    Customer service at this location is so poor. Drive through line was completely empty. Myself being the only car to pull up at this time. Pull up to order and get the "please wait one moment" response immediately, only to never hear back or have anyone answer 15+ minutes later. I left without ever placing an order. This is not the first time I've experienced this. It's like their little game they have to show up and get paid their hourly wage without actually having to do any work. Wish my job was that easy.

    This has nothing to do with Wendy’s. It Hass to do with its employees. The last three times I’ve been there. I have waited in the drive-through line for no less than 15 minutes. Nobody acknowledges you, when I drove up to the window, they were people inside just standing around talking. I will not go to this location any longer. This was at 9:30 in the morning on Saturday, October 21

    The customer service skills at this wendys is absolutely disgusting. The women working on second shift could not have been more rude, she was rude BEFORE she started cussing and screaming at me. I work in customer service and interact with people from the time I start my day to the time I end it, which involves customers that are nasty sometimes and even when being talked to that way I would never talk to them the way this women was, it was beyond appalling. Yeah I get it when working in fast food they want to hurry up and rush you through everything but if they wouldn't of been out of bacon then we would not have needed extra time to figure out what to get & change the order we were placing and planned to. not to mention there have been previous times I've gone just to find out they were closing hours early and was a complete waste of time. I would recommend for everyone to stay away from this location because I know I will be.

    Every single time we go through the drive thru, it doesn't matter what time of day (morning, afternoon, evening) the service is practically non-existent. By the time we get to the speaker, it normally takes the order taker a good 3-5 mins just to greet us, then we are told to hold on, and wait another few minutes before we can place our order. The cars in front of us are literally at a stand still.. when we finally get to the window to pay and receive our food, we have been in the drive thru line for at LEAST 18-20 mins already.. and this is when there are only 2 or 3 cars ahead of us. The service at this location is EXTREMELY slow and is by no means fast in the slightest. Upper management really needs to step in and retrain their staff in order to keep up with the Wendy's standard. Hopefully they read these reviews, but that's doubtful cause this location has been like this for the past 2 years.. So if you are in a rush or on a limited time crunch, definitely consider going elsewhere cause you will not be helped and/or served in a timely manner here. I gave it 2 stars cause the food is usually hot and accurate.

    Door was locked in the middle of the day, we called and a VERY rude employee answered saying she was the only one there. WHAT, WHY IS THERE ONLY ONE PERSON WORKING?! It wasn't right for her to be rude but by God is it justified! Do better Wendy's.

    Drive thru service is horrible after 6pm and I really understand the employee situation not finding reliable people again I understand. In 3 months all 3 visits I pull up to place order and girl says cash only my last 3 visits I was like WHAT again. I finally asked girl what's going on with the card reader why cash that did not go over well her exact words were get the duck out of my drive thru. I left called manager next day I comped me a meal that was nice however I did not want compmed what I wanted to know is this..are some of these employees pocketing the cash because the manager knew nothing of the CC machines being down this was the 1st he heard of this complaint. I decided after 3 weeks to stop and get my comped meal. Drove up to speaker said I spoke to manager couple weeks ago he took my name out not at register who I was. I ordered my meal girl said I had 2 days after complaint to get the comped meal I said the manager never communicated this to me however she took my order. Get to window she gives me partial order closes window I looked at her with my hand out my car window she's looking back at me as if what does he want. She opens window I said my frosty I did not get she had it right in front of her and the ATTITUDE she had she must of been same girl I dealt with in the past telling me cash only because when she handed me the frosty never said a word her facial expression to me was I I needed. I will never go back to this location if anyone else experienced this she has multi colored dyed hair extremely rood. Customer service is a trait in the past

    More customers will leave the drive through lines than the number of people who will actually get to make an order. Laughable. Probably not staffed appropriately. Pay your workers a livable wage and you will have more of them and may actually not have to turn away half your customers. Poorly ran business…

    Extra long wait times here. I understand being short staffed and don't mind waiting, but I receive the wrong items/missing items every time I'm here. It's become part of my routine when I go here, I have to pull over in the parking lot and walk back into the dining room to get the order corrected. Never any apology, or really any consideration at all. They just take the wrong order and hand me another bag which I still have to double check. Once, upon seeing me check the bag after receiving an order, an employee rudely yelled across the dining room "It's all there!!" to which I replied "No, it isn't" since they had messed up the order twice in one visit. Usually if you go in you'll still end up waiting for someone to even man the register. You'll also hear a lot of yelling, fighting, swearing amongst the employees while anxious customers decide to try one of the other 200 spots in North Olmsted. They earn an extra star because when they finally get an order correct, usually the food is pretty good. Wish I could walk into the kitchen and serve myself. Would be way less hassle than trying to get the employees or manager to effectively do their jobs. Like I said, no issue waiting due to short staff, but hardly any other places nearby are still having that issue. You can get pretty speedy service at most other North Olmsted fast food chains (except Popeyes...)

