    The gym itself is fine, pretty clean and staff are nice enough, however they make canceling your membership nearly impossible, even during a pandemic. They continue to withdraw from my account Despite my many attempts to contact them and cancel my membership. The phone rings endlessly, no matter the time of day and since I no longer live in the city it is not easy for me to go in person to cancel. Surely there must be adaptations and exceptions, especially during a pandemic. Furthermore and contract is for one year and I am well beyond that. Saddle the customer service is Terrible And although I would like to support a budget friendly gym, from my experience I would advise you to stay away.

    I have been a member with the gym for over 5 years now, there’s on and off in between but always come back due to the price, the spa and customer service. I don’t expect everything is too professional, I iust need my basic cardio, some weight and my abs machine. This place covers all i need with free parking too! Freshco is closeby so I can grab some groceries before heading home, so convenient!

    Bad experience visiting Planet Fitness at DuPont location. I asked the staff for membership prices . The staff was not friendly, not welcoming for any of my question. I walked away. I am going to join a place with welcome staff and good customer service

    I happened to be at Galleria Mall at around 5pm and I saw a pretty violent incident broke out which a guy was fighting with a Planet Fitness staff member and that guy had a knife. I was not close enough to see everything but I heard a lot of the incident and I was really outraged by how the woman security guard in the Galleria Mall handle the situation at hand. The woman guard said something to the effect of don't worry about it and out of here to a Planet Fitness gym member that just finished her work out. Safety is very important to me and I am sure a lot of people agree with me. The reason I am writing is actually because a couple of my friends and I was seriously considering to join with your gym in May 2023 here at Galleria Mall. Due to this violent incident and how the woman guard handle it, my friends and I will not be joining this gym because we don’t feel safe.

    I have been going to this gym for a little while now and have noticed that a lot of people hang out on their phones while on the equipment. I find this to be rather annoying, I mean I am there to do my daily workout in a timely fashion but when people are taking up the machines without actually using them then it is frustrating. Recently , January 11 to be exact, there was a lady on a machine for about 30 minutes, on her phone! I observed someone asking her how long she was going to be and this created a confrontation where she had to actually be physically restrained. She started swearing and getting quite aggressive. This lady should have her membership privileges revoked but I seen nothing like that actually occur. This boils down to a safety concern, when you have paying members that are suddenly faced with threats then management needs to intervene as this is a matter of public safety . I am a family man that takes this kind of thing seriously... I am strongly considered going elsewhere if this kind of behaviour is considered acceptable and there are no repercussions for it. I come to work out, that's what I pay for.. not to watch people play on their phones and be inconsiderate of other members time. Step up management and do your jobs please!

    Extremely frustrating and unprofessional gym to deal with. I tried to cancel my membership during the pandemic, but the staff would not allow me to do so. You can't cancel over the phone or by email. Instead, you have to go to the gym in person (during a pandemic) or write a letter to be mailed to the gym. The staff will also not disclose who the manager is, so I was not even able to write a letter to the attention of the manager for cancellation purposes. I went in person to cancel, but my account was not actually closed and they have begun billing me again. They basically make it as difficult as possible to cancel your membership. I was a member for years but have been completely turned off by their policies and staff, and won't be returning. Strongly suggest going elsewhere.

    Like all great con artists, this gym started off charismatic and appealing (only $15 a month?! Wow!!) then turned into the most nightmarish experience I’ve ever had with any business. I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for the past 16 months, and after countless phone calls, emails, and letters sent by snail mail, I am STILL being charged the monthly fee plus the annual fee. I haven’t set foot in this gym in two years. If you’re wondering why they charge so little it’s because YOU CAN CHECK OUT ANYTIME YOU LIKE BUT YOU CAN NEVER LEAVE. From the reviews, it’s clear this is their MO. My next step is to submit a BBB complaint and contact CBC because this gym is predatory.

    Like many other reviews here I have had issues cancelling my membership for over a year. A complete lack of respect for peoples time and money when things are a little tough for a lot of people. I called multiple times last year and eventually managed to get a hold on my account to give time for my *second* cancellation letter to get there but I was charged yet again. Obviously when the gym is closed you can't go in store to cancel, that's pretty obvious. These mystery disappearing letters must be getting thrown in the trash. This isn't even touching on the fact that despite the gym being closed for a year, we were still charged the yearly fee. This isn't a business, it's a scam and I'll be reporting it as such.

