I brought my son to this ER sick, Vomiting and ETC. They took him in the back I am thinking they giving him fluids because he lost weight couldnā€™t keep anything down!. The Doctor that was on call there didnā€™t give him fluids , blood work and a CT scan. I ask him to do these things because something wasnā€™t right! He wouldnā€™t do NOTHING I ask! He misdiagnosed my son with COVID without doing a test and also they donā€™t do testing there! I was HIGHLY UPSET! I felt discriminated against! I begged to give him fluids and to do blood work and was STILL TURNED DOWN! I left and went to another hospital come to find out my son had BACTERIA Pneumonia!!! He was DEHYDRATED!! The only reason they got one star is so I can leave this review!!! Oh yes they not getting away with this at all!! If you feel something is not right GO somewhere ELSE!! Please do not send me a number to call you guys!! Take up with my Attorney!

I would say 80 percent of the staff at this place were rude and generally detached.(like they didn't want to be there). The lady who came to do my EKG was the worst. She would not answer any of my questions and had a very condescending attitude. The nurse who first saw me was polite enough and the lady who did the X-Ray was nice. I appreciate their services. Everyone else felt very unprofessional. Like any and all questions were considered stupid.

As an HCA employee it pains me to say this was the worse experience ever. I took my child and the 1st Dr was amazing. Ordered scans to be safe. Well as we were being brought back the system used for reading and seeing radiology reports and images went down. Did the CT, waited another 2 1/2 hours for results. By this time the stand alone ER was busy. The dr thst took over finally came in around 7pm. I had overheard him telling another family that the system was down throughout the west coast. So, I call friends who work radiology at the hospital I work at, our systems are up. When he came in I asked how much longer because my child's headache was now a 7/8 out of 10. Explained this to him and he said he had no clue. Told me I could leave but had to sign AMA forms and hecwould call me with results when the system comes back up. The nurse brought in the forms and I found out it was only certain PAC system down. The nurse reassured me they would call with results. About 0640am I call. The ladyvwho answered was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. If you hate your job that much maybe you should reconsider your line of work. I will never go back to this ER.

Do not go here. They will waste your time and money. If you need more than a prescription they refer you to the ER at Sunrise which is 40+ minutes away on the south side of town. The Dr wasted 3 hours treating my son for something he didn't have and told us we'd have to go to a different ER. Then when the nurses said we could, they didn't disconnect him from the machines so my wife had to disconnect him herself. Unprofessional. Waste of time.

Aliante is unfortunately failing. They used to be great but they are starting to hire just anyone. The whole area is beginning to fail as a community. Even the park has ratsā€¦. huge ones. The guy who answered the ER phone tonight was extremely unprofessional when I tried leaving a message for the physician, as requested by himself. Then they said they didnā€™t even know who I was referring to. That no one works there by that name. When I asked him well who did we see, and that he is on our paperwork - they quickly ā€œrememberedā€. Both nurses were extremely rude and did not know how to do anything. The practicing physician as well. He was OK, but before I left he also rubbed me the wrong way insinuating that I would not transfer my daughter ā€œbecause so many parents donā€™tā€. He was very rude about it and there is always a better way to express yourself. Especially about MY child, whom Iā€™m clearly very protective over. I had to take my daughter to a different hospital because they didnā€™t have the resources here, and when I did take her to Sunrise ( as they requested ) they did the exact same thing. Which was nothing. Our whole Christmas Day has been in the ER with no results. The whole point of being transferred was to have imaging done and none was done at all. It has been a complete nightmare. The nurse became seriously upset when my daughter was afraid of the needle that I had to literally set her ( the nurse ) back into her own place, and let her know that she is a child who is afraid. She started to belittle my child and began rolling her eyes. I mean it was ridiculous. She was not professional nor caring. That is her job and she is too old to even act the way that she did. She did her job so poorly, and her attitude was so terrible. The whole experience was draining. It seemed like these were the rejects who came in on Christmas Day because the real professionals were on vacation. I wonā€™t ever go there again. Itā€™s turning into a trashy environment. The staff here is horrible from the doctors all the way to the contracted security. I came in by paramedics and was sat in a chair which was causing me more pain so I laid on the floor, I was told I couldnā€™t I stated the chair was causing me more pain. A nurse basically threw his hand with a gesture so I said FU too and was kick out. In all my years 6 kids, appendectomy, collapsed lung, asthma patient lived in 4 states; have I experienced anything so horrible

