    This is the worst restaurant ever! I’m very surprised they are still in business. I’ve gone to this Boston Market 4 days in a row trying to use a coupon but they are with closed when they should be open or all the have “today” is chicken. Why don’t you have anything else like meatloaf or ribs? I will NOT be returning to this restaurant ever again and I’d be surprised if they’re around much longer.

    I went there tonight at 7:30 p.m. I wanted to use my T-Mobile coupon. The website said the store was open until 9:00 p.m. When I got there the lights were on but no one was home. The sign said dining room closed. So I tried to order online for curbside carryout. Halfway through my order they turned all the inside lights off. Not very good business for a Friday night. Not a happy camper!

    Ordered two 1/2 sweet Thai chili chicken dinners with two sides. Portions were good size. Food was packaged well . Although my order wasn’t correct, the Food was fresh and hot . The chicken received wasn’t the Thai, nor did they have my salad. The chicken was the traditional rotisserie chicken and tasted very fresh. The only reason I give this three stars is because of the inaccuracy of my actual order.

    This location is CLOSED. We went today because Google said it was open and would be open until 9pm. When we pulled up at 4, there were weeds growing everywhere. Turns out it has been shut down for MONTHS.

    All of the customers who came in were so rude it almost made me sick. The workers handled it well and were very respectful to me and the other customers. I ordered a lot of food and it was ready immediately. The food is hot fresh and delicious. I am very satisfied with my visit. The restaurant is clearly understaffed and the workers that are there are hard workers, kind, and respectful. Only complaint of the visit is how rude the customers were.

    Unfortunately this location is experiencing the current state of needing employees. There was only one dedicated employee working. That demand clearly took its toll, which was not his fault. The food bins were either empty or looked as they had been sitting too long. The wait time was quite long. Hopefully they can make some adjustments as I’ve had awesome service at this location previously.

    Came in a half hour before closing and the men working there were beyond friendly, with fast service, and overall great workers, Espically for me coming in a half hour before close. Awesome place super clean I could literally EAT 0ff the floors! Great soul food. Just a 10/10 spot. The white tall boy with the tattoo on the inside of his left forearm deserves a raise! Management skills forsure. Edit 3/20/22 this is my SECOND 5 star review of this place. Every single time I go here the staff is always so friendly and good people. Prices are always so good and beyond reasonable, portion sizes are very good and just top tier fast food experience. Every single time I’ve gone here 10/10 times they do everything right.

    Hasn't been in years. Not really sure why. T-Mobile gave a discount and totally glad I went. Even though I got the very last of the broccoli and the pan, it was still very very good and the chicken was super moist and cooked to perfection. The guy behind the counter was extremely helpful and nice! That is more of a seller than the food. Will be back and bring the family next time.

    I ordered through doordash and they gave me the wrong chicken, no cornbread and didn’t give me my side I ordered. I understand being understaffed however this location gets little to no business at 7:30 pm so the fact they couldn’t complete my order as it was ordered says it’s entirely on how incompetent the staff is. And when I called? Absolutely no help whatsoever. Just silence

    I’ve worked there from January to April they gave me a check I went to cash it & it bounced . The man I cashed my check with called me in told me my check came back to his store. I then gave em my bosses number my boss gave the man I cashed my check with Alex number. The man called Alex n Alex spoke to em Alex then gave the man I cashed my check with an email , the man emailed alex n now he’s no getting no type of response back no one is answering there phones. Just terrible 😞 me n the man that I cashed my check with shouldn’t be going through this how I feel if they knew my check was going to bounce they should have given me straight cash 💵. Bad business 👩‍💼

    Don't think we will be going here anymore unfortunately. I'm pretty sure I got a bad piece of meatloaf last time, and they don't have turkey anymore. Also, the chicken pot pie was awful.

    The yams could've been a little more thicker, but overall my kids enjoyed it. The chicken is always a hit for me. Also had Mac and cheese, cornbread and spinach dip. It couldve been cooked a bit more fresh tho I will say. You can tell it's been sitting a little while and time for the change of products ..

    There are no dinner side dishes of mashed potatoes, corn, apples, or any good stuff. This is the second week in a row with very limited selection. Why have these side dishes been discontinued? Boston Market is going down hill. I will no longer eat there.

    Don't try the new Nashville chicken sandwich. Out of all the companies, this is the first one I will throw out. Bread was hard. The chicken had a high level of processed texture and over cooked. Pickles looked like the ones on a McDonald's burger.

    Had to wait 15minutes for chicken. No prices were listed for chicken meals. The booths springs are shot, you sink at the table so we moved to another area.

    I used to go to the ridge road Boston market now, my story is now North Olmsted Boston market is the great and excellent place to come give them an A+ for customer service and great fresh food.

    Daulton was who took care of us and he was amazing. It was pretty busy, and he was the only one serving/on line. He was friendly and not at all impatient with anyone. He deserves a raise. If not, than a job is waiting for him…

    Well.. today I walked in- noone was Infront and I heard noone in back- I stood for awhile- waiting and watching-- but really that could have been anyone walking in and stealing products- I stood there for about 20min or longer- even went to bathroom during this- lol - still nobody- there were things on the counter and bags laying out- just giving a heads up to be more careful- Really tho the food and staff are great- (when staff is on hand ) and it's always clean! we do come here often and never an issue - yes still giving 5 stars

    The quality and availability of food has nose dived at this location over the last year. The last 2 times I went in they were out of most meats and missing most of the sides. Very disappointing and I won't be returning. It's too bad really since this was the best Boston Market in the area...but not anymore.

    The chicken was portioned very small + was cold/greasy. Sweet potatoes were the consistency of baby food + mac/cheese was salty. We were there around 8:00 pm + everything tasted as it looked - lime it had been sitting under the heat lamps for hours. Disappointing.

    I had a fantastic experience at this location. Alex, who took my order, was very helpful with narrowing down my selection and gave some excellent insight to some of the new menu items. Made me feel very welcomed and I really appreciated his kindness… He’s a very valuable asset. I would highly recommend this location, thank you again for the great experience!!