    The two workers that were there tonight (I got there around 10:30pm) were incredible!! Both of them were going out of their way to keep everyone safe and attended to, despite the fact I’m sure it’s their first day back to work after a long time. I really appreciated their help and patience with all of us swarming the gym trying to get our workouts in. I hope that you (planet fitness) are focused not just on your customers but on the workers that are out there dealing with the chaos for you. They deserve to be compensated well and respected. These times are especially stressful on the workers and anyone who is able to access these services and facilities needs to be patient and thankful to the folks that are dealing with the mess for not nearly enough what their time is worth!! Thank you again to the lovely workers that were so great!!

    Very clean and well maintained gym. Broken equipment is fixed within a reasonable time. Staff are diligent in filling spray bottles and paper towels, and putting away equipment. Machines are updated and the layout is tweaked periodically to improve the flow and experience. Gymgoers are typically friendly, nonjudgmental and accommodating.

    I was hesitant to write a review because the facility itself is a great value, but the staff are consistently unprofessional and lack basic customer service skills. - Front desk staff can not be bothered to say hi when you enter. - The staff are constantly huddled gossiping about members and/or just generally chatting. It's like they are paid to come in to hang out and socialize. - If you interrupt to ask a question you get an eye roll, or pained response. - Staff do not put on their mask to speak with you at the front desk when they're not in the area behind the plexi glass. Overall the staff are unfriendly and remind me of high school kids gossiping in the hallway. They don't seem to understand that they're at work and should be fostering a welcoming professional environment. It seems like they have too many staff on shift at the same time, because they spend their whole time chatting.

    Front desk staff are a joke. They stand there either on their phones or staring at customers pointing & laughing and talking smack. They’re rude & unapproachable and have very little regard for anything. Women’s washroom stall has been out of service since end Of February. Some customers are always FaceTiming while just sitting on the equipment holding it up. Definitely not a “judgement free zone”. There’s also never a bench to be found and the light weights are always missing. Treadmills are always super shaky totally annoying when you can’t even walk on the treadmill without it shaking so much. Go the extra mile to another location, Jane St. & Gerrard St. Locations are great and the staff are 100% friendlier and more knowledgeable. Also all the equipment at these 2 locations are always in their respective places. Never an issue. Galleria needs to take notes from these two locations.

    Twice I tried to cancel my subscription to Planet Fitness by mail during the pandemic. Why by mail? because you can't cancel by phone or email, and the gym was closed so I couldn't in person. Imagine my irritation when I found out they were still billing me despite twice cancelling by mail. This is a scam, and they try to make leaving as difficult as possible. They were incredibly unprofessional when I tried to get the cancellation done by phone, and did not make any attempt to come to a reasonable compromise. They wasted my time, and they wasted my money. Avoid them at all cost. Go to a more reputable gym.

    Today I cancelled my membership, due to I noticed an NSF fee through my bank as their monthly charge had a prorate due to the month of January the gym had to close down due to COVID restrictions. As a member I will not know what will be charged as it wasn’t clear, no notification was given. I had ensure that I had enough to cover the monthly charge for the payment date but since I didn’t have enough to cover the prorate my bank charged me an NSF charge. I called in the 5 times with no answer until the 5th call, spoke to Anna; informed my reason for calling, she had in formed me there’s a prorate and she understand but nothing she can do and if I would like to spoke to the supervisor; I asked for his name she stated “ROY” but after on hold for 5 minutes, Priscilla answered the phone stating “can I help you” I had also informed her why I was calling, I was upset but I was civil until she stated well it is “common sense” I was so upset; as a member how is it common sense to know what planet fitness will charge as the prorate; and if I did how do I figure out when did the gym close and reopen to come up with the prorate? When no notification? When I was challenging her for stating common sense she was talking over me did not let me speak, talking to me like I’m a child making me feel stupid & broke. My point that I was trying to make if there are changes to payment, an notifications should’ve been given. She only escalated the situation by choosing those words she did and stated that I blown up at her and hard to deal with when she did not allow me to speak but to talk over me. I don’t know why she’s working customer service. When she tells me she understand where I am coming from but yet she indicated that it’s common sense????? Does that make sense? She also indicated how am I taking my frustrations out on her when she only works there??? Huh Priscilla your working customer service maybe you need to get more training or choose your words carefully, your job is not to judge me specially when your working at a “judgement free zone” This gym truly have the worst customer service when I indicated I had to call multiple times before I finally got someone to answer the excuse was the phones been busy and everyone’s busy, when I got there in person there was two guys at the front desk and three others at the back chilling/chatting. Horrible management = horrible service & horrible staff members. This is over all an horrible experience I do not recommend this gym!

