Worse medical facility I have ever seen. Their only aim is to delay the patient and extract more money. Pathetic behavior of staff. In the OT while doing the operation, the surgeon and nurse are discussing their Pujo vacation plans. Absolutely no seriousness in their job. The doctor did not even talk to the patient in the entire process. The hospital won’t even give the original or copy of the prescription written by the doctor. A patient is treated like an animal and given no value to his time. Finally not to mention the hygiene of the hospital. Even the OT was filthy, forget about the rooms. Stay away from such medical facility.

Phoenix hospital is having good sets of doctors but the service , ambience and staffs are very unprofessional. Nurses are not nicely trained. Huge communication gap between staffs. Be it opd, be it icu , be it cabin, be it about payment There’s one Pappu da who only coordinates with everything. But when it comes about payment they can make a good amount of bills even just adding mere service charge. I will definitely not recommend this hospital to anyone.

Overall treatment experience was good but it all got ruined by the pathetic billing department who for some reason put bulk amounts into miscellaneous expenses causing mediclaim disaster. I stayed in a general ward bed but they charged me an executive room causing mediclaim rejection.

Worst hospital in the locality. The hospital is basically a money laundering institution. Even after telling them that only an initial treatment is required as there is not much money for treatment, they will make situation such that you wouldn't be able to take your patient out of there. Then they will make your patient switch to ICU and build up the bill. I find that the doctors there are not giving proper information regarding the treatment being given to the patient. (A direct violation of the right of information which needs to be investigated. If anyone has information regarding how to raise complaint against such hospitals then please message me.) Further, when the family is unable to pay such huge bills and ask for concessions then their marketing team would humiliate in front of everybody, even resorting to holding the family till payment is done. There should be some control on such hospitals and it's high time that the government close these scroungers

The most greedy doctor Aloke Majumdar ( ENT). Pathetic system of the hospital. They charge money to consult the doctor and the doctor suggests some test. When you go to the doctor again to show the report of the test, they will charge you again. They just want to make money and they don’t care about the patient. Patient will die in this hospital by paying them even he/she doesn’t have the symptoms of dying.

The best nursing home I ever visited. It is equipped with 24 hours emergency, pharmacy and path lab. The doctors who are associated with this hospital are highly qualified and skilled and I liked the behaviour of all the staff members there. Very bad service. Bathroom very dirty. You have to keep shouting to call nurse or anyone. Bad food. They will charge you very high and service is worst.

Behaviour of all staffs is excellent and doctor T. K. Jana is also good. Overall I satisfied but my poor experience regarding Lift. There is no facilities of lifting system that is very uncomfortable situation for patient.
