Always a pleasure to have the 'Double Beauty' experience ! The staff is always welcoming and treat you like you're part of the family! I feel 100% comfortable . It takes me over an hour to get there , but it's the only salon that l am always totally satisfied with my hair . I would highly recommend them !

Not only did she tell me how awful my hair was and how stupid I was for colouring, she did what she wanted, not what I wanted. Paid 77$ for my highlights to be done at the root and the root colour did not change. Then did nothing when I complained.

I went in and asked specifically for just roots and toner. The owner decided that i needed highlights. She gave me 3 bee stripes in my bangs. No toner over them, just raw orange, uneaven lift. I'm talking like 1998 orange stripes. I called back the day of to get the unwanted stripes out as it was so awful and the embarassing. The owner made her employee fix it by just covering it up. No refund, and the employee didn't even dry my hair after the "correction" as "she'd have to charge me". 150$ for this service. Needless to say i do not recommend this salon to anyone under 80

Exceptionally patient with young kids getting their hair trimmed, and they do great military type cuts as well.