    UPDATE FEB 2 - the air control should be cooler. The problem is only Management can email to initiate these requests and they work only during the week and day. And not all staff know how to work the fans. .Note that 80% of the members have complained and for the most part are not taken seriously - aswell, feel that they would be out of line so what's the point of writing a review then. Kindly don't reply to chat with Management! It's clear that they are aware and your help in this matter is very much appreciated. The air control today is comfortable. Hopefully this can be managed accordingly each day. I didn't hear one member complain. You can dress up for the cool air but you can't dress down when it's too hot. Thanks!

    This gym is always clean and mostly well organized just like any other competitors that they have. The staff are always busy working and organizing the space which is nice. It’s a very good price point for the stuff that you get, the only thing I wish planet fitness had also was a sauna. The staff is what really keeps me coming back to this location.. Tiana and Richie are lots of fun! They keep me smiling and happy coming to the gym. Tiana especially is a very attentive and has solved many of my requests that I’ve had. She knows the place like the back of her hand which is really nice. Thank you to the planet fitness staff of the DuPont location for always making it great !

    Much praise to the staff for returning to work under short notice and equally short staff and for having to endure an up-battle with enforcing mask polices. Yesterday, one persistent offender-who I heard cough about 8 times over a 15 minute period was visibly annoyed for having to keep his face covered and was naturally making everything about him. (Interestingly, approx 85% of members who don't comply are male) Just a reminder that these people can't be paid enough to police overgrown children who will undoubtedly cry the loudest if this place is forced to close, so please stop giving the staff a difficult time.

    I've been trying to cancel my membership for years because I don't live in Toronto. They require you to go to the exact gym in person even if you've moved and during a pandemic. They've collected well over a thousand dollars from me in what seems like an incredibly nefarious and deeply unethical policy. They should be investigated for fraud.

    This location is incredibly over-sold, and Planet Fitness is just hoping most customer don't cancel their memberships. This location is also rotten with gym goers who haunt stations for literal hours at a time, talking with their friends, and fiddling with their phones. The staff does absolutely nothing to monitor the sections

    Updated comment… I truly hate this gym and wish they had an HR Or customer service team!!!! I feel so uncomfortable here!!! I’m not allowed to wear the footwear I feel comfortable in. I’m constantly waiting to use the equipment like over 30mins sometimes. After working a full time job you just want to work out all the stress and go home? However this place is always stressing me out. I truly regret getting a membership here. I can’t wait till my one-year annual end so I can cancel my membership and go elsewhere. Your also not able to email any of the managers because they not to disclose their work email? If there’s a concern I should be able to email the person in charge. Terrible gym!!!!! Planet fitness sucks!!!!!!!

    When I come in I am greeted by a friendly smile and a warm hello from the staff. They make each visit special and they are lovely to deal with which makes me want to keep coming back. The gym has great equipment and it is affordable but the people who are there to greet me is really what makes me want to come back and recommend it to some of my friends who now go there as well.

    Plenty of cardio machines, it have plenty of space throughout the gym, abs area and machines, not many free weights, they have much to improve... But for 10$ per month... It a great opportunity to stay or get healthy.

