Linsey is definitely a 5 star nurse. she was so helpful and patient with me. I really appreciate her for being so caring towards her patients and not just here to pay the bills but, actually make me feel like she loves what she does and takes time bringing forth the care and understanding that I really need from a nurse. she deserves a reward for her level of effort also I have to tell you Nathan heaps is definitely a doctor that listens and you can tell that he cares as well because I’ve had some bad experiences with doctors not caring what you say or how you feel but he showed me different I was definitely impressed there at Er at valley vista ❤️

While traveling, I needed treatment for an ongoing back issue, so my daughter suggested that I go to this ER which is very close to their home. I noticed immediately how clean the facility is (I'm a little OCD)and that there was no wait! I was extremely impressed on how friendly and professional the staff is. From check-in to discharge the process was seamless! A big thank you to this team...Kim, Miranda and the others...so sorry that I did not get the names of everyone....but you all were great!

I would personally like to say thank you to all of the staff working at the ER at Valley Vista. The team member (Dulce) who not only checked me in upon my visit, but also periodically made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of, is a straight customer service gangster. She shared stories about her dog “Ollie” and her love for Drake! Such a pure heart. The Nurse who took care of me was a complete southern belle. Don’t think she’s southern. Seems fitting. Anyway, she was also extremely professional. I felt like my days were almost over, my time complete, and that I was about to punch out. She supplied me with some medical candy and I knew everything was going to be okay. Thank you for helping me in my time of need. The admissions lady was quick and efficient at this location. She made it to my room before the nurse did. She’s definitely about collecting that paper. She gracefully entered the room, pushing her collection cart, whilst donning her mask to protect her from my unknown infectious diseases. She had my ID and insurance so fast I thought it was an illusion. Transaction complete. Few prayers said. Into the wind she went. Never to be seen again. Let’s not forget about the Dr.! He was surgical with it. Good sense of humor, comforting, reassuring, and obviously professional. It’s easy to see why he’s one of the elites at this location. He’s a good combination of Patrick Dempsey from “Grey’s Anatomy”, John Travolta in “From Paris with Love”, and Christopher Lloyd in “Back to the Future”. Probably went to see the Red Hot Chili Peppers on Saturday. Lastly, I felt extremely safe at this location as they have trained security professionals on site! You can tell they’re professional and prideful in their customer service. However, don’t come here to play because they’ll take you away. Almost certain I heard “NWA” in the office. - Apologies for not remembering everyone’s name. You’re equally important. Dulce #1.

Best ER in Las Vegas! I was treated quick. EVERYONE was friendly and respectful. Dr. Jones and his staff all listened to my problem and were attentive at all times. They are all very knowledgeable. There was not a moment that I felt confused about the situation since everything was well explained. I never felt rushed. I’m sure that any patient will feel much better after their visit here.

This is the first, I've seen all of the nurses and doctors CARE about their job and their patients. Dr. Libke is such a smart caring person. Very thorough, explains everything going on. Very clean, no wait. Respectful caring team. I don't care for The actual Centennial hospital because of previous treatments and racist doctors but, their extended free standing ER here is ecstatic. I will ONLY return here, if I have to. 10 Stars for the entire staff. Thank you For Taking Care Of Me!!!!!

Went there this morning. I've had a lingering virus with severe flu symptoms. There was no wait time when I arrived. I was in and out of the ER quickly after they ran a few tests and treatments. Dr. Cercone and all nurses/staff were amazing! I didn't feel rushed even though it was a quick visit. I would definitly recommene this ER.

My mom came here abdominal pain. She was taken back immediately with no wait time in the lobby. The staff were caring, professional, and prompt. They even gave her a private room with her own bathroom. I would defiantly take my family here again. Best ER in Vegas!

Went in about a week ago, was greeted by Miranda and Marybeth, they were awesome, friendly concerned and attentive. They took me back promptly and took my info and vitals. Dr. O’Reilly checked me out. Gave me the appropriate care and I was out. They were great, efficient, kind and respectful. I would not hesitate to go back if I were in need.

really enjoy coming here rather than some other places. It is fairly quick, clean and mostly everyone here is very friendly. Kim in particular is awesome. She always has a great attitude and brings a smile to our face. Thank you all!

The ER at Valley Vista is fast and efficient. As someone who is very nervous with hospitals, they welcomed me with open arms. Courtney was very nice and kept me calm when my anxiety was at its highest. The PA Nicole? Was thorough and explained everything to me. I am thankful for my experience.

