😠 Went for eyebrow shaping and the personnel who provided it preferred it "natural." She abruptly finished the appointment without caring if it was really what I wanted. The place is pretty fancy, but quality of service is sub-par. Didn't get what I went there for, hence not satisfied with the experie... People often mention pedicure, service, Great,

It was seriously my worst pedicure ever. Even the cheapest place in Paris is giving a better service than here. No one gave me something to drink and when someone asked if I wanted something she never came back to me with what I asked (a glass of water). 52 euros just for a nail polish is a proper shame, they didn't try to treat my callus, she only used a nail file for that which is not appropriate. First and last time I will go to this place. Thanks for this waste of time and money.

Great service! Friendly and helpful staff in this specific location, despite the fact that it was pretty crowded. It was my first time where I booked a 1h massage. Would recommend it :)

Underwhelmed. Went in for a pedicure, and it was an average pedicure. Overpriced. A more appropriate price would have been €30, instead of €60. The girl who performed my pedicure was very sweet, but everyone else working's customer service was sub par. I waited 10 minutes after I came in for anyone to acknowledge me. Was rushed out at the end before my toes were dry...

Great facial. Beautician was knowledgeable about great options for extra moisture in sensitive places. Treament made me feel truly relaxed

I came here a couple of times for pedicure and manicure . The staff is very polite , professional and friendly not like in other places in Amsterdam .. so far I have been happy with the service .

End of January 2022 I booked a spoiled pedicure at Soap Treatment Store because I wanted nice looking feet for my holiday. The pedicure itself went well, but I was sent home before the nail polish had hardened/dried sufficiently, as the salon closed earlier than usual due to what appeared to be a new year’s party. My toenails were protected by plastic bags, but this was not enough to prevent the nail polish peeling off on my way home. When I contacted the salon to ask for a compensation for this unsuccessful pedicure, they offered either to polish my nails again after my holidays, or to give me a scant € 5 discount for the following treatment. I turned this offer down as after my holidays my feet would be out of sight for the winter again, and € 5 is not even close covering the costs of having my toenails polished again in a different salon; therefore, the sum does not compensate sufficiently for the ruined end result of my pedicure. The telephonic contact with the salon’s staff member, who shouted at me and did not even let me speak, was very unpleasant.

American, I went here after a waitress recommended it. I wanted an upscale massage, not some red light district thing. I asked to set an appointment, Everyone stares. A woman comes from the back, Says sure but only in 4 days I say perfect im here for a week. Then she starts to say well they are very busy and gives me this whole story about how maybe they can't without even looking at the computer she's in front of. Trash.

Without reporting anything, they have increased the price by almost 15%, which you will have to find out for yourself after the payment for the treatment has already been made. The price on the website is still at the old amount, very misleading. Despite the promise that I would be called back about this, there is no response - not even by email. And while I am a loyal customer who receives a treatment every month. I recommend checking carefully where you stand before booking a treatment here. And don't expect compensation or compensation if something goes wrong. They blame that problem on their customers and unfortunately not on themselves. Too bad, they have lost me as a customer now.

Went in for a consultation and facial a month ago with a minor concerns about my acne. Was told to use their skincare line Prescription religiously and check back in a month later. It has been a month now and I’m warning you this is the worst my acne has ever looked. I find my face irritated throughout the whole day and my redness has only gotten worse since I started using their overpriced chemicals. I do not recommend coming to there’s people for help as they will only get you to waste money better spent on a dermatologist.

Great location and staff. The sell Obagi (Zo) face products. The online environment (to make appointments) could use some love.

In 2017 I had my front lines botox with Ninette van Es. at Soap treatment in Amsterdam. 2 weeks after the botox was placed i felt pain and assymetry in my eyebrows, obviousely botox was placed wrongly. After a while i had a difficulties with keeping my eyes open- i had eyelid ptosis. I came back to clinic for complain and help, but Ninette van Es was rejected all complains and said, that i am probably sick and need to go to neurologist. I went to several neurologists to be diagnosed in NL. Finally it took me almost 2 years to completely recover after that botox. It was a huge stress and huge amount of my money i have spent on a doctors. Never go to Soap Treatment again!!!! They are charlatans who can not take responsability of what they are doing.

Left with a large burn on top of my eyebrows that i wasnt even aware of until it turned into a bloody scab after leaving the store. The facial was very underwhelming.. eur90 for a normal skincare routine.. wouldnt call it a facial, no tools or machines used. A cleanser, a mask and a serum… not even vapor to remove blackheads😭 ive never felt so robbed.

What a nice spot in the middle of Amsterdam! A very warm welcome, pleasant atmosphere and space and Dr David Mosmuller really helped us very well. Definitely worth repeating, but for the 'luxury' treatments and not based on these skin problems!
