    Trisha is an amazing yoga teacher and so much more. She brings such great energy, knowledge and sense of community to her practice – and has been able to do this all virtually, which is a feat in and of itself! As a classmate of hers also studying Osteopathy I have loved the anatomical teachings she incorporates in the yoga classes as well as the mechanical principles of how the body can and should be moving. As someone who had never done more than a couple classes of yoga previously in my life, Trish has been great at making everything very easy to understand and follow along. I am now over a year into taking her classes and cannot express enough how much better my body is feeling. I feel stronger in my step, more aligned, less aches and pains and am moving much more freely. She brings in mindfulness and gratitude into all of our classes, which I truly appreciate and has been very helpful. It’s the whole package! I would recommend her classes to anyone at any level and only wish I had started sooner - thank you Trish!

    I can't say enough good things about Jamie. He is very personable and knowledgeable. His cheerful attitude makes training time go quickly. He pushes hard to get you to your goals and I would recommend anyone who would like to improve thier fitness goals work with Jamie.

    I've been fortunate to have had Jamie for a personal trainer when I decided to get serious about living a healthier lifestyle and getting into shape physically. He's very knowledgeable at what he does, and takes the time to explain the various exercises. He makes sure your form and techniques are correct, which in turn produces better results. He's strict in the way that he keeps you motivated so you push yourself to your full potential. I would definitely recommend Jamie and The Form Personal Training. He's not the trainer who is doing it just to make a living, he's the type of trainer who wants to help people be the best version of themselves.

    It was amazing to work with Jamie! He is one the best out there. He's very knowledgeable and he takes the time to explain and teach you the correct way to do an exercise. Also, He always let's you try the exercise first even if he knows your not able to do it and then modifies if needed. The thing that I most enjoyed about working with Jamie was that I felt like everyone else I was never put to the side or given less attention because of the way I look or what I'm able to do. He will never let you quit! He is really good at keeping you on track. I would recommend Jamie and tyson @Theform

    I've had an excellent experience with Jamie and Tyson, in one on one sessions, as well as their summer outdoor boot camps. Highly recommended, even for novices to personal training or organized exercise sessions, who may be somewhat apprehensive before getting started. Jamie 's very approachable and flexible style helped me stay motivated and continue. The boot camps are fun and a great way to feel like you are doing something for your physical health. Five stars all around!

    I’ve trained with Jamie in the past and just started working out with him again a few months ago. Jamie’s coaching has been transformational for me over the years and he always makes me look forward to working out. Jamie is encouraging, enthusiastic, and incredibly knowledgable. He understands my goals and put together a program tailored to help me achieve them. Even though our training has just started back up again, I feel fitter and stronger with Jamie’s direction and accountability and I love that he’s taught me the fundamentals of form and fitness so I can carry them with me into my other workouts. I would highly recommend The Form for those looking for a tailored personal training experience in a welcome atmosphere. 10/10!

    James is a fantastic trainer! I worked with him before and was able to get lots of great advice from him trainer to trainer. He was a great mentor as I began my fitness instructor career. James always goes the extra mile to make sure you understand the why and the how in every exercise. Thank you so much for all your help! It has helped me grow a lot in the fitness field and allowed me to help others more 🙂 .

    Jamie is an amazing fitness coach! Working with him privately is the best investment I've made for my health. He programs all of our work outs according to the goals I set out at the beginning and constantly spices things up, making it so fun that I forget how challenging it can be! I've passed plateaus in my strength training because of his great coaching and encouragement! He started working with my 9 year old daughter as well in a summer sports camp and then a weekly fitness camp - she LOVES it! Jamie gets all the kids enthusiastic about movement and healthy living and treats them with so much care and respect. What a great addition to our community! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

    I love Trish and her style of instructing. She is truly the best instructor I've come across, and I have been attending her classes for many years now. Trish is extremely friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. Her personality is very down-to-earth and authentic, and she seems to somehow remember all of her students and little details about them, which really makes everyone feel valued and welcome, and helps to create a sense of community and familiarity with her and her fellow students. What I like about Trish's practice is that she is extremely knowledgeable about the body - a skill which informs all of her classes. Her practice is very body-conscious, and she always explains the reasoning behind certain types of poses and movements, which I find extremely helpful. She also always offers variations on different poses and movements for different types of conditions, body types, and moods, and offers a judgment-free space to help her students explore their bodies and practices in order to make it a more personalized experience. For me, personally, Trish's classes and before/after-class conversations where she happily gave advice helped me overcome a whole host of issues I had been having after a major surgery. Even though the classes were no longer in person during the pandemic, Trisha still makes them feel special, and her classes have really helped add some much-needed structure and stability in this otherwise chaotic time.

    My 9 year old child described her time at “Camp Jamie,” as really great! She commented that Jamie is kind, funny, and fit. She said she would recommend Form Fitness to her other friends. She gave him a rating of 8 stars out of 10 because 8 is a really cool number and so is Jamie. 😅 😃 From a parental perspective, I found the programming to be engaging, the communication effective and the overall experience for the kids to be enJOYable. It is very evident that Jamie has a passion for delivering quality classes where he can encourage, motivate and inspire kids through fitness, developing friendships and FUN!

    I started training with Jamie at a time when I was overwhelmed by the information on how to loose weight and get healthy. I didn’t know where to start. Jamie helped me to understand what type of exercises worked best for me and he was open to incorporating exercises that I enjoyed and training outdoors. What I appreciated most is that our training sessions were simple routines that didn’t need fancy equipment which meant I could do them on our non-training days. I lost 20 pounds. Never did I have such success training by myself. I felt great and energized. Jamie is a great motivator, patient, and achieves results.
