Originally from Germany where we take dental hygiene extremely seriously. The hygienist is fantastic, ask for numbing your gums if you are sensitive, she will do that which is a huge relief for me who does not tolerate pain/sensation in the mouth area at all. She also explains every step super well and gives great tips! Also went to see the dentist, if you need anything done like filling holes, ask for local anaesthetics, as the Dutch are as with everything within their healthcare system super pragmatic and it’s not “standard”.

All the staff (assistants, dentists, hygienist) is professional and always ready to answer any question. The dentist and hygienist are good and always cautious.

Lucy was fantastic. If I could book a cleaning with her for every appointment, I would. She did a thorough job, always asked if the tools were making my sensitive teeth hurt, and told me what she was doing at all times. Can't remember the last time I had such a wonderful experience. Thanks!

The dental hygienist was extremely gentle, she explained every step and was checking on me regularly. It was the most wonderful experience as my last cleaning at a different practice was pure torture. I am extremely thankful because now I can come back without any fear !

Great dentist. Since I have moved to Amsterdam, I required emergency treatment and this practice managed to provide me a appointment on a few hours notice. Very friendly and I would recommend.

Always liked the clinic. Great opening times. And now doing on Saturday. This last time a had an even better experience. The hygienist thought me how to brush my teeth (exemple: how to angle the electric toothbrush while brushing it), something that nobody ever thought me. One thing that I missed tho. (and I understand because of the short in staff) it took about 15 minutes (since I arrived at the clinic) for the receptionist to come. Maybe a bell or something to notify the stuff that there are people entering the place might be a good idea to implement.

If you have been a customer for 6 years, you will always be paid properly. If you forget to pay an invoice once, you will immediately be contacted by a collection agency. 85 euros, instead of 25. In addition, it is difficult to reach by telephone. Customer service extremely poor. I'm going to find a new dentist.

VERY uncustomer friendly. I have been a loyal patient and when an invoice ended up in my spam and the reminder was sent to my old address, I was immediately confronted by a collection agency. Where is the humanity of just making a phone call and asking what is going on instead of immediately treating someone like some big defaulter. Immediately left this commercial money-oriented practice. I like to be treated as a human being by 'care institutions'.
