This place has a drive-through and the service in the drive-through seemed relatively fast. While being served inside the store, one might be tempted to go outside, due to the fast processing of orders by customers using the drive-through. Overall, the wait time was decent. The price was a bit on the high end. The staff was helpful and announced clearly the order when bringing the bag of food. A seating area was and is still this location. It was clean, well lit and decorated with historical facts.

I guess I'm a sucker for punishment, the service here is consistently slow but every few months I crave fried chicken so I decide to give them another try. Today was the worst experience I've had at any drive through. I pull up and there's only one car ahead of me, so I figured it shouldn't be too bad. I'm not sure how long I actually waited before someone acknowledged that I was there but when they did they were incredibly rude. No "sorry for the wait" or even a simple "hello" nope I got a snarky "you've been there for ten minutes, I can see your there." (it was probably longer than 10 minutes but whatever) to which I responded "what?" Then they said "you called from your car we know there's a line up of people." I didn't call, I can only imagine it was one of the other cars who were also waiting. So at this point I attempt to make my order but they were so rude to me that I just gave up and drove away. Never going back again.

For $32 I got subpar food. I’m supposed to have three large sides and tonight I was given containers that missed an inch to an inch and a half from the top. The sizes of the chicken breasts are also tiny! Barely bigger than the palm of my hand (less than 3 inches large). I’m sorely disappointed and think it’s worth the drive to go to Ottawa if you want. I could make the same amount of food at home for less. Truly disappointed

Food was hot and delicious. Everything made to order. Service was friendly, informative and speedy. On more than one occasion. One of the best kfcs I've been to.

Went through the drive through for a snack on the way home, purchased a small popcorn chicken for $8. I got a handful of popcorn chicken - when I went back for a refund or to have the manager actually fill the small container, she accused me of already eating half of it…. Rude

We Had a deep fried chicken sandwiches. My second ever KFC. It was a huge piece of chicken and so moist cooked to perfection. 😋

I made a small order today with a friend and we were served by a friendly, enthusiastic hard working young man. I think his name was Michael. He got our order perfect and told us about an upcoming event or discount, it sounded so tasty that I got lost in thought mentally nibbling happily on it that I forgot the details. Next time I pop by I’ll ask him. Anyway it was a great experience and satiated my KFC cravings for the time being.