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT come here!! Take the extra time to go ANYWHERE else, you'd be better off going to see Doc McStuffins then going here! Unprofessional gossiping about your patients when you are unaware their family members can hear you, lucky for them it wasn't recorded or they would be unemployed. Then they told me they sent me prescription in but were lying. I called back to verify I was in the right place and then they confirmed twice it was sent but it wasn't. She tells me I'm fine to wait till the morning bc I got a dose of medicine at the ER? I'm not fine and now I have to go to ANOTHER E.R because the people who work here are careless and judgmental. A friend of mine also was checking into the ER at the same time and received discriminatory treatment while they down played his illness.

My boyfriend and I had come here to get checked out after we were in a car accident and at first we thought it was really nice, there was barely a wait and we were seen almost right away. the staff that took our vitals seemed very friendly but once the doctor came to see us he basically just looked at us and told us since the airbags hadn't deployed during our accident that there was no possible way we could be injured??? i genuinely hate going to the ER for this exact reason. they don't care about your health, they just want your copay whatever ridiculous amount it may be. I've had a headache every single day since the accident and have had severe body pain and they didnt care at all to further check on me for that. just another medical building with staff that couldn't care less about anyone's well-being

No one likes to go to the ER, so hospitality & kindness means everything to visitors. One thing about my experience today is that I appreciate how PATIENT & KIND the entire staff was to me. I came in with severe stomach pain that came and went, then eventually progressed for about an hour and a half. Because the pain seemed to be traveling up my chest/lingering I wanted to make sure to get checked in case it was something serious - like early symptoms of a heart attack. My sister and I came in and was immediately helped by Floyd (the receptionist). He saw how much pain I was in and offered to sign in for me on the kiosk. His energy was much needed in my uncomfortable, physical state. Not long after, I was called in by Nalani (nurse leader). She asked what brought me in while she took my vitals. At that time, Dr. Hansen (physician) walked by to shadow the conversation. Both were patient with me, letting me finish my sentence (not talking over me like most ER personnel) and listened to all my questions. My symptoms seemed to be related to a stomach condition, but just to be safe we took an EKG and x-ray to make sure my heart was okay. Ralph (x-ray tech) was a nice man who took me to get my chest x-ray. He took his time to explain what we're going to do and his tone was genuinely calming. I returned to my room, got my EKG and took some pills to help with the vomiting. The Doctor thought my condition was gastritis and prescribed medication to help with the acidity in my stomach. In the meantime, I was directed to connect with my primary care doctor and follow-up on an appointment with a gastro specialist. Karen (nurse who checked me out) provided me with my paperwork and made sure I understood the next steps. THANK YOU FOR BEING PATIENT WITH ME AND SO KIND. You don't often come across that in the ER units in any hospital so it was refreshing to be around that. Once again... shout out to the team that helped me! Floyd (reception) Dr. Hansen (physician) Nalani (nurse leader) Ralph (x-ray tech) Karen (check out lady)

The care is good but the lady that works the front desk lady is SO rude. Ive had to come in here several times and everytime she is the most rude person i have had the displeasure of interacting with. I dont know her name but this this visit is on sat 16 currently 940 am and she is here. So if any administrators see this please do something. People are sick and worried about their family members. And these masks they are handing out are so ridiculous they kept breaking (a very weird strapping system) i asked her for a normal mask and she refused and told me i could wait outside while my mother is severely sick.

