I had the privilege of working with Dan on this piece and I couldn't recommend him enough. Good conversation, 20+ years of experience and overall a great artist. Everyone at the shop was kind and respectful which is always a plus. I'll definitely be returning to get more work done in the future!

Went out to Ohio on vacation and wanted to get some fresh ink. Went on a limb and looked up tattoo shops near me. Walked in and this place said you got here just in time we can fit you in today. Me and my boyfriend both had really good tattoo artist. Dustin did an amazing job and I am in love with my tattoo. Tim did a great job also on my boyfriends leg. If you need some new ink or a touch up I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!

I would highly recommend this place and more specifically Stephanie who did a phenomenal job on my latest tattoo. She was patient with me and very impressed with her attention to detail. It turned out better than I could have imagined.

I went to Cindy for a kawaii/caricature portrait of my pups and she went above and beyond to make sure it was perfection! I was so happy with my pup tattoo I went back and had her fix a space I had in another tattoo. She free handed it on me and I love that as well. She made sure it went with the original design but gave it that extra oomf to just make it come together amazingly. I’m very appreciative bc it’s something that has bothered me before seeing Cindy but I no longer feel insecure about it. Thank you so much Cindy!! 💓

Just got my first tattoo from here, customer service was amazing and so was my artist Steph! I was expressing how anxious I was and she did an amazing job making me feel comfortable. The tattoo is perfect and exactly how I wanted it! Would definitely recommend this tattoo parlor and Steph!

I had the distinct pleasure of getting a tattoo from Dustin yesterday. Oh my goodness was it a treat! I have many tattoos from artists all over, and I have to say, this was one of the best experiences getting a tattoo I have ever had! He was sure of his craft and quick and clean and clearly had oodles of experience. His bedside manner was friendly and professional and he made sure with every step that I was comfortable, at ease, and informed. We spoke about my future plans for tattoos. I have a couple ideas that I don't want to trust with just anyone and after this experience, I am definitely planning on going back and hiring him to do more work on me.

Mike Hutton has done pretty much all of my tattoos and did a great job on every one of them. Highly recommended! Very clean and well maintained shop.

Outstanding experience! I was a few minutes late to an appointment at another shop and the artist had to reschedule. I called Tattoo Faction to check if they had someone for a walk-in, and they did! Great place from the walls to the artist. Was in yesterday had A new design put on my hand and an old design from another tattooer reworked. Tim made them look exactly to the tee how I wanted them to turn out. Very friendly, very clean and very quick. Prices are outstanding. I won't go anywhere else. I found my tattoo guy. Dylan was great. Very calming and kind which made the experience comfortable. He certified all of his work and spent time touching things up after things healed. Great sterile technique. Would def recommend and return for more work.

Tattoo faction is incredible. It’s extremely clean, well staffed and the artists are so welcoming. Everyone here is so nice and willing to answer questions and help you out. I have 2 full traditional Japanese sleeves from Dan Wulff and am looking forward to doing more in the future. Best place in Ohio in my honest opinion.

Dylan makes the whole experience of being tattooed great.! He puts his touch on every piece, and will give you his true opinion (if you want it) Awesome work!!!! Would not want to go else where!!! Personality is also a plus for sure!!!

Dylan was fantastic . Very patient and did a great job of relaxing me when the pain was getting too much at times! My tatoo came out beautiful! The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I had to wait over 45 mins past my first scheduled appointment and over 30 minutes past my second appointment.

Recently moved to Ohio and in looking for a new shop and artist I was very selective. First I found Cindy from their website and her excellent line work sold me on her as an artist. Stopped by the shop and I haven't seen such a clean and professional shop in all my years of getting inked. Miles (Myles?), the chap running the front desk, is affable, professional, is a delight. The other artists are all clearly very skilled, though Cindy is the highlight in my book. I've checked out several other tattoo shops in the Cleveland area and would first and foremost recommend Tattoo Faction. Update from 2022: Tattoo faction retains it's qualities and virtues as detailed in the rest of this review

It was my first tattoo and Mike was amazing. He somehow blended the two pictures I had to give me the perfect tattoo. Definitely will be going back and asking for Mike.

Dustin was really nice and made me feel really at ease but I was quoted for $150 less than they ended up charging me for a ten minute tattoo. Again Dustin was great but if I would have known it would be so much more than the quote I would not have done it.

I saw Dustin and he did my dogs paw print on my arm. sooooo beautiful and perfect!!! he did an amazing job and u can see it in the details of the paw print. he was so friendly and made sure I loved it! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for professional and amazing tattoos!
