Phenomenal from start to finish. Communication was good throughout. Very pleased with the pool. Edit: Also, they’ve done a great job of addressing issues after they’ve had all my money and finished the job, which is what you want from a company. The automatic cover is a must. Make sure you are planful before starting your design (ie. Where you want your equipment, where you want lights, outlets, etc.) Highly recommend this company. Everyone from Terry to Rich, and all the service folks. It’s been a pleasant experience.

We had High-Tech Pools install an 18’x36’ pool. I am very pleased with their professionalism. They started work when they said they were going to start. Their crew worked continuously until they were finished. I felt the team was well coordinated and experienced. And, most importantly to me personally, they didn’t compromise on quality. If I were to build another pool, I would use High-Tech Pools again.

I truly cannot say enough about our positive experiences with High Tech Pools from the initial design phase, to construction, to getting the pool ready for swimming. The crew at High Tech is professional, extremely responsive, and very time efficient. I would utilize this company again and again!

So far I have truly enjoyed their service. Tom has been amazing to work with designing our pool. And although demand is high, they’re timely and patient! The company I work for went through high tech pools in building of a waterpark. Barren one of the workers from high tech pools is absolutely amazing! He is very informative and knowledgeable of his work. He gave myself and fellows employees a full tutorial of how everything operates, how to take care of things etc. Cody was also part of the tutorial and gave very helpful information. Hands down great service high quality results and Barren helped ease a lot of stress.

I can’t say enough about this company they were there every day working w full crews when job was started until job was finished, it’s a huge process. Rich, our project manager was amazing to work with as were all the crews, everyone was exceptional! They also have been very responsive on punch list items and working to resolve all items. I would definitely recommend High Tech Pools!

High Tech Pools just completed a very high end complicated swimming pool renovation, spa installation, and install of all new Pentair equipment. Their team was very systematic in their approach, professional, and each employee was friendly and hardworking while on the job. I would recommend High Tech Pools.

We had a fabulous experience with Hi Tech Pools. Jerry was quick to evaluate our needs and provided a valuable estimate. Our scheduling went smooth and Chantel went above and beyond to communicate with us. Chantel definitely has my vote as MVP. A shout out goes to Frank and his team for doing such a wonderful job and taking so much pride in their work. The construction team hardly left a trace that they were there. Our pool is a 22-year old pool installed by Hi-Tech Pools. It is the most structurally sound in-ground pool I have seen. Out needs we cosmetic and we absolutely love the new look of our pool and cannot wait to enjoy it for several more decades. Job well done!

The crew from High-Tech had a very large indoor hotel pool/spa to resurface. They were on a tight deadline to be completed in 3 days. They knocked it out of the park and finished on time. WOW!! The entire staff was involved. On-site visits from management took place before, during and after the project was complete. The team at High Tech Pools was great to work with. They did what they said they were going to do and did quality work. Rich Ryan (Project Mgr.) was very responsive and kept us informed on the timelines the entire process. In the end you get to work with a great company that produces a quality product. I would 100% recommend this company if you are planning on putting in a pool.

If you are lucky enough to have Tom as your salesman you can rest easy. You’re in great hands. Juan leads a crew of workers that will outwork anyone. Take a deep breadth. It’s going to be a slow process but that’s because their quality is world class. They build great pools and hire great people to do it for them

We recently had our pool redone and we couldn't be happier with all our interactions with everyone at High Tech. The team is very professional and we are very happy with all their work.

We have had Pool Tech Pro's service for over 2 years and they do a fantastic job. Our tech, Trevor, takes care of the pool great, adjust my pump based on the time of year and always ensures my gate is locked after leaving my backyard. The service before would leave my gate open and my dogs would get out even after many calls asking them to make sure it was closed and locked. Never have to worry about that with Trevor. I highly recommend their service!

High Tech just completed our pool renovation and they did a fantastic job! The entire project of new tile and PebbleSheen finish took only 2.5 days and I would highly recommend them. Tom Biven our account specialist was fantastic and our entire High Tech experience was outstanding!!!!