i went in for bad abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. when i arrived i was taken to the back and doctor (osborne) made me speak to him about my symptoms/what was going on in front of everyone, he didnā€™t even have the respect to speak in a room. he was then very adamant about me being pregnant ā€œdue to my symptomsā€ md was advised there is no chance i was pregnant. he then proceeded to say ā€œoh iā€™ve heard all about those virgin mary storiesā€ then proceeded to make me take a pregnancy test. The staff didnā€™t allow my wife to go into the room with me, and told security to ā€œwatch herā€. very disrespectful, unprofessional and rude. The MD then said ā€œif you have been having this pain for two weeks it canā€™t be that bad since you waited 2 weeks to come inā€ However i did speak with a telehealth doctor who advised it may be food poisoning and can last up to 10 days, if any longer consult with a MD. So i did that. Then doctor then pressed on my stomach and said ā€œoh youā€™re not in excruciating pain telling me to stop so youā€™re fineā€ The charge nurse then put an IV in me and drew blood, without consent. I was then told i needed a CT scan of my abdomen. The iv was not placed correctly as blood was coming out of it. I was then left in the room clueless for over 2 hours. While i can hear the MD and nurses cracking jokes with eachother not doing their job. Blood was taken, and i never got the results back to the blood test. I was given medication in the IV to help with the nausea, but honestly i feel sicker now than i did when i initially went to this place. This has been one of the worst experiences i have had with a doctor. The staff is very rude, unprofessional. The security guard doesnā€™t do her job aside from sitting there giving everyone dirty looks. It was very upsetting that i was diagnosed with something, but didnā€™t get an explanation why or whatā€™s going on with my stomach. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone after the experience i had, go to an actual hospital instead of going here

Normally they are really good. I went there for Migraine, hypertensive, rib/back pain on March 2nd. They did all these scans but never once did bloodwork. I ended up in the ICU due to low sodium (112) on March 5th at another hospital. All they did in the ER, was refer me to an Neurologist. That time could have cost me my life. My Mom was in hospice close to death and because they didn't treat me correctly, I missed her death while getting the real care I needed. Do bloodwork and don't assume you know what is wrong.

This place is a branch of Mountain View Hospital and it shows!!! They do not care about the concerns of the people and just try and say everything is OK. They now will only let one person go back with a child. They say its a $20 copay and then charge you $250 a month later saying it was not a emergency. They can't even tell a small battery from a penny. And they are rude and have attitude. Do not waste your time or money here!!!!!!

Worst place ever. I will never be going to this place again and I advise you not to go. I took my 9yr old with lower right quadrant pain. I needed to have them rule out appendicitis. I went here hoping that they could diagnose her quick and after 5 hours there no one could tell me what her results were. Not only that no one bothered coming in to check if she was in pain, I had to seek a nurse to have them give her at least some Tylenol while we waited. Then no one bothered to keep us informed about what was happening. I had to ask them to print out our results so we can go elsewhere. As a mother I couldn't stay there all night so I took my daughter somewhere else she could get real care.

Went in Sunday morning for extreme pain to my side. I could barely even sit in a chair. I was taken to the back seconds after signing in, asked some questions and was told I was likely passing a kidney stone. Dr. Lundberg ordered pain meds right away and expedited the entire process to assist me in being treated as soon as possible. I took a urine sample before being placed in a room and had my pain meds within 15 minutes of arriving. Shortly after I was taken for a ct which was also very fast. The only downside to the visit was one of the nurses was a bit extreme about us adjusting the bed/chair we were sat in. It was pushed to close to the wall where I couldnā€™t lean it back which was making my side very uncomfortable. We unlocked the wheels and moved it forward and re locked the wheels and he comes barging in saying we are going to break it and that the wheels have nothing to do with adjusting the top (obviously), then he comes in a second time to complain that when I got up he heard me put too much pressure on the leg rest, even tho I got off the side??? Seemed a bit dramatic and itā€™s a doctors office, get more reliable chairs then. However everyone else was so kind and helpful I still would 100 percent recommend and return. Was in and out of there without an hour and a half. Dr Lundberg and the rest of the staff were amazing Thank you!

