    This one located on sunrise highway by 109 exit was terrible, we got ice cream and all the people agreed it tasted like dirt, the cones as well. It was like super hot in there so the air conditioner was either not working or not on and by the windows looking out were tons of dead bugs on the ledge. I will never visit this one again.

    Wish I could give this place a minus 10!! Went to the drive thru. The woman had no gloves on but was handling food and money. She also took her mask off and wiped the oil / sweat off her face twice with her bare hands and then proceeded again to handle food. She never put her mask back on. It was repulsive. I ended up throwing my entire order in the trash and contacted customer service. They had the franchisee contact me and he refused to give me a refund. Instead, he said I could come in for a free sandwich--- as if I would ever go there again! Disgusting, unsanitary, unhygienic. I should report them to the department of health!

    Exceedingly poor service by the day manager and an inferior product line of Dunkin thermos's. There standards should be raised to that of Starbucks service and product line.

    *DO NOT ORDER AHEAD* No point in ordering ahead with mobile ordering. this is the 5th time I've tried and I even gave them 20 minutes from the moment I placed the order. They will not make the order until you are physically there which completely defeats the purpose because they also will not attend you unless you wait on the line. So if you value your time, do not order here.

    Small but cozy store. Seats are super comfy and the crew members work like a beautiful family, there is comunication between all of them and allof them are so kind to you and helpfull when you have any issues i hope this review helped.

    Since the pandemic started I have been going to the Dunkin donuts drive up weekly to get the pints of pralines and cream. I go to the drive up because since I work in a healthcare nursing home I try to be responsible and only go in stores I really have to for fear of catching something and bringing it to the facility. I went to get my weekly fix of icecream and when I got to the window to pay this rude employee tells me next time I need to come inside to get the pint because they are short staffed and cant walk around the counter to get me the icecream. I was floored by this comment and told him I have been doing this for the last year and he is the only one to complain. He was very rude and said well the rules have changed. This will be my very last time going to that dunkin donuts. I thought a drive up was for convenience and if its something they dont give through drive up there should be a sign up. I hope management sees this review and speaks to the employees about how to treat paying customers so this doesnt happen to anyone else.

    Went there late at nite on 6/11 and the younger guy that was working the window. Was so awesome, super nice guy very friendly, made sure everything was made right. Best dd worker I've ever had. Thanks bro, u were awesome

    Gabby was so helpful. She met all our needs and I was very happy. She was very nice to me and my friend. My friend fell and she asked if she was okay and was very caring towards her.

    If I could this place would get zero stars. I ordered through uber eats and my order was wrong. When I called noone answered and an answering service for Magic Jack came on. I would not recommend

    Absolutely terrible customer service. My daughter placed an order online walked in 10 minutes later it wasn’t made she watched three people come in in front of her. They make their order. Still haven’t made her order when I walk in and ask for a refund manager says I can’t do that. Absolutely awful customer service. All of these people should be fired. Terrible terrible

    an answered phone would be preferable Don't know Who "Magic Jack" is, but it would have been nice to speak with the manager about employment verification... left a voicemail, let's see if "Magic Jack" relays the message and the manager calls I miss the days the days of phones being answered by polite helpful people

    Just think the owner of this location should know that the employees decide to stop serving whenever they feel like it. I showed up to the drive through at 8:45 and the hours are clearly advertised until 9pm and I was told that they can’t serve me my drink because they turned the espresso machine off... I have an espresso machine and it takes two seconds to turn it on. They just don’t want to clean up because they want to walk out the door at 9 on the dot. Lol I get it I worked in food service for over a decade but that’s not how it works. Change the advertised hours if you don’t want to serve drinks after 830. been coming to this location for 20 years- won’t be back after this.

    Absolutely terrible. I’ve tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but they prove to me over and over again how awful they truly are. Awful Customer Service and Awful Food. I go here before work because its super close to my home and they have a drive through which makes things a bit easier for me. However i will NO LONGER be attending this place. I went there this morning and ordered a caramel macchiato instead I received a disgusting iced coffee with iced filled to the brim. They gave me the wrong order because i guess no one there can work and serve the right ordered items accordingly. There has been times where i have gone there and asked for “light ice” and what they give me is a drink that looks like i have taken 6 sips out of it already. Its very frustrating because their drinks are so expensive as it is. Today 11/06/2023 i was charged the full price of a macchiato but gave the most basic nastiest drink. So done. Lastly, i called 10x (not exaggerating) to let them know and the phone rings and rings forever. I just have one question…… WHO IS RUNNING THIS PLACE??????
