    Order from the app for "quick pick-up"... The order was not ready at the time provided by the app, had to wait another 10 or so minutes. I had to contact support for a missing item because I could not get through to the store for a busy phone line. One of the meals was missing, which support chat did refund. But still if the receipt is attached to the bags, drinks, etc... it should be double checked. Plus it states how many bags or items you are to receive..."1 of 3" for example. I will say the biscuits are amazing, and could eat a few buckets of them alone. Skip the Mac and cheese bowl, it's just average. The famous bowl is pretty good. Hard to mess up mashed potatoes with chicken chunks and gravy. The chicken is always pretty good. Made to your likeness. The staff was a little confused upon arrival to this order, then told me to park anywhere. Okay. Gentleman who brought out the food was friendly. Overall it's okay for something different, not cheap by any means. Probably short staffed. This is why we don't visit KFC too often.

    Got ripped off on potatoes in the KFC bowl, which was extra ridiculous considering they told us it was already going to be a 10 MINUTE wait for specifically that. Ordered two other chicken tender meals, only to be told they're out of biscuits that come with the meals 😳 it was barely past 8:00pm.. they don't close until 11! 2nd bad visit in a row after having normally great service.

    Who ever is running this Chain needs to get their employees re-evaluated. We bought a 12 piece Chicken meal, with 3 sides- mashed potatoes w/ gravy, fries and another side of gravy. We turned around to let them know that we are missing the gravy. My husband brought the receipt and told them what we are missing. The workers insisted he put the gravy in the bag. We then brought the whole bag to them to check for the gravy. Even told them to check our car for a gravy. At this point, we are fuming on why we would lie about a gravy it’s ridiculous how employees can’t apologize for their mistake and go on. Is this how your employees handle missing items that we paid for.

    We have been here twice in the last two months and had to pull out of the drive thru as there was no one taking our order, we confirmed they were open and staff was inside the building

    No pot pies left so we ordered 2, 3 pcs tenders, didn't want the whole combo with drink, fries, and cookie. Said they would tell us the price at window. They didn't just said $17.77 they deducted. 50 cents each. Ordered a cole slaw fot 2.99 had 3 tablspoons of slaw. 1 of the 3 pc boxs, the 3 of the tenders where normal size , about 5 to 6 inches. The other 3 pc box, the 3 pcs were about 3 inches each, 1/2 the size of the other box, should have called it an unhappy meal size. So spent $17.77 total, what a joke and rip off. Had to go somewhere else for more food. The staff are either clueless or don't care. Either way I now know why KFC stores are closing all over in general. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

    This location is absolutely atrocious. The service is horrific. Over 30 minutes of a wait - and that's after ordering online and being 10 minutes late from the "expected" time it was going to be ready. Order from another location - it still would be quicker to drive elsewhere than wait for this location to prepare your order. Avoid at all costs.

    Nasty food chicken not fully cooked, biscuits wasn’t placed in the bag when order was ready to go. Had to make a second trip back and even the biscuits wasn’t fully baked. What can you expect these days right? All humanity can careless which is why this place is ran by a cluck.Enjoy people!🤮

    Negative stars! Came to the order window no one said a thing. So I drove up, the lady finally came to the window and apologized for “being so busy” However, I was the only one there. Not to mention, the woman acted as if she was on drugs. I placed my order and as I was waiting 4 cars drove off behind me. Most likely due to them not saying anything at the order window. Finally got back to eat my chicken and it tasted like left overs from the day prior. Dry, no flavor. Overall, we did not finish our food. The whole situation just turned our stomach around. Will not be back. Super disappointing, and waste of money.

    All the food was cold. Chicken is gray bread is stale. Food must have been sitting for a while. People that work there don’t care. Just shut this place down. North Olmsted deserves better

    Lobby is closed, even during the day, and the drive-thru is super slow even with only one or two cars in line. So much for fast food!

    Ordered on line for pick up when I got to restaurant girl told me she didn’t have my order I explained to her I understand what she is saying but I have my receipt for the order and she told me she can’t help me I will have to take it up with my credit card company. I asked for the manager and she stated she was the manager and I need to leave. No wonder kfc is going out of business.

    Ordered a bucket of chicken, 2 large Cole slaw, 1 mashed & gravy and biscuits. We each said a gracious good day and drove the next city over several miles away to a local park, parked our car and walked halfway across the park, picked out a picnic table, put our tablecloth out and our napkins and opened the bag and all that was there was the chicken and biscuits there were no side dishes. There was no way we were going to pack everything back up and go back just to get our side dishes. I did call and they said oh yeah they have them just stop and pick them. We finish eating, packed up and we drove back and they actually accused us of rushing off too quickly instead of just taking ownership and even possibly offering us a discount or coupon. So needless to say I won't be going back and I'm just warning you to check. It's a shame but customer service is absolutely a THING OF THE PAST. SHAMELESS

    Always get order wrong and/or missing food items. Rude employees. Place closes whenever it feels like it, even pre-pandemic. All this has been ongoing for many years. Surprised they are still open. Every so often, I still attempt to try and hope they have changed. Nope.

    I would give this place zero stars if I could. This place has progressively gone down hill but I think it’s officially hit rock bottom! Last night I ordered a chicken box and they gave me chicken tenders. No biggie that would be if they weren’t literally rock hard. Warm but rock hard yet chewy. I was fighting this tender to try and get in half it was honestly almost concerning completely non edible. And that’s not even to touch on how the Mac and cheese looked and tasted. And I’m not one to complain - I just try to scarf whatever down. But Jesus h Christ I wouldn’t feed this stuff to my worst enemy.

