The
entire
reason
this
club
receives
1
star
is
because
of
the
manager
Prajesh.
Many
members
of
the
gym
(including
myself)
have
found
this
individual
to
be
extremely
rude,
disrespectful
and
highly
unprofessional
in
regards
to
his
execution
of
managerial
tasks
and
simultaneous
application
of
what
Fitness
First
Promotes.
First,
Prajesh
has
treated
his
employees
with
absolute
disrespectful
behaviour.
On
a
plethora
of
occasions,
the
employees
have
been
spoken
down
to,
never
given
an
explanation
of
what
they
have
done
wrong
and
have
felt
highly
unstable
in
relation
to
their
job
stability.
What
is
even
more
unfortunate
is
that
this
is
knowledge
that
all
fellow
gym-goers
possess.
Many
of
the
employees
seem
down
and
upset
after
interacting
with
this
man,
which
is
really
saddening
to
see
as
the
most
of
the
employees
are
bubbly,
lively
and
are
very
happy
to
speak
and
develop
quality-based
relationships
with
the
customers
such
as
myself.
Prajesh
has
also
utilised
intimidation
tactics
among
many
of
the
customers
who
have
attended
the
gym.
One
instance,
he
called
security
on
a
woman
who
was
barley
5ft
because
she
was
deadlifting
without
shoes
on,
despite
her
efforts
to
defuse
the
situation.
He
stands
too
close
to
the
people
he
intimidates
and
continually
threatens
to
call
security
when
it
is
completely
unnecessary.
Prajesh
is
known
to
select
particular
members
in
the
gym
and
continually
target
them,
so
as
to
stir
them
up
and
cause
a
scene.
For
example,
he
will
revoltingly
persist
in
approaching
certain
individuals
about
having
a
towel
or
questioning
the
appropriateness
of
their
footwear.
This
behaviour
would
be
understandable
if
the
individuals
he
was
approaching
were
purposefully
breaking
rules,
but
most
of
them
are
very
friendly,
innocent
gym
goers
who
just
want
to
train.
It
is
highly
upsetting
to
see
the
disappointment,
shock
and
confusion
on
the
innocent
faces
of
these
members.
Fitness
First
Carlingford
has
now
lost
an
abundance
of
clientele
because
of
Prajesh's
disgusting
behaviour.
Employees
have
spoken
to
various
gym-goers
and
have
expressed
a
strong
disliking
to
Prajesh's
approach
in
management
and
will
most
likely
leave
soon.
The
overall
conclusion
is
that
Prajesh's
managerial
experience
within
the
profound
context
of
a
gym
is
conspicuously
lacking
to
a
great
extent.
The
morale
of
Carlingford
Fitness
First
has
declined
significantly,
which
is
directly
correlated
with
Prajesh's
complete
ignorance
of
gym
culture
and
ethic.
Unfortunately,
such
an
individual
can
detrimentally
tarnish
the
name
and
brand
that
Fitness
First
continually
strives
to
achieve.
Employing
an
individual
such
as
Prajesh
has
already
contributed
to
the
absolute
destruction
of
gym
culture
that
is
quintessential
to
Carlingford
Fitness
First.
Many
employees
and
members
have
already
left,
indisputably
because
of
this
individual.
Fitness
First
is
strongly
encouraged
to
review
their
management
processes,
and
effectively
implement
changes
that
will
benefit
one
of
their
strongest
locations.