    Drive Through is always ridiculously slow. multiple times I go on my lunch and have to get out of line (only 2 or 3 cars ahead of me usually) because line didnt move at all. last time pulled up and the worker was playing on phone with one hand and hand me the bag with the other. food itself has been fine though

    The food is always what you expect from a Wendy's. It's good. However, I've had 3 experiences there where I had a very long wait. One time I waited so long that bfast timeframe expired and they were switching to lunch. Then they said, "sorry we're switching to lunch, give us some time". That was frustrating even though the staff are absolutely great! Each time my wait was addressed and apologized for. Also, the ladies that work there are very sweet individuals.

    Went through the drive thru. Service was extremely slow. The salad was missing the cheese and the chicken wasn't fully cooked. The fries were cold. The burger was raw(see the photo!)!

    Wendy's is still a great deal and tastes better than those arches burgers and fries. Breakfast menu also rules. This location could be tricky with small drive for drive through, but they moved the line so fast it's never backs up too much.

    Upon arriving at the restaurant the line for drive thru it took forever waiting to get our food! But while I was waiting at the drive thru window I got to witness these 2 girls goofing around and just sitting around drinking behind the counter …the the best was when one of the girls (without) gloves stuck in hand into the box with the Sliced cheese pulled out a stack ..started peeling it apart and jumping and sticking it to the ceiling !! She did this 5-6 times until the cheese fell on the floor!! She saw me watching her and went to the back of the the back!! So I wonder to myself ….what happens to our food we order when no one is watching !! This Happened Wednesday March 30,2022 at 8:30pm

    Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes and never reached the speaker to take order. Ended up pulling off without being served because the same car had been sitting at the speaker waiting for 10 minutes. About 11a on a Sunday morning.

    I’ve never had food poisoning from fast food until today. It was bad enough that the employee who took my order was very rude to my partner and I. We also waited a ridiculous amount of time to get our food for being the only car in the drive thru. Circling back to the food poisoning, 4 hours after eating my meal and I am sick as a dog. It was the only food I’ve eaten today and something must have been very wrong with it. I’ve never been so sick from eating fast food in my life. I was feeling perfectly fine until an hour after eating my food. Idk what it was but this location needs to revisit their approach to food safety protocols. I am never eating Wendy’s again in my life. This experience has ruined it for me.

    They take an order and make the rest of the line in drive thru waits. 1 car at a time. Then the service st this place is horrible and they always forget something. The staff all needs fired for being lazy and disrespectful. The manager needs removed first tho. Whole drive thru line full she walks out the back and grt in car with someone.

    Not sure what has happened to Wendy's over the years but very disappointed again. Used to always be so good and now every time I decide to give them another chance I am very disappointed. Slow service and food is not good. Yuk.

    I wish I can give 0 stars. Went there to order and the staff was soooo rude and I couldn’t even order my food. The MANAGER gave my mom and I attitude while trying to order and asked “are you okay?” While trying to get our order in! No reason to be rude and not our problem that you’re short staffed. We did not make you fill out the application. Get a new job if you’re so unhappy.

    Their food is always fresh and delicious. The service is usually very fast and friendly as well. It’s much better to spend a few dollars more for quality then these other burger joints that store your food under a heat lamp hoping that someone buys their food soon !!!!

    We went through the drive thru and received a very rude experience from staff. Yes they were busy, but thats no excuse to treat your customers poorly. We wanted to order two simple biggy bag meals and were being interrupted and snapped at every time we went to say something. We don’t normally leave reviews for places but someone needs to know that customers are being treated this way. Its not professional or appropriate at all. By far worst fast food experience thus far

    Lobby was locked at 8:30pm because someone I'm assuming was an employee had their children in there like it was a day care. When asking about the buy one get one for a dollar, we ordered the things on the poster and the employee said to us I don't think that's how it works. Also made us wait to order in the drive thru for around 5 min. Called tonight 8/2/23 asked if the lobby was open they said no, asked how much daycare was since the day before the lobby was closed and had at least 2 children inside, person who answered said "well that's just ignorant" showing that she knew exactly what we were talking about. Wendy's sucks

    The drive through went fairly quickly for the number of cars in line. We each had the Dave's single combo. It was prepared as we ordered, everything was hot, cheese was melted properly (unlike the cold piece of cheese slapped on a cold sandwich at another Wendy's location). The staff was friendly, prompt and did their jobs correctly. Thanks for a great meal!

    Cold fries, weak drinks, wrong burgers, and wrong nuggets. They did get the dipping sauce right. Long drive thru wait as inside was closed around 7 PM. Worst Wendy's I've ever been to, normally has a ghetto lady who serves you inside. I will say the gentleman in the drive thru was pleasant, trying his best to keep up and tried to double check the order as the line grew and the cooks failed.

    I ordered the Baconator breakfast sandwich and was a little disappointed in the fact that there were only 4 half strips of bacon. There are supposed to be 6 slices of bacon on this sandwich! I would also like to point out that someone at this location likes to keep their canned beverages cold in the ice trough used to fill your cups. Yuck!! (picture taken through drive thru window)

    The worst experience tonight the workers where messing around in the drive threw didn’t greet us, I could hear there conversation very unprofessional. Then once the girl noticed I said hello . She was still laughing said what would you like to order I had to repeat my order three times . She was not paying any attention. Then I get up to the window she said cash only I said excuse me why would you not say that back there then the girl said I’ll try the card then she took it laughed again with her co worker pulled the receipt out made drinks messed up our drinks hands us the drinks the lids not on all the drinks and one spilled over me and my car . I was not happy at all then I get home the food is all messed up and cold fry’s and nuggets where ice . Never have I ever had this bad of an experience at Wendy’s. I will not be returning to this location.