    At least at the North Olmsted location, the employees don’t seem to understand the concept of a Mac and Cheese combo. I ordered this twice in the last few weeks, and both times, the order taker asked if I wanted fries with that, as I was looking at the picture of the Mac and Cheese combo, which of course, was pictured with fries. I ordered the same thing today, except this time, nobody asked if I wanted fries with my combo. I thought they had finally figured out what was included in the combo, and that there was no need to ask if I wanted fries. When I went to pay, the kid said the total was $6.36, which was wrong. I even said it normally comes to $8.18 with the tax for the drink. He repeated the incorrect total, and processed the payment, even though I was telling him it was the wrong amount. He handed me the drink, the bowl, and some cookie that I didn’t order, and of course, no fries. The combo clearly shows that fries are included, not some cookie. It’s even pictured on the menu. This concept remains elusive to this crew. I may visit another KFC, but certainly never this location again.

    KFC has some staffing issues, there were 3 people there. 1 for cooking, 1 for prep and 1 covering both window and front register. That means I waited 15 to 20 minutes for someone to take my order. Once I was being serviced, I ordered 3pc chicken 🐔 tenders, small mashed potatoes 🥔, and a small corn 🌽. I also had the chicken 🐔macaroni and cheese 🧀 with a small bowl of corn 🌽. Because of not having drinks with it, I had to order al-a-cart. That drove the price up. For everything the total cost was $22.65. I think that was sort of high 🤔for the amount of food we got. At least the quality was what I expected 🤷😔

    I have been doing my best to get a bucket of chicken from this location. They dont answer the drive up speaker or come to the window after blowing my horn. I even tried calling them but the phone is only a busy signal. What happened to KFC.It appears they no longer care for customers

    Worst KFC service Ever...05/27/22 12:25 pm I stop for Lunch... 1st I waited at the "Fast food Drive thru" For half an Hr calling to the Mic w No Answers AT ALL . Then I pull to the Drive thru Window haha The Young White girl in the Drive thru Window is on the Phone looking at me like im interrupting her? Then the young black girl wearing the Drive thru headset is Sitting Down just dazed n confused staring at the ceiling 🥴 Hahaha Kids if u don't want to Work Leave, Someone else DOES

    3rd Strike - close drive-thru & lobby early, incomplete orders, long wait time, out of food - sorry for owners, who are missing out on $100+ orders and hourly analytics, because several customers are turned away every night.

    Customer service seems to be racial in that the tone of employee changes as to color of someone's skin. So very uncomfortable wait time in the lobby. I recommend drive through but that's a whole different subject.

    This place needs to shut back down. ZERO stars if I could. They forgot half our order, after going home then turning around and waiting 20 mins in the drive through they did absolutely nothing to make it right. They told me “I forgot to ask you to check the bag” not my job!!!! Do better when you make mistakes & try to make your customers experience better. Shame

    I have to be honest- it kind of feels like this KFC wants to close but isn’t willing to ‘pull the plug.’ My wife was gone for the weekend so my boys and I decided to get some chicken. When I arrived at the restaurant I found out that the lobby closes at 6. The run-down drive thru is open until 9 (or so). I ordered through the app. I called to check on my food and they said they didn’t have crispy chicken legs. They person I spoke with was nice and threw in extra wings to accommodate. However, I asked if they were making more and he said no because they were thinking about closing. This was 7:30 and they close at 9:00. This means they were planning on not having any crispy chicken legs for their final hour and half of work. We received our food fine. I decided to eat a few fries on the way home. Unfortunately they were old and cold. I’m not sure when they were made but it had to have been longer than an hour. None of us could eat them. The chicken was good. The bone-in chicken was good. The tenders were ok, but not as good as the nuggets. All-in-all, not great. I had purchased a chicken sandwich from here a while ago that also wasn’t great. It’s been a while so I decided to give it a try again. It wasn’t a good choice.

    We haven't eaten KFC food in about 15 years or so, Sunday was the day to give it a try. I went in person at about 6:30, ordered the 8 pc tender meal, 2 additional sides, no drinks, all that for take out. Turned out they had a 9 minutes wait for biscuits, so ok, I waited. Got my food, paid the outrageous amount of $46 (yes, forty-six!!!), come home to realize that they missed putting the second extra side (coleslaw) in my bag. I certainly had paid for it as my receipt shows. I called, to tell them they owe me a refund of $7. That's when I learned that they do not refund anything and I would have to take that up to Corp. Needless to say, I could have had a better dinner and better service for a much lower price. BTW: I had paid cash!!!

    The most disgusting customer service I have ever witnessed. I was having a problem with my order today and when I called, I was screamed at in the middle of talking right in the beginning and I was not even able to finish my first sentence. I was explaining if I can provide an order number to find my order because I have already been charged and before I can even explain my situation, the worker who answered SCREAMED at me “STOP” three times one after another as if I am not able to hear his loud voice the first time it blew my ears off!!!! My problem was a name mistake for the order which could have been easily figured out if I got the chance to even speak! All I asked for was if he can look among the orders for the number confirmation I can provide for him and he denied it, then asked me to confirm it after we figured it was the wrong name. Then claimed I gave the wrong number when all I did was copy and paste it and repeat the same one to him which he found with the exact same number after. Therefore It was possible to find it if the worker had the energy to look at the order number and dealt with this like a normal human being without all of this screaming and anger issues. The worker had the audacity to say no I am not being rude after all of this. What a disgusting mess.