    Great gym, friendly staff and can’t beat the price. Of course it doesn’t come with all the glitz and glamour that I got from my last boutique gym, but it has many cardio and weights equipments and workout rooms and a decent amount of essential classes. Love the No judgement concept and the fact that I see normal people of all ages (not just the gym-bros and 6 packers). Also love the lunk alarm that chases away the “lunks” :) Have referred few friends and will continue to do so.

    Due to construction 70% of the parking lot is gone which leaves 30% for all the construction workers, grocery shoppers, gym goers. So if you are hoping for an empty spot, you gotta be there early. Not everyone takes transit so to have majority of parking spots removed makes ot hard to get aworkout in unless i wake up at 5am to head down there and even then theres only like 5 to 6 spots available. Most days i miss out cause i cant out my car anywhere.

    It's always busy. There's only Smith machines no free barbells and there's only 4 smith machines so you're always waiting for one. Usually only one or two of each barbell weight. Barely any space for dumbells and barely any space for core exercises

    Been going here on and off for years as it's walking distance from my place. Not sure how much longer this location will be open as they are building a condo there. :( You get what you pay for at $10 - $20 a month. Good variety of equipment that is working most of the time. Beware of wobbly treadmills and broken incline function. Also the weekend staff tends to not replace the paper towel or spray bottles enough so be prepared to walk around searching for paper towel. They did this wacky promo where teenagers work out for free all summer which was super annoying. Teeny boppers making noise, filming tiktoks and running around and crowding the machines all the time. Has been weird uncomfortable vibez all summer ngl. I'm cancelling my membership at the end of the month as I'm moving out of the area. Just wanted to give a little feedback.

    I’m a satisfied member. The gym is actually not bad. Their app is very useful especially in telling whether the gym is busy or not. They added brand new machines and replaced the old ones. Some staff members are not nice though. They need to smile at least.

    Planet fitness is a family friendly environment . A place to not only enjoy your workout but to also share moments with friends and make new ones! The staff members are awesome and committed to ensuring members have a pleasant experience. Love the convenience of coming anytime of the day (24/7) especially on statutory holidays. Oh and did I mention the membership fees…very budget friendly and competitive. Overall Planet Fitness is the best bang for your buck hands down!!!

    This branch of plane fitness is quite large and spacious. The staff is friendly and is open almost 24/7. It was located in a mall which is undergoing redevelopment. Apart from this the location, ease of getting to the Gym (has a separate entrance), size and the staff are really good. Recommended!

    This company is nothing but unprofessional, condoning bullying customers, and judging customers. One thing I get out of this horrible experience with this business is an ice-breaker with colleagues in meetings. They always get a kick out of how horrendous this place is. I also tell my schoolmates, friends, and family about this terrible place. They always have a good chuckle too. My network definitely knows what this business really is. of course I've been sharing some of their greatest pics with my people too. Sometimes I laugh at this a little bit myself too.

    They’re charging people for their fees who haven’t been to the gym since the start of the pandemic weather you’ve swiped in or not. They won’t cancel you over the phone or online, you either have to go down there (during a pandemic) or write a snail mail letter (in 2020). This gym wasn’t that great before and it’s certainly not worth the hassle now. Person on the phone was ZERO help. See ya all at GoodLife 👎🏻

    Agreed with one of the reviewers. People that run this place are horrible. Staff uses profanity towards customers. They tell customers that their business is not welcomed. On top of that, they say their customers got no life because they work out there.

    Initially, I enjoyed the gym and the staff at this location. During the pandemic, I cancelled my gym membership. I corresponded with somebody over email and received a confirmation of my cancellation back in January. I got my account charged this month. I reached out to the store to figure out what is happening with my account and the staff member told me to come in and speak to the manager. I tried to reach out online, but they told me to contact my home store. This is extremely unprofessional business tactic. Considering that the pandemic is still ongoing and that I've moved residences twice since I cancelled the account, this is terribly inconvenient. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism and abusive business tactic in the other gyms I've enrolled in.

    Considering the price you really can't go wrong. It is a Planet Fitness so that being said you know what to expect. The staff will take care of you here if any problems arise. As far as the equipment, due to the new construction it's somewhat limited relative to the way it was before but nevertheless still a great place to work out if you're in the area. Recommended.

