As with all dog parks you have to pay attention to your dogs and those around them. That being said, I have only had positive experiences here. The other dogs and their parents are great, attentive, and friendly. My only concern is one of the fountains in the large dog area doesn't drain, so you have dogs drinking the water that has been sitting with who knows how many other dogs drool. This fountain is on the east large dog area so I advise bringing your water or sticking with the area to the west, closest to the road across from the smaller dog area. Otherwise, this park is great. My dogs love the interaction with the other dogs and their humans.

Just like the other reviewers, the small dog park has terrible plants for long haired dogs. ⚠️My dog and I were covered in burrs. You can see it on his feet in the picture. Then you can see my own sweater in the video, also covered in burrs. Took me 2 hours to get it out of him, then 3 hours for my sibling. We just had to cut my dogs hair because it was taking too much time to pull out. This used to be my favorite spot, but I probably won’t come here again until next season. There’s 3 total areas. 1 small dog area, 2 big dog area (2 separate spaces divided by a fence). The small dog park is not small at all, it gives a lot of room for your dog to run around. Benches everywhere. Go at your own risk

Don't go here unless you want to spend hours removing burs from your dog's fur!!! Hours! And we brought our FOUR dogs here today, still working on removing all these from their fur!

The place is full of burrs in the fall, making it impossible for me and my dog to go there. Otherwise it would have gotten 5 stars.

Its a great place to take your dog, small and large park areas for both . People there are nice and always happy to see you. Love this dog park and we will keep going back. Our dog is a very happy camper here.

Great park, but they don’t fix leaks and there are mud puddles. My dog drank out of one of them and is now not feeling well. Otherwise, it’s a 5+ star dog park. Update: I haven’t seen a puddle in a while. Great dog park!

Great dog park! Attached to Craig Ranch, you can enter from the backside of the park off of Lone Mountain, but sometimes the road gets closed off if there is a big event at the park, so plan accordingly. It's a big park, split into two sides for the big dogs, and a separate small dog park across the street, which is fantastic because at other parks the little and big dogs will just bark at each other incessantly. Benches, lights, pathways, water, it's got everything except for soft grass (right now). There's even a couple of water spigots outside the park so you can wash off your dogs feet, or your own! Great Park!

Large dog Park located in Craig Ranch Park. Can walk your dog around the park as well. The Pond with birds and turtles is a nice feature right next to the dog park. However beware the birds carry avian flu and recommended to not let your pet come in contact with birds directly or indirectly. Walking them around is ok just don't let them eat lick or sniff the poop.

The park has those little stickers that would be quite a nuisance for linger haired dogs. Everyone there was friendly, and our pups had an outstanding time.

By far, this is the best dog park that I've ever been to. This is my baby's favorite park too since the big, more intimidating dogs are separate from the smaller ones. She gets to enjoy playing with other smaller breeds.

This is such a great park to take your fur babies! I love letting them play with the other dogs in the small dog park and then walking the park because there is so much to see and do.

Fun place to let your dog socialize and play. A lot of dogs come here and it's very lively. Just beware of Marijuana that could be on the ground it is toxic to dogs and believe me, it is not cheap to get them cured !

Place used to be real nice . But they have let the dog park get in bad shape standing water puddles from sprinklers great place for bacteria and diseases. Grass looks terrible...and with all the money that park brings in from all the events their. The rest of the park is top notch . I guess the don't care about animals or atleast dogs ..the goose or geese which ever they are seem to be taken care of....

Great park for dogs and people both. There are pretty much always a few dogs around. The turtles, ducks, and geese are cool to check out while you walk around the pond.

Small Dog park was cute but full of BURRS OR SPURRS or whatever the hell they are. Whoever decided to plant that type of greenery should be fired and not able to make decisions on dog park greenery ever again. I was just bent over the bathtub for an hour trying to get all that mess off of my golden doodles legs and tummy, and picked the rest out for another hour, and they’re STILL not all gone 😩 I’ve been to many dog parks and never have any had burrs out there. Horrible. Long haired dog owners beware!!!!! -Anna Smith

This park is amazing. They have two spacious enclosures for large pets, and an equally spacious one for small pets too. Good view of the pond too, plenty of trees, and benches. Exceptionally clean.

This place is awesome for your dogs. Big area for them to run around in. They have separate spaces for the big dogs to run around in and big space for the small dogs to run around. They are very clean and it's well kept. This park is Huge.

My pup & I loved the small dog park area. Everyone was nice attentive for the most part. One problem, people don't always pick up their dogs poop & due to that we had an unfortunate thing happen... My dog is young and loves to run & roll & of course adores people and dogs, but 'he found some other dogs poop and rolled in it...' Had to take him home for a deep shampoo! People, there are free bags/station to dispose of your dogs poop, so no excuses. Pay attention, pick it up & dispose of it properly. If that happened to your dog, I doubt you'd like it either!

Big spaces with TWO separate areas for large dogs. Two "poop cans" stocked with bags in each area -- one nearer the gate and one nearer the other end. Fairly well maintained -- lots of grass and shade. Working water fountains/bowls for dogs (and people). Friendly folks, with picnic tables and benches, if you prefer to sit.

Great place for dogs my dog loves it. Beware if you have a pitbull or another stereotyped breed people will automatically be scared of them and most whites are standoffish towards other races...

Great place, took my pitbull and he loved running around with all the other dogs. Will be taking him more often.

Too many dogs. Not enough space to throw the frisbee for our dogs. Disappointed!

Especially liked having the separate area for small to medium dogs.

It’s a field for dogs, is it bel air no but your there for your dogs. I would hope 👀 so with that being said it’s a lovely place for dogs and one of the very very few spots here on the north side of Vegas. If your looking for something very fancy take yourself out of state or go to the mountains 🏔

is very well maintained it has a section for small to medium dogs and a section for large dogs the people there were very friendly and they were very nice they kept their eyes on their dogs and but they also were just friendly people we enjoyed our visit thank you

Generally speaking it's an okay spot to bring your dog. The park has three areas, one for small dogs and two for large. Its rather well maintained. If one of the two large breed parks gets overused, they'll close it and let it recover, allowing for healthy grass growth. As with any dog park, it's only as good as its users, so always keep a close eye on your dog whenever in off-leash parks.

I visited this dog park, for the first time; at night, and noticed the entire park was not very well lit, and lacked sufficient lighting near the middle of the small dog park area. There were plenty of small plastic bags, to collect dog waste with, and the park is very close to other activities, like the big skatepark, but when I left, and tried exiting on the south end of Craig Ranch Park, the gate was closed, and I had to return to the North side to exit. This small dog park had a table, which was a nice feature, and the people bringing their dogs, while I visited, were friendly, as were their dogs.

We were at the tennis courts not the dog park but both are awesome. Craig ranch park is the place for so many activities for you, friends and family. Still our favorite home courts.

Super nice parks. The little dog park very green. The big dog parks not so much, it would be nice if they would get them green with no burrs aswell. Nice people around.

👍 Great place to take kids on a hot day. Lots of fun running through the water features. Fun for most ages. Convenient parking but a bit of a walk. Has public restrooms and covered picnic tables.
