Park is nice not too big or small. Comparing to piedmont park would say the park is relative small. Only complaint I really had is looks like they had not cleaned up the poop cans. Literally over flowing with dog waste. That being said we opted foe the trails. This is really where the park shines and there where plenty if poop stations for dogs that where clean. Our dogs loves the little water crossing creek and the trails are fairly easy and well marked. Would def be back.

Very small dog park. Convenient and fenced for off leash exercise!

Decent dog park. Water fountains off this time of year but don't really work even when they are on. They just recently put a sign on the entrances of two entrances, designating large dogs and small dogs.

Lovely little park with some very nice hiking trails at the back. The fenced area is a pretty simple setup; a couple of benches, a fountain, some wood chips, a poop station, and a few trees for shade. It’s definitely a bit smaller than the other dog parks we’ve been to, but the trails are really what makes this park shine. If he’s getting overstimulated in the fenced area, we can just go hiking in the back and still get all of his energy out for the day. It’s got a lovely little creek for the dogs to swim and play in, and a bridge that takes you to some very scenic views for doggy photo ops.

I took my son's dog ("Doug") there to run around & play for a bit. The park itself was spacious & nice, but unfortunately I had a bad experience there. Doug was having a great time mingling with other dogs, then all of a sudden a much larger dog attacked him. I was horrified & I immediately ran over to him yelling at the big dog to get away from him. As I got closer, the big dog ran off. I was shocked & appalled that other people saw what was happening & nobody did anything to help. As I was checking on Doug to see if he was ok, I saw some guy standing there ' I asked, "is that one yours?" (meaning the one who had attacked Doug) and he nonchalantly replied, "Yeah, I don't know what his problem is, but he can be a little aggressive sometimes". Ummm... if you *know* that about him, then maybe he shouldn't be here?? Anyway, I took Doug home shortly after. I'm not at all blaming the park. The park was really nice, but just keep an eye on your furry friends while visiting, because not every dog there plays well with others.

A small dog park with small and large dog sections and good shade. Most owners are friendly, most dogs well-trained. A path connects to Mason Mill Park via stepping stones across a pretty creek. Drawbacks are poor maintenance. There is only bark mulch on the small dog side, and a smart dog can escape under the fence where the remaining mulch has bent it outwards.

The creek behind the fenced in park was very smelly. Smells of sulfur which is a by product of some sort of bacteria. Still a hoot for water loving dogs. We hosed and showered straight afterwards. It didn’t smell 3 years ago. Hmmm.

This is my new favorite dog park in Atlanta. There's a dog park, trails, and a swimming hole all for your furry friends. The people I've met on multiple occasions are very friendly. Everyone made sure their dogs played nice with my puppy.
