It’s hard to mess up a burrito..fast service, but burrito wasn’t rolled properly. Tables were messy, hot sauce low, cashier a bit unfriendly and left my food on the counter without letting me know it was mine. Patio not setup either..

Dropped by here for a work lunch the other day. And like all other Chipotle, it isn't much special. Just the typical day for Chipotle bowl and some chips with guac. The place is busy and popping, but clean. The staff will wipe down the tables from time to time because people come here for lunch all the time, that work within the area, and on top of that the people who work here are attentive and nice. They suggest things from time to time, and on top of that they up sell you on things, smart. Like all chipotle they have this smell within the place and they are always simple, easy and consistent. The chips are made the usual size and on top of that they offer all their typical sauces on the side. This is a smaller chipotle than the other ones, but they have a good view of the cross section of the busiest streets in North Vancouver. I love just listening to music and watching all the traffic drive by on a Vancouver rainy day, it really gives you that Protagonist vibe when you sit there. Anyways, I will be coming back here from time to time to just enjoy a bowl for lunch.

Not even Arnold of “Magic School Bus” fame could question the validity of these delicious treats! Incredibly consistent service, in fact, in honour of my favourite post gym snack I am naming my three first born children: Burrito, Salmon, and Ella! 😊

I do not like this location. You pay for guacamole and the lady gives you barely half a scoop. I ordered the salad and they gave me a sad handful of greens. I've come a couple times and it always feels like there's stuff on the tables.

I would have given the food one more star had it been a bit more affordable! Their prices fair but gets much higher than similar places if you go with just a couple of extra toppings. I would go there again if I run out of options I guess! This said, this has nothing to do with the service. They have great staff and the store ambience is top notch!

So glad they put a Chipotle in North Vancouver, it's awesome!! Food and service is great here as always. I've also ordered online and picked up my order here, it always works flawlessly. The only complaint I can think of is around dinner time there can sometimes be a long line up, but this is something that happens to other Chipotle restaurants too. Also, parking is quite limited and you often have to rely on getting a lucky spot for free on the street. Usually when I go there are no spots available, so I have to use the paid parking lot around the corner. Other than that it's a great place to go for a quick bite to eat!

Worst Chilpotle I've ever been to. I typically eat Chipolte 1x a week and have found the North Vancouver location to be consistently bad. The rice/veggies are always over cooked, the food is usually cold/not fresh and the people who work there are SO careless with portions. The just slop everything on top without care and I see this happen almost every single time- I will never go to this location again. Don't even get me started on ordering through DoorDash- the quality of their to-go orders are even worse. Very disappointing as I live in North Vancouver. I attribute the above to the staff that work there that clearly do not have a standard of care with their jobs.

Found a big chunk of plastic in my burrito. I would return it but it’s freezing out there and it was in second half of my burrito so not much left. I know it’s a fast food but they should be more careful in the kitchen. Definitely not coming again here!

I just had food delivered to me from this location for the first time so I cannot comment on the service or the atmosphere. However, the food I got (burritos and a quesadilla) was extremely salty, to the point that nobody could eat more than a few bites. Very overpriced too. Would not recommend.

Something is up with this location. Avoid! Food is weirdly, consistently, and incredibly salty. Like there is a weeks worth of salt in a typical meal. Going to report this franchise because something is definitely wrong. Given it multiple tries, and this remains the saltiest of all chipotles. First negative review I have written as I believe this is a concern for public health.