No help at all went in on Tuesday was asked what I thought was wrong with me given a expensive medication that made me worse when I returned I was actually examined this time was given a referral to a specialist but they never sent you the referral to specialist when I called and and asked I was told I had to get a referral from my primary doctor so what was the point in coming to the er? Emergency right well now I have to wait even longer to get a appointment with my primary the staff was great as far as bedside manner but I just donā€™t get there policyā€™s

Do not go here. You are treated like a number. No humanity. Youā€™re treated like a burden. The Security guards are the only ones who help you check in and itā€™s not even their responsibility. My child got hurt. We waited. I had to check in twice. Only one parent could go back into the treating area. I sat in the Lobby all by myself. No information. Worried. I was finally called back to enter in my insurance information. The doctor asked my husband how my birth went right in front of me. I canā€™t even begin to tell you how awful that was. No acknowledgement I was even there or the human who delivered the child. No directions on where to go after the doctor finished up with us. I had to ask for the discharge papers. There is also no privacy. I heard everything the sick patient next door was suffering from. The lack of privacy and respect is obscene. Iā€™m sure if it isnā€™t already an issue, thereā€™s going to be compliant about private health information and confidentiality. Please do not go here. I never leave reviews, but I feel like after what I experienced you deserve to know so you get better care especially if you are in an emergency situation and time matters. ā¤ļø

Worst experience I have EVER had at an ER. The doctor honestly seemed like he was on something. He couldn't hear the wheezing with his stethoscope that I could hear with my ear. And he acted like he had no idea what to do to help. And I just got the bill and was charged over $4K for NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My experience was overall very good. It was quiet, clean and I was taken back to a room within a few minutes. Everyone was efficient at their job. The only part that took forever was waiting for the x-rays and waiting for the results. I would recommend them!

While in CA over the holidays I took my wife to two different Urgent Cares and ERs for extreme pain in the abdomen. The waits were were intolerable, so we left California and drove straight to our home in Aliante. We are so fortunate to have an ER that is just over a mile away. We went in and someone saw us immediately, they listened to what my wife had to say. They had all the necessary equipment, CT Scanner, Ultrasound etc. When they saw she had a serious intestinal blockage they took her straight to their affiliate Mountain View Hospital by ambulance and got her a room after only 30 minutes. The care she received was exemplary, the Doctors, nurses and all staff were caring and very kind. they even said I could stay the night with her. After two days of treatment we were allowed to take her home, they told us what kinds of foods and what I should do to take care of her. She is now on the mend and almost back to her normal bubbly and vivacious self. Thank you so much Mountain View ER and Hospital for all your wonderful staff. I feel safer knowing we have this wonderful facility just down the road from us.

My grandson was in there last night 12/19 with a high fever of 104.5. My daughter was told that he just had Viral Uriā€¦ and to give him Tylenol, Motrin and childrenā€™s Sudafed. He was NOT tested for Covid, the flu or Rsv. This is an emergency room. He should have been tested for all these things. My grandson was still not feeling well this morning, so my daughter took him in to his pediatrician. She tested him for Covid, Flu, and RSV. He tested positive for the Flu. HOW DOES AN EMERGENCY ROOM NOT TEST AN 18 month old who has a high fever, cough, and congestion for these basic tests?!!! This is ridiculous, and negligent!

My sister went in with severe pain in her stomach like she was dying couldnā€™t even walk and she was told she was having heartburn no testing done didnā€™t even get sent back to a room sat in the waiting room to be told she was having heartburn. Emery Garrett was her doctor. Iā€™ve just read the reviews and didnā€™t notice not one positive one. This is ridiculous, will never come back here. People die when you do not want to do your job correctly.

I was sent to this ER, with "Anterior dislocation of left shoulder". I was treated with outstanding care. My caregivers was: Michelson, Andrew C. MD., Shpark, Yurly Practitioner, Dao ER Nurse. The rest of the Staff was also caring, helpful and attending to my need as a patient. Even the young Man at the front desk was gone out of his way to help me. My background is Healthcare. I know when the Healthcare Team puts Patients needs first. I feel comfortable to recommend this Team for Emergency Treatment. Thank You for Your Attention to this Matter. Helena Benikovsky

Not likely to return! I've never been anywhere that the doctors make you feel like trash! And they're language should be addressed! Way to much cursing to be a respectable office. Bullet holes in my body couldn't get me back in that ER.