    Understandablely, Covid-19 pandemic has made a lot of restaurants shortstaffed and under significant pressure. With that in mind though, Wendy's has a self-imposed goal of finishing orders within 5-10 minutes if you do a mobile one. This goal is never met. If you decide to order ahead and pickup your order around 6:00p.m. or after, you are forced to use the drive through since they lock the doors around then so you can't actually sit down for a bite. No problem, you were smart and ordered ahead! Well, bearer of bad news here mate. Drive through has 6-8 cars ahead of you. You'll get your order about 30 min later.

    Great people, food is excellent for the most part. Only complaint is that you never know when the dining room is open. I usually go once a week sometimes twice, but lately the last 3 times I went to go in for lunch and the door was locked. At least put a large sign on the door “DINING CLOSED” so you don’t even have to get out of your car and can go elsewhere. I have chose not to keep Wendy’s on my go to list anymore. Drive thru is open but long line so it’s not a good option.

    We went to drive thru on Tuesday night at 930. Was in line for 30 minutes. Went back on Thursday night at 10 pm and drive thru was backed up again. After 15 minutes of no movement turned around to leave and saw 2 employees watching and laughing.

    For the second time in two weeks I walked away from the dining room and went elsewhere because the line was too long and moving too slowly. Only one person taking orders and evident communications problems between the counter and the kitchen, based on conversations I could hear. I like Wendy's product so I will try again, but three strikes and all that. UPDATE: Went in again today. Ordered at the counter quickly and food came out fast. Whatever the problem was a few months ago seems to have been fixed. Gave me the wrong sauce for my nuggets, though. Correct sauce was shown on the receipt. Burger was messy - mustard everywhere. Not 5-star quality execution but back on my "acceptable" list.

    This is absolutely the worst Wendys. Every time I go, the lines are incredibly long and the service is so slow. You get stuck in the parking lot if you try to go inside. The inside was locked today with no signage. I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru line (there were only 3 cars ahead of me) only to be told they were only accepting cash. I then took my kids to McDonald's and we didn't wait at all. Never going to that Wendys again.

    This location's drive thru is open until midnight, I pulled into the drive thru line a little after 11pm, there were 4 cars ahead of me, not moving at all. When it was finally my turn to place my order at the speaker, I heard silence, no one greeted me or asked me to hold on for a moment, or anything. The silence continued for about 8-10 minutes, I just sat there waiting because I figured they were very busy and trying to catch up with orders. I started saying "Hello, are you guys okay in there? Everyone alive? Are you open?" No reply. Another couple of minutes went by and I was done being patient, there were about 4 or 5 other cars waiting behind me. I turned around the drive thru curve and there were NO other cars in front of me. I pulled up to the window where a man who looked very annoyed to see me took his time to begrudgingly open the window. He told me they were changing out the register drawer and the young man who was working drive thru took his headset off. I don't know if this man was a manager, but a manager should always have a headset on regardless of who else is on drive thru. And a manager should never blame an employee, the manager is there to make sure everything is running smoothly. They took their time changing out the cash drawer and left me sitting at the window for another few minutes, and when he finally asked me what I wanted, I said I won't be ordering anything. I told him I hope that in the future, if they're very busy doing something on the inside, they would at least greet the customer at the speaker and ask them to please hold on a moment. They had a long line of cars waiting for nearly 20 minutes while a staff of at least 4 (from whom I saw at the window) were completely ignoring the drive thru. The man I spoke with at the window was rude and unprofessional. I understand fast food jobs can suck, but if you're working in the customer service industry, greet your customers and communicate with them in a professional manner, or get a different job that you don't hate.

    Their new fries are legit. I got a free spicy chicken sandwich from stupid T-mobile, which ended up being good. Just spicy enough. Fast service and hot food. Nice job folks. Go try Wendy's again...Ohio created and loved. Get some yum.

    Best Wendy's in town. All the rest are terrible, but this one has good hard working staff. Even when there isn't a lot of staff, you can tell they really try their best to help the customers. I appreciate that.

    Burger was okay, I've had better. Service was really, really bad! Lady taking orders at drive up window was more interested on putting on her lip gloss, than taking orders, greeting customers. I had to repeat my order 3 times and it was just 1 single with cheese.. I hope she's looking for a new job that better suits her before this review is posted.

    Love this Wendy’s. Its the only one that is ever consistent in their hours and open late! The only part of my order they’ve ever messed up is sauces which is not a big deal and the food is always hot and fresh! Gone for breakfast lunch and late night runs probably close to hundreds of times now and only had meh staff maybe once or twice. Ive never been inside but the only times I’ve had to wait in the drive through line were at peak times or when the person in front of me orders bags and bags of food and even then the wait is not ever very long.
