I wanted to share how amazing the front desk clerk Kaila handled the large crowd (every chair was taken) she greeted every patient ( in person or via phone) have warmth and kindness along with a beautiful smile! She made the wait tolerable. Once I got in the back my EMT DJ with professional, kind and easy to talk to.. Great experience!!!!

Had to get an observer to watch me release my urine into a cup and she did her job. Never take blood pressure medicine as it will cancel out your results and the company is going to ask someone to observe you. Never have I had this done before and I was shaking all over the place, yet imagine how they must feel to stand in, observe and touch urine all day. Job well done and properly handled

The people that I encounter with were very respectful. Customer service was really great the nurse and the doctor were very nice to me and took care of my needs thank you. Happy holidays

My experience was very pleasant it was a bit crowded when I arrived. However the young lady at the front Mrs. Suzette apologized for the delay and was very polite and respectful. Upon being called in the back the gentleman that took my vitals was also polite and apologetic in regards to the wait. Overall I had a very pleasant and respectful visit.

I was the first patient there. I arrived at 7:31AM and didn't get seen until almost 9AM. Too make a long story short. I believe that they were looking to fail me on my DOT physical. Rushing through my exam. The lady didn't even use gloves when she checked me for a hernia. She busted in and was like just drop your draws. I believe that I am do a retest.

They staff were super nice and professional. However the wait times are super long regardless of the time of day. I waited over an hour just to get my TB skin checked. I definitely wouldn’t recommend going on your lunch break (Not that I did)

My first time visiting due to flu. Everyone was nice, attentive and thorough with me and did a great job in showing their concern for people as I can see they are in for right reasons. Would recommend if you can't get to your PCP. Glad I went.

Customer service was pretty good from intake to service provider for job drug screening. Lobby area is small and seats fill up fast with people waiting for service. Arrive early to complete paperwork. Bring bottled water to sip on during your wait so that you’re ready when they call you back.