Went for a visit yesterday with my son. My first time at this Aliante ER. The employees we encountered, other then the Doctor who seemed nice, lack consideration, communication skills were withdrawn like they didnt want to be there. Even my son noticed who is 13 the bad vibes and energy. One employee names Sharon must have been the ER tech. Didnā€™t seem interested in answering our questions, also lacked communication skills. Also Caucasian male nurse didnā€™t catch his name, was there and my son told me he bumped into injured leg and didnā€™t even say sorry. I also noticed he was talking about how he was frustrated with another patient to a co worker . Also saw him turning red and I believe clenching his jaw, thatā€™s a shame. I canā€™t image these people are left to take care of people that need care and compassion. They definitely need some more training /social skills.

Iā€™ve been here twice in one week. Both times I was in and out pretty fast. All the nurses and providers Iā€™ve encountered here are very professional and have great bed side manners. Even the gentleman at the front desk is great. I appreciate how easy it was to check in and also being connected with a specialist to register virtually. Thank you to all the staff for your hard work, you guys are greatly appreciated.

Edsel my RN was very nice and extremely nice. Dr. Tran came in for a couple of minutes. I am not sure why. He just came in and said is that all because I was a problem with my catheter. Then when I finished my registration in the room I went ask if I was done and Dr Tran said briskly go back to the room we will be with you in a minute. Edsel came back and was very nice again. Update I had to go today with another catheter issue. This time both Dr.Lundberg and my nurse Roger we're awesome. I didn't feel like another at all and they both seemed very concerned. Roger even waved at me when I left.

**** Edit - as of June 2022 this hospital refuses to pay the ambulance bill they stated was not to be charged by their medical staff. They are liars and should not be trusted **** I have contacted them MANY times and nothing is being done. I now HAVE to pay the ambulance bill or it goes against us. Awful service. Who has thousands of dollars to pay an ambulance bill? Not anyone in this financial economy! I would NOT have taken it had it not been promised to be free going to their ā€œsisterā€ hospital like they promised. DO NOT go here! ā€”ā€”ā€”ā€”- They cannot take care of pediatric patients if it is actually bad, so they send you to sunrise supposedly with no fees to you since it is a "sister" hospital... yet we received a large bill from their contracted out ambulance service which clearly does not honor their sister system, I am very very confused and hope I can get in touch with someone soon, over all the care was alright, we were sent out pretty quick after the tests came back and there was no wait... but the billing has us extremely concerned.. Skip this place if you have kids and it is pretty serious and go straight to Summerlin or sunrise hopsital if you can with kids so you do not have to be sent away. Huge bills waiting to happen it seems, we were charged for 2 different ER rooms also, the Mountain view (aliante) AND the sunrise when we arrived before we could go to the pediatric floor (which took 16 hours to do)..... We could have skipped 2 large ($2k) bills if we skipped this place.

I am incredibly grateful for this ER facility and outstanding care from Dr. Osborne and the medical support team; they acted quickly and efficiently to save my motherā€™s life in a critical situation. ā€œThank youā€ is not nearly enough to express our familyā€™s gratitude.

Man I went here today and let me say I'll be coming here for most of my situations costumer service was so good I was surprised how in and out I was. Not a long way at all and the most nicest people ever work there. I got a procedure done today and my doctor was walking me through it all and calming me done and I was great full for that because I'm not a needle person at all the doctor was actually gentle and did the procedure right and made me feel a lot better the nurses were nice too the security guard was nice just a very friendly environment. Honestly happy that they're in my local area and they allow students to learn and to get a job so honestly the best er I ever been too that offer so much