    Feeling very disappointed that Team members don’t have enough knowledge to guide the customer for their queries nor they transfer the call to managers even after asking! ( i chose my home hub to this location by mistake while i live in different city, so i called at this store to change my home hub to my hometown hub but they told me just to go to your nearest hub & they will transfer u & when i got there they told me only home hub (initially selected) can put the request of transfer! ( couple of weeks ago) These lazy employees just keep putting their work on each other while the customer suffers! Now I’m heading out of Canada & wanted to stop my subscription so I called them again & they ask me to come in person either to home hub or nearby hub to cancel the subscription! Why would I cannot cancel the subscription online? If i can then why don’t the team members have enough knowledge or they transfer the call to manager over asking! For what reason i pay for a black card to your business if u can’t provide the good customer service! I referred many of my friends to join this franchise now I regret it! Never gonna come back nor will recommend to anyone! Lack of supervision & training keeps customers away! u guys must provide some training to under qualified staff

    This is a great gym for the price of membership and especially if you upgrade to the Black Card and want to make use of bringing a friend to train with you or their massage beds and tanning booths. My only complaint is sometimes there are groups of teenagers/young adults, I see clearly not wiping their equipment after use which just shows so much disrespect. It’s hard enough for the staff as it is these days, they shouldn’t have to deal with it. Perhaps a stronger introduction/orientation when people sign up for memberships or a friendly reminder when you sign in to please remember to wipe things down?

    Although this location can be quite crowded and busy most days of the week, it's incredibly chill here. They have a crowd meter that you can look up on their site or on the app, as well, which is really nice. They have touchless check-in so you open your QR code on your phone through the app and scan it upon entering the establishment. You can just work out and do your own thing and not talk to anyone. They have day lockers, small ones outside of the locker rooms, and some inside the locker rooms that are larger. I've only been to this location a handful of times, but it's been a pleasure so far. I actually asked a worker for help with a machine my last visit, and they were super professional and patient with me (this is a milestone since I have severe social anxiety). The workers seem really approachable which is nice, especially for a gym newbie like me. I wish they had more locations around so this one wouldn't be as busy, but it is what it is. Hoping more locations pop about so I have variety (I have the black card). 10/10 would definitely recommend. Just keep an eye out on the crowd meter if you don't want to workout side by side people. Masks are optional, and most people don't wear one (just a heads up). I wear one for the most part except when doing cardio, it's a bit difficult to wear during that time.

    Just walked past this place, but Google is still pestering me to review it for some reason. The place looks great from what I can see through the windows. Looks modern (maybe) and walls are painted in friendly colours. I'm sure the staff is friendly and helpful, even though I didn't see anyone, except maybe the receptionist. Maybe, because I wasn't paying attention to who was inside. Their trash looked clean and orderly, stacked on an outside wall, but maybe that was the mall trash, as the mall had cleaning crews out doing their job. All in all, looks like a great place to join to lose a few of those Covid pounds. I'd check them out, if I lived nearby, didn't have a gym in my condo, a buddy to work out with, and had a free try us coupon.

    Gym is okay. But has only 4 squat racks. Pretty crowded most of the times, but I guess it's the same with any gym. I found that many gym members are pretty rude and don't value other peoples time, they'll sit with one equipment and won't care to get out even if the other person is waiting. (And they'll take long pauses between their sets scrolling through thejr phones.) Some of the people working are really nice while there are others who show attitude and ego for no reason. Best time for a good workout in this gym is from 12:00 am to 5:00am

    Guy at the counter was absolutely toxic. Horrible customer service. When filling out the form for a membership on the Canadian site, when entering age, it clearly states ages 13-14 must be accompanied by a parent. My son is 15yrs old. Since they wouldn’t allow my son to go with his friends I had to cancel. This guy refused to give me any written confirmation my account will be cancelled. I ask politely three times and he just stared and said no. I can only cancel in person, per their site, I didn’t want to come back. Nope, this guy was indignant, rude and should not be at a customer service counter.