I went to this ER last Wednesday! They were able to see me as soon as I checked I, there was no wait time!. I was seen by nurse Courtney & nurse Rhea, both of them were very nice and professional. Dr Hazan came in right after them and he was very nice and professional too! He told me I had bronchitis and gave me the medicine I needed to get better. I go here every time I get sick, I love the customer service and how I’m always in and out in a short amount of time.

My experience here was nothing short of amazing. The facility is highly organized, which ensured minimal wait times and a smooth triage process. Additionally, their commitment to providing a sanitary and clean environment is evident. However, the true highlight of my visit was the staff. Staff was professional, great and helpful. They got us right in. Physicians assistant Nicole Woosnam , was the most professional and also great bedside manner with us . Clai did our intake paperwork and was kind and professional.

I love this ER because they get you right in before your butt even hits the seat. There is never any wait time that I have experienced and the staff and doctors are so nice and sweet, courteous and take care of you right away. I had came in with the worst stomach pain ever. Everyone was so attentive and so sweet to me. They took care of me so quickly and thoroughly. I love them so much for all of the hard work they did for me and it’s on Thanksgiving so that says a lot. They are amazing. I would recommend anyone to come here. Great staff ❤️

I brought my 14 yr old daughter in due to asthma flare up with signs & symptoms of a bad cold. My daughter was scared and worried due to complications of breathing that she may have a virus. When I tell you the staff from check in to the leadership RN Marybeth they are amazingly knowledgeable, supportive and caring for their patients there very punctual and fast with getting you the service of care you need from X-rays to my baby asthma treatment was done within minutes. I too work in healthcare field when I say hands down the staff at this facility genuinely cares for their patients and set customer service to high standards I love this facility and staff for helping my daughter and handling her with such awesome care. Highly recommend!! Thank you all are MVP healthcare professionals!!!!

Great experience! We got checked in quick, no waiting and the Doctor came to check my daughter’s ear fast. The staff were all friendly and made our visit very pleasant. I would highly recommend visiting here vs the hospital ER.

The staff went above and beyond for my daughter who had ear pain. We were seen within 30 minutes of being there and discharged. We then were having issues with the pharmacy at 11 pm. Not a fun experience. The staff went above and beyond anything that I could have asked for to insure that my daughter was able to get the medication need to help her feel better. I am super grateful. Hopefully I'll not have to come back anytime soon, but when I need to this is where I will be going. Thank you so much to the amazing staff and doctor!

I’ve been here 3 times in the past month due to kidney stones. EVERY time I have to come in I’m treated like a VIP patient! I get right into a room, immediately get my nurse and meds. I waited for maybe 15 minutes to get a CT scan done. I love the staff here! They are always so nice and welcoming, they have empathy for me, no one is rude or anything other than helpful and amazing! Also, it doesn’t matter what time of day I come in, every nurse, doctor or tech has the same amazing attitude! I’ve never experienced this type of treatment at an Emergency Room! I’ll never go anywhere else! Thank you all truly! You’ll never know just how much I appreciate you and the respect you all gave me while there! There are no words. 🫶🏼

For a first time ER patient, this facility impressed me! Everyone, from check in, to the RNs, Dr’s, and specialists (X-ray tech, nurse who does breathing), everyone was truly professional and amazing. The empathy they show, the caring words they speak, the knowledge, the determination to find out what is wrong and fix it! Kudos to this faculty and thank you for being kind and making me feel better.

I came in for SOB due to my lung issues and I want to thank to Dr.Gui, all the RNs, ER tech, and CT tech for taking care of me. They answered all my questions and concerns. Everyone was very polite and well mannered. This place is SUPER clean and staff is well organized. Definitely recommend to you all!😊❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

ER at Valley Vista we’re very efficient with everything. Checking in, registration, and even treatment went very smooth. everyone was extremely nice and quick to help. Overall my experience was amazing and will definitely recommend this ER to everyone. 10/10

I’ve been to this ER a few times, and I want to say that each time has been a great experience. When they did not have what my baby needed they rushed to centennial hospital to bring back his medication, and another time for myself they were very quick to help me. Everyone is so polite , and they even remember me and my kids so we always feel very welcomed .

