The insurmountable problem is the office staff. They just donā€™t care at all. I have never seen or heard of a company that treats paying customers as horrible as they do. They let the trash build up for weeks sometimes months. See pictures. If one complains then they take it personal and NEVER forget. They will set up the system so that you wonā€™t know when a change is made. Then they will charge you for something you didnā€™t know about. They will find ways to make it so the computer system wonā€™t accept your rent payments. Then they will act like everything is fine and have no idea what is going on. BUT since they didnā€™t get the rent on time, you have to get a certified cashiers check from the bankā€¦ oh the bank is closed now? Too bad. And youā€™ll be out of town for work by tomorrow? Too bad. The fees will keep going till you get us our certified check. If I owned this place, I would do an investigation on this staff. Changing management companies didnā€™t help.

    Place is rodent infested and the team is highly incompetent at navigating any issue. All they know is sweet talks and how to botch up renovation jobs while causing high inconvenience to the residents. Took them 40 days to admit they canā€™t help me and I had to move out within 10 days, due to highly unsanitary living conditions. The leasing team is not only highly incompetent but also extremely rude. I had to take 4 days off work and email them multiple times constantly just to get basic responses from them. I tried pushing them harder for my rights as a tenant, during which they stated they would evict me. Quite an unlawful behaviour! Prime example of a greedy landlord who unfairly flex their power and only care to line up their pockets better. I would highly recommend not moving here as youā€™ll land up moving again in a few months.

    My experience at the Clarion is bitter sweet.?I would not recommend staying at this apartment complex over a year, maybe two. They never repainted my apartment as we discussed previously with management; about 1 year and half to redo the floors. The customer service here is questionable! I put my request in Friday evening/night, I tried calling Saturday at 1:49 pm to make sure someone would come to service but no one picked up the phone, nor did they return my call. If no one could come repair this, a nice courtesy call letting me know the service team can come Monday wouldā€™ve been nice. Normally the Maintenance team here is efficient, at the end of the day itā€™s about communication. So all weekend I couldnā€™t cook or clean dishes because I didnā€™t want to touch anything just in case there is more damage under the counter. Be aware!

    I tell everyone about how I got so lucky with this place! My coworkers who live nearby pay an arm and a leg for "luxury" apartments that are are always having issues And the terrible management doesn't help. By contrast, Glenna and the maintenance guys put everyone to shame! The moving process was so easy The move in process was so easy, q Glenna was super accommodating! At the 1st minor issue we had as far as maintenance goes, the guys showed up right after I pressed send on the request. The apartment is spacious and reasonably updated and we are super happy here!

    Careless office. Confirmed a tour the week before; received a confirmation text 4 days prior and the morning of. Called to let them know I was running 5-10 minutes late and they said the office was closed and that no one was there to do my tour. Staff who I spoke with didn't seem to care and only said "I wish someone had called you." I had to drive an hour and a half and was 30 minutes away.

    The Clarion has made my move here and stay here phenomenal. Lauren and her staff in the front office are wonderful. I appreciate their patience, generosity and concern for myself and my daughter!

    Not the worst place Iā€™ve toured, seems safe and nice enough. But between being given the keys to tour the apartment on my own and a general sense that I was being considered more of a nuisance than a prospective renter by the leasing office Iā€™m not disappointed that the apartment I made an appointment to tour (and wasnā€™t told was already rented so I could save the gas) was ā€œalready goneā€

    I want to express my gratitude for the exceptional service provided by Joy. Despite the unavailability of what I was initially seeking, Joy's assistance was outstanding. While waiting, I noticed her exceptional handling of other leasing inquiries. Joy truly deserves full recognition for her professionalism. Finding a great community is crucial, and having an excellent property management company is equally important. Without a doubt, this would have been my first choice, and I highly recommend it.     This is the worst experience I have ever had. They painted stairs and splashed paint on my car. I got a quote from a shop. They told me that they are going to cover it. Itā€™s been 3 months and they havenā€™t paid a single penny. Now I m moving out. I cleaned the house way better than how I received. The floor coming off since day one I moved in. Because itā€™s really cheap material and doesnā€™t have enough glue. When I was moving out they said it should be fine and Now they charged me 250 for flooring Which is not my fault. I havenā€™t done anything to floor. It just need a little bit of glue to stick back in. Itā€™s gonna cost less than a dolllar. But they charged me 250 for nothing. Thatā€™s literally rip off. They messed my car up. I have to pay to fix it and they charged me for flooring to not give my deposit back. I m definitely going to talk to my lawyer. I m not gonna let them to rip me off. Thatā€™s going to happen all the new residents. I would be more careful about what you are going to sign.

    My significant other and I have been very pleased with our experience here so far. Glenna is fantastic and made the leasing and moving in process as seamless as possible. All maintenance concerns have been addressed in a timely manner and all staff we have interacted with have been friendly and helpful.