We took my mother in law into this ER last night due to high blood pressure reading and severe headaches for the last several days. When they called her back they wouldn't let her daughter go back with her even when we advised she is very hard of hearing, their response was " I'll speak louder". So right from the start they make things difficult. They did finally come out about 15 minutes later and let my wife go back with her. The nurses there were pleasant but this Dr. Patrick Flores was another story. He sat in a chair rolling his eyes, closing his eyes and just being plain rude like he was annoyed to be there. After running some tests, he told her she was just "OLD" and that was what was causing her issues. At one point, he even told my wife to give him her phone so he could Google something to show what was going on with her mother. He stated he doesn't bring his phone into work. Prescribed some medications and sent her on her way. As they were checking out my mother in law made a statement that she was very angry at the doctors remarks and the nurse replied under their breath "not surprising". So obviously this is something that happens quite often and the staff has to be put in a bad position as well. It's amazing to me after reading all these other reviews with very similar complaints that this locations leadership hasn't made changes to their doctors. On the other hand, it doesn't surprise me as they are part of Mountain View Hospital and that is another arm pit of an establishment. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this location, they truly don't care about patient care.

Recently, I had to make an unexpected trip to the ER at Aliante. I'm grateful to have been in the care of Nurse Taryl. Her personal care, patience and understanding singlehandedly assured my visit was the best it could be under the given circumstances. Nurse Taryl, I'm forever indebted to you and so very grateful there are people like you in this world taking great care of us all; especially given the state of events over these past couple of years.

Dr. Mahana and Nurse Liz really put my mind at ease during my visit. Liz really has a great way in calming your nerves when youā€™re stressed and her positive attitude and upbeat tone was just what I needed while I was there. If you come to this ER be prepared to hang out for a bit but rest assured you will get the care you need and your questions answered.

Iā€™m not normally one to leave a review but I wanted to give this crew their props. I went in feeling awful and everyone was patient, kind, and accommodating. I appreciated the candor of everyone on staff and their active listening abilities. I have never felt heard in a hospital setting like I was today and am extremely grateful to you all for taking care of me and getting to the root cause of my pain. I hope to not have to visit an ER any time soon, but if I do, you are first choice! Thank you again.

Going to the ER is never a fun place. Letā€™s face it- itā€™s the E R! But I have to admit that my patient experience was not only fast but professional and caring. Dr. Jensen was great, fast and informative. From the time I arrived around 6pm to the time I left was under an hour. I highly recommend ER Alliante Mountain View.

Medical staff= awesome. They are super polite and fun to talk to and get things done in a timely manner. Older Caucasian security guard on the other hand is super rude and uninviting. I walked in and I was trying to talk to the nurse and he was all up in my business asking me what my symptoms are and whatnot. Totally not in his job description and probably not legal on his part. Honestly he should be fired.

Between my family and I, we have been here four times in the last two years. Every experience has been fast and proficient. This staff truly is awesome. I almost didnā€™t want to leave the review so I keep this gem to myself!

We came here one during graveyard and the staff was incredible. A couple months lady we came back again around 5pm. Although the wait was fast, the small stature, Asian male doctor who seen us was less than pleasant. Our experience with him alone is almost enough to never return. However, our other experience was great.

This is the best ER in town. Absolutely every staff member was beyond helpful and nice. I got seen right away, tested immediately, and was diagnosed and had meds waiting for me when I was on my way home. Seriously the best ER Iā€™ve ever been to.

šŸ‘šŸ‘ This is the first, I've seen all of the nurses and doctors CARE about their job and their patients. Dr. Libke is such a smart caring person. Very thorough, explains everything going on. Very clean, no wait. Respectful caring team. I don't care for The actual Centennial hospital because of previous t...

šŸ˜  Staff doesnā€™t turn patients on a regular basis. Food had something to be desired. They donā€™t change you in a timely manner if you canā€™t get out of bed on your own. Would prefer to insert a perrywick then assist you to the restroom. Not good at answering the call button. Act as if your bothe...

šŸ‘šŸ‘ I've been in the VA system for over 20 years, the Denver VA could learn A LOT from this one here in Las Vegas! They are on top of it here. Their service is stream lined. They are quick to get you into their system and quick to get you to the specialist you need. I have great care in the dental clini...