I took my elderly friend here and this was the most efficient medical center I've ever been to! Dr. O'Rielly and RN Mary Beth took extra care to explain everything that was going on to my 98 year old friend at every step of the process- and made sure he was aware of what was going on in a way he understood. They were patient, compassionate and very thorough. The whole process was quick and everyone was so kind. I can not say enough good things about this place. We will go back!

Mary Beth was great! If you are one to avoid hospitals due to needles.. Let me just tell you she is the best! The way she did my IV was effortlessly.. But the entire emergency room is great! They took such good care of me and was able to help me get properly diagnosed. Terry was amazing! Also! The whole staff is hreat . I hate to leave anyone out

I went to the bathroom his ER it’s close by home; I was in a lot of pain. Mary Beth was my nurse she was very compassionate, showed empathy. I left the hospital feeling like a new person. It’s so important when being seen in the Emergency room to have a medical team that truly cares. Dr.Roberts and the NP took the time to understand my complex medical history. Thanks so much for the medical care; you set the standard!! You’re the BEST!!

From being admitted to my discharge, I had amazing services. My nurses assisting me were extremely nice and caring. The doctor was compassionate. My registrar was also very friendly and made my stay at ease. Thank you Dr. Ahmed and the night shift.

The staff is very personable, professional and efficient. Dr Foord, Aaron and Amber were all the best medical professionals I've dealt with in over two years. Amazing staff! Super friendly, caring, helpful! I was in and out in 2.5 hrs! Blood sugar dropped drastically at home and I couldn’t get it to come back up, they ran lots of test and found nothing but kept me to make sure it didn’t drop again! Thanks for all the love and support! Great visit to this ER, not that anyone wants to go to the ER!

Hands-down the best care in all of Las Vegas! They are my go to place for all of my daughter and my emergency needs. Opened 24/7, no long waits, it exceeds your expectations and they are there to serve and help the community when you need the care! Unfortunately, I’ve been here countless of times for myself or my baby and they have always been super friendly and patient. I would highly recommend for all those not so good times.

All medical workers are doing their best for us and our loved ones. They are stressed and pressed to make you feel better. The ER at Valley Vista was a comforting experience. I was cared for in the mostly timely manner, the entire staff from Intake, nursing, provider and diagnostic study personnel were very kind to me. This ER is absolutely amazing! This is my second time there the first was with my husband about a month ago and two days ago with my son who is 11 1/2 old. From the check in, all the nurses, and Dr. Meyers we cannot thank you enough for all you did. You took your time and really listened when evaluating him and figured out what was wrong with him. They made sure the proper protocols were taken and they transported him to Summerlin Hospital where we also received excellent care. This facility is extremely clean! I highly recommend this ER to anyone who needs assistance.

came here with my son on Friday, we didn't even sit down as there was no wait time at all in total we were there for about 45 minutes ( only because the test they took my son was 30 minutes to come back). The front desk staff confirmed our information and we went right in. The staff is amazing and nice. The doctor was super sweet and patient with my son, and a big Thank you to our nurses Julieann & Lisa they made my little one feel so comfortable and even let him roam the halls since we were the only patients there. They made a visit to the ER amazing and a sweet experience for my little one instead of a scary one, thank you!

The Staff was super dope. X-Ray tech. Alayna, Dr. J. Benjamin and all the others made my life or death situation better, especally the kind lady that heled me sign my paperwork. She gets top marks!!! I was cared for my life. I thiughtbI was about to die. Note: If you get nurse Lisa T beware. Shes not nice to retired vets. Idk why. She treated me so poorly. But shes not cool. Everyone else is wonderful.

if I could give this hospital 0 stars I would. I took my mom who was having a severe allergic reaction and they gave her epinephrine, which they swore was going to work almost instantly but instead it got worse. A day went by and I called the hospital and they told me she should come back. Upon arrival no one was at the front desk and I had to call in order for someone to help (in an emergency hospital?) This visit they basically told my mom who has extreme rashes everywhere and immensely swollen body parts that she should figure out what is giving her the reaction. The bill was outrageous for them to have not even helped with the issue. As we were checking out of the hospital the assistant told my mom “you should go to a dermatologist that’s what they are for” and was super rude. Overall this has to be one of the most absurd and disgusting visits not once but two times in a row.

I was seen right away -2 min after I arrived . Very impressed with the nurses and the care and treatment. However I did not care for the following. 1. I was advised I needed a X-ray and head scan but was given no reason why. 2. I never seen or spoke to the doctor at anytime I was there. Just the Nurses . Which makes me nervous to ever go back
