We are in the process of moving into Vitalia North Olmstead and we actually may be one of the first to move in as it is a brand new facility. The place is luxury all the way. Our two bedroom was spotless; simply turn key ready with wonderfully high ceilings, full laundry, balcony, and a beautiful full kitchen. The staff has been available to meet our every need, the public rooms are out of a magazine, and we just couldn’t be happier. What sold us originally on this place was the dining service. It’s open daily from 7-7 and you can eat any time you want. We did a lot of shopping around and finally decided to sit tight and wait a year and a half for this place to be built. It was a great decision!

We’ve been watching the building go up and it looks awesome! What a nice improvement to that part of the city. Can’t wait to tour the apartments with my dad 😁 The senior living director and coordinator are amazing and super helpful. This will be a great place!

We were initially attracted by the open dining arrangement but found there is much more here that we enjoy. There are lots of activities (puzzles, chair exercises, yoga, book club, movie nights, and chair volleyball, to name a few) and off site excursions (wineries, plays, miniature golf, the beach, baseball, shopping, and more). Also, and it's not usually mentioned, but we have a good group of residents who are friendly, look out for each other and are always willing to help. The kitchen is open 7am to 7pm, breakfast anytime. The food is wonderfull. What's not to like?!

My grandfather is moving into Vitalia North Olmsted soon and it is such a beautiful place. Not only does it look fantastic but the people are great too. Lori Robinson has been a pleasure to work with and we look forward to continue to work with her!

The Memory Care at Vitalia North Olmsted is terrific and all the folks who work there are always kind, respectful, and compassionate to the residents and their families. It gives me great peace of mind to know that there is literally no better place my Mom could be living at this time in her life. I am so grateful to everyone at Vitalia North Olmsted and highly recommend their Memory Care facility.

Vitalia North Olmsted is wonderful! The staff is friendly and helpful to residents and their families. The common areas are clean, the decor is beautiful and the food is wonderful. There are countless activities available everyday. The independent living apartments are spacious and have an open floor plan. A great choice for our mother.

I live at Vitalia North Olmsted. Moving here was one of the best decisions I've ever made. The facility is first class and the staff is wonderful to us residents. Living here has given me a chance to make many new friends. The residents are basically all friendly to each other. I hope I can live here a long while.

My mother is a resident at Vitalia in North Olmsted in independent living. The facility and its staff are top notch. The common areas are always well-kept and clean, and maintained to be very inviting and relaxing to all. The staff goes out of its way to be helpful to its residents and visitors. Everyone is very friendly and there is a positive community environment where both staff and residents support each other. The food is good and activities are abundant and invite positive interactions. All in all, a vibrant and supportive community.

Our mom, now 95 years old, has been at Vitalia North Olmsted's Memory Care facility for about a year and a half. Always a difficult decision and transition to such a major change, but we could not be happier with our choice. The facilities are great - bright, clean, well-maintained, and lots of options both for visitors and the residents. But the staff is even better - the care and caring are terrific. The MC director Ashleigh's energy, ideas, involvement, and positivity are exceptional. Mom is safe and cared for, which were our top priorities. The usually negative connotation of the phrase "in a home" does not apply here - they have made her (and us) feel at home. While our experience with Vitalia North Olmsted has been primarily in MC, our exposure to the Independent and Assisted Living facilities and staff has also been very positive.

I really didn’t know what to expect when I began my search for a senior living community for my mother. But, when I found Vitalia North Olmsted, I knew my search was over. Their facility is beautiful. The staff are friendly, caring, compassionate, and professional. My mother really enjoys her new home at Vitalia. She enjoys the many activities. There’s always something for her to do. She really enjoys the food. She enjoys the social interactions with the other residents. She enjoys being able to have her hair done in house. I feel very grateful to have been able to find such a wonderful community for her. My sincere thanks to all the Vitalia staff, for your commitment to excellence in your care for my mother!

Vitalia North Olmsted has made an incredible improvement on my mother's quality of life. Before moving in, she was in the hospital every month due to falling, not eating well, not taking her medications regularly, it was frightening. But since moving her in Oct. 2021, there have been no emergencies. The nurses and aides are wonderful, someone is always checking on her throughout the day, even just to sit and talk with her. She has access to PT, speech therapy and a psychiatrist. The food is almost too good, she's gained a little weight lol. There are numerous fun activities that keep her mind active as well as her physically active. She has made several new friends so they eat together, have happy hour together, or just sit and talk in the several gathering areas. She takes pride in the way she looks again, gets her hair done every week as they have a hair salon! The facility is absolutely gorgeous and kept impeccably clean. I could not ask for a better place for my mother, for the first time in several years I can sleep at night knowing she is safe and cared for with kindness and dignity.

After selling his home and moving into Vitalia Independent Living, it was evident that this was something we should have looked into a long time ago. The one bedroom apartment allowed for him to still live independently with a more manageable size and give him a community to interact with. After a few falls and medical issues it was evident that more assistance was needed and therefore we worked with the staff to make a move to the assisted living side. They were very accomodating and worked within our schedule. The staff get to know the residents and will work with them and the family to make sure that all needs are met. Check out the facility - you won't be disappointed

There's some construction going on but some real nice people. It's still a clean place despite all the construction.

Very beautiful we checked out the memory care end of the facility very nice, new, clean, very professional. I was impressed.

Upper tier independent living (or "active adule" as Vitalia calls it) with adjacent assisted living and memory care facilities. The active adult facility is completely clean--always. There are no smells or other detractors. The walk distances can be lengthy for some units due to the spaciousness, but there are chairs spaced in the hallways to rest, if needed.

This place is beautiful! The prices to live here are expensive, but this facility is gorgeous

This is the most amazing Adult facility. They have help our friend so much with her Memory. I would give this place a 10+

I love living here! Staff and Residents are welcoming, friendly and very helpful! Food is delicious and made with fresh ingredients and cooked by a chef. The apartments are plenty large and airy and buildings and grounds are pristine. Yep! It's everything and more than I had expected; Fun and relaxing with great people! I'm here to stay!!
