    For the checkup I didn't pay a lot, regular dentist service is really good in my opinion but be aware when they are almost forcing you to do cleaning, unbelievable costs and not too good service. For only a small checkup and "measuring" for about 20 minutes, they charged me almost €200, the cleaning process is also not smooth and I don't recommend it at all, highly overpriced with minimum effort spent.

    I though my first experience was good, because the receptionist and staff were pleasant. The dentist could do with a little more undertstanding/empathy of the inconvenience of the process and the sharp tools used in the mouth, but other than that, my first experience was okay. However, the second experience was not. The receptionist, a different person this time was very unhelpful and couldn't be bothered. Also, please beware, this clinic does not practice transparent billing/invoicing, would spring it as a surprise, and insist you settle it immediately at the counter. So you have no idea, nor are you told beforehand of the procedures that would be done and given an estimate of how much they would cost. After the procedure, you will not be issued an invoice or bill, you're just told how much you need to pay (or in my case, they wait until your next visit at insist you make the payment at the counter), you don't get to see anything until after you have made the payment. I raised this with the receptionist, and like I said, she couldn't be bothered, and said that is the practice. She even confirmed that it was going to be like that for future treatments. Settling the bill is not a problem, but at least be decent enough to issue the bill beforehand. So if you want to register in this clinic, beware of what you might be getting into.

    I think it is such a great practice and especially the team, which is always friendly and cheerful. You will receive a friendly welcome from the counter assistants and when the dentist walks out, you will hear it immediately, so the wait is not that bad. Dentist Manuel makes me feel very comfortable because I am quite scared I highly recommend this practice Greetings Sylvia B

    Dentists are great but reception/communication is very poor. They never scheduled my appointments without mistake the last few years. Either they change the time without letting me know, forget about 1 of the treatments and I have to come back another time, call me with the message it needs to be rescheduled etc. I stayed since opening hours are flexible, but after another mistake today Ive decided to switch. Please make sure your reception gets organized & professional.

    Peaceful locality with mixed ethnicity and demographics. The Florijn bus stop is the key point of transport via bus, although Bijlmer Station is just 12-15 mins away via walking. Peaceful to walk around the locality during evenings and winter nights. Multiple shops are available nearby for groceriesand other items, including Albert Heijn, Vomer, Gall n Gall, Skyloo etc.

    I'm not happy with this praktijk , I've asked them repeatedly To send me SMS before my appointment , yet they fail to do so , they don't forget to send me the invoice for the missed appointment though , also they have a lot of different dentist there so you never know who you get , I will change praktijk , as they fail to do what is being asked, if they cannot.provide such a simple service to their patients , then I will go to someone who can , I pay you a couple hundred euros every year for lots of years now , and you cannot even send me a reminder Sms or call me I live 5 minutes from the praktijk ,it's ridiculous, I could have come directly, no interest , it makes me feel like a money bag not a person

    I had a 6 months regular controll, what was completed by a student. She was very kind, she mentioned it in advance that she was a student. There was no assistant present in the room, so she had to check constantly my file, X-rays in the computer while she was also checking my teeth with the same hands and gloves... I think that it is very unacceptable not considering any hygene regulations specially during a pandemic... It should be a strict common sense paying more attention to all the hygene in this situation. I won't go back there anymore, I already had a feeling that they are a dentist factory, getting more and more patients and obviously students as well in their stuffs.

    First time coming here and everyone was so friendly and professional, while also still very human? Very different from what I'm used to! Going to the dentist always kinda felt like a chore but the people here are genuinely nice, which helps to ease that feeling. I would greatly recommend this dentist if you're looking for one!

    Worst dentist in Amsterdam. DON’t Go Here. Their staff seem not to like their job. I had an appointment at 14:00, I arrived even 10 min earlier, they made me wait for 50min only to tell me to wait even longer. I finally couldn’t take it anymore and asked why I have to wait this long? You could tell me to come later!? They told me that there was a special case another patient we have had to let him go before you. I asked them why do you select your patient? I had an appointment, and still you pick up other patient you prefer? I’m in pain from your last job. I’ve received No logical answer. I could not wait longer and told the This is exactly what happened to me last time as well. The dentist who worked on my tooth his name is Toufeek, did the worst job, while my moth is wide open he is talking to his colleagues about irrelevant subjects. The receptionist gave me several expensive fractures to pay, I realised that I had already paid the half why do I have to pay double, when I told them they checked and indeed another error from their calculation. It’s a total mass there. I left the place in tears without being helped at the end. Is there any way I could appeal a complain against them? Please advice

    With 2 locations, it provides flexibility. Plus experienced and friendly staff. So far, happy with the treatment plan results, thanks Deyenne! Keep it up! Reception are helpful to schedule or re-schedule. But would be more efficient I think if patient calls reception to reschedule, it can be done during the call itself instead of waiting for a return call from reception to check the schedule with you.
