This place is a real gem in the middle of Castle Towers. I have eaten Carribbean food all over the world and this is as authentic as it gets. The rice and peas was fluffy with the the right amount of spice. The jam down jerk pork and jerk chicken were excellent, especially with the plump plantain we ordered with both dishes. You would pay a fortune for this in Newtown and Castle Hill is very fortunate to have such great Jamaican food on its doorstep. Well done Jamaican Vibes, we will be back for that jollof rice!

Sometimes the best tingz are found in the weirdest places. Jamaica Vibes Food Hut make a magnificent curry goat ($19.99). At lunch time you can pick up a small plate of it with rice and beans and salad for twelve bucks. It’s full of turmeric, thyme, scotch bonnet chillies, onions, shallots, potato, peas and carrot, and stewed in a giant pot on the bone. Don’t be worrying yourself about getting your hands dirty: the tender goat meat falls off clean bones when touched with a fork. The downside is where you have to go to find it: the back corner of a third floor food court in Castle Hill’s monstrous Castle Towers shopping mall. If you need some extra persuading, ‘stamp and go’ ($10) codfish fritters dipped in sweet chilli sauce are rubbery and fun to devour. They’re spiked with habanero so quite the party in your mouth against the sweet chilli sauce topper. If it gets too much, Jamaican Sorrel ($8) is your friend. It’s a wild mix of hibiscus, ginger and spices including, most dominantly, cloves. Trust me, it’s actually a delicious drink. Maybe even better with rum… While you’re here, the lunch-size jerk chicken ($10) is also worth sampling. The juicy bird is cooked long and slow over allspice wood and served dripping in their signature jerk sauce. It comes with rice and salad. We threw in some green plantain fritters ($10) but they were surplus to need and a little floury and bland for my liking. I suspect I’d prefer the ripe plantain version. I liked the curry goat here so much I bought a catering serve ($25) to take home. I’d make the trip again to try the jerk pork.

This is the real Jamaican deal. The food is fantastic. Everything tastes authentic and fresh. The prices are reasonable and the staff are friendly. Shoutout to Victoria who served us and helped navigate the menu. Keen to come back and eat our way through the rest. Well done guys!

Yes it’s in a shopping mall food court. Underrated and under appreciated place. Love their jerk chicken/pork. Tender, sweet-spiced Caribbean flavour, complimented with jallof rice and washed down with overly-sweet pineapple drink. Highly recommended for any foodie with regular exercise regime.

Shared a Jerk Chicken and Goat Curry combo with my partner and daughter and we all enjoyed it a ton. The Jerk Chicken was absolutely delicious with the coconut rice and slaw. But we highly recommend the goat curry as it was packed full of flavour and spice. Beware though the goat curry does pack a punch if you’re not use to heat. Otherwise 10/10, my partner and I are definitely coming back🤝

This is the best and most authentic Jamaican food I've had in another country (outside of Jamaica). The jerk chicken is well flavoured and tender, the fritters , oh just so delighted and delicious and the jerk pork is just heavenly. This place is a must go. I live in Canberra and so wish this was in my city. I will be coming back though I can't get enough. Superb, service, friendly and courteous atmosphere. 100% for everything!

Recently moved back to Sydney after living in the UK and missing Carribean food. This place hits the spot, jerk chicken and pork are juicy, spicy, and with good char. The goat curry is a must order, one of the best curries I’ve had in Sydney, falling off the bone the curry sauce was so good I was scrapping it at the end. The plantains crispy and well seasoned with salt. Salted cod fritters are huge and tasty. Just wished they had oxtail ! Highly recommend.

Had possibly the best curry goat (goat curry) in Sydney. Be sure to check out this place for some authentic Caribbean/Jamaican food!

👍 Best restaurant for South Indian dishes. Worth a try of Biryani. Tried Tandoori Soya today and it was the best I ever had here. Egg65 Biryani was so tasty. Crispy Baby corn was bad seemed like it was not fresh. You should not let your standards drop.

👍 Made a booking and we were told we can stay for 1.5 hours. No issues. We ended up staying longer, thanks to one of the lovely host giving us another 30 minutes to stay.