    Extremely disappointed after more than a year being a member. I decided to cancel my membership because l was going away abroad in March this year. I did cancel it the first week of March to find out from my bank statement that l was being charged in June. Called and complained. The fact of the matter was that l didn't receive mail after cancellation. I had to write a physical letter, no emailing ir phone cancellations. Of course l wasn't reimbursed March, April, May.... It's a was a nice place to gym....

    The gym is fine, everything is very useful. But one of the employees in the afternoon gets desperate if you can't speak English well! The first day he was very nice to me, but the day I decided to pay he got upset because I didn't have a credit card (I wanted to pay with a debit card) since he didn't understand he made angry gestures and told me "go to that side and ask for this" I came back with what he told me and he got angry because he couldn't pay, he threw my cell phone and went to smoke. He is a boy with a mustache and beard, I don't know what country he is from, but he looks Asian, I hope they can talk to him because if he bothered me he would scold me for not knowing how to speak.

    good price and good machines. I have feedback for owners of this location: hey management, if you are a PAYING black card member who joined from another club, it is your responsibility to allow me to sign in to the club with my Phone Number. Should not be forced to use this Chinese Communist Party QR code garbage. This needs to be fixed by management immediately

    DO NOT SIGN UP!! The manager Delilah (she probably gave a fake name) is the WORST and should be fired immediately. She cannot handle basic customer issues. I cancelled my membership way back in 2019 and they still keep charging me till this day. She was extremely rude and shouted "NO REFUNDS". Clearly she can't understand the simple fact that I had already cancelled my membership in 2019 and it's an error on their end. She refuses to listen so I will be escalating this issue to higher management.

    They won't even allow me to pay a membership since for some reason I'm not old enough even though I think it's fair for me to go to the gym,another thing that pisses me off is that the summer pass deal age requirement is lower than paying for an actual membership which I don't get since they know that the age requirement for the summer pass is mature enough so I don't really get why they shouldn't just keep that same age requirement for payed member ship.There is no difference between the two,only difference is that you have to pay.I was a previous member before,using the summer pass and actually enjoy of so I decided that I wanted to apply for an actual membership but guess what I'm not old enough now.Its a shame that i caint go anymore i wouldve put a more better review but i caint even get a membership now.

    The costumer service at 7:52 it was horrible, the girl was racist and I didn't want to sign up thanks to her bad behaviour. Since she heard that I spoke in Spanish, she didn't even have the patience to explain the directions to me. I don’t recommend this place.

    Won’t let me cancel my membership without being in person or sending them a handwritten letter by mail, seems absolutely ridiculous in the year 2023, and is clearly a ploy to keep people from cancelling their memberships. They claimed it was for security purposes as anyone could fake being you over email, yet you can E-Sign on a mortgage. Extremely thinly veiled scam, nice work guys. Pretty mid gym as well, no bench press or squat racks other than smith machines.

    It's a pretty good gym for the price. Sometimes it gets stupid busy which can be challenging and patrons aren't very good at cleaning the equipment after themselves. But again, for the price it's worth it. It also helps to have an idea of what you are doing as there are no trainers and the classes seem uninteresting.

    It's decent for the price but the new renovated place some workout areas are way smaller. You can't work there at certain time of the day. And I wish the locker area was bigger, they had more lockers especially in peek rush hours. And there's way too much cardio machines.

    In my opinion the place it’s clean , the customer service could be better for sure. Usually after 4pm it’s busy, I’ll try to go at 6am from now so I can use all the equipment that I need . The price is good, and about the pizza and the free beagle: nobody it’s forcing you to eat it, eats who wants it.

    Ok, I understand the gym has to be closed. But how come there is no way I can cancel my membership? Contacted the customer service team asking how I can cancel my membership, only thing they do is sending an automated email saying the only 2 ways of cancelling it is in person or sending a letter to the gym. There is no form I can fill in on the website and when I inquired how I could send a letter, no reply. And they are like 'Don't worry, you won't be charged during pandemic'. I am leaving Toronto soon and I can't wait until the pandemic is over to cancel my membership! If you are thinking of signing up for this gym in the future, avoid it at all costs. It's cheap but so is their customer service.

    A good place for your daily workout, but I feel like it needs a bit more equipments especially for chest work outs and leg press. Beware the place is swamped by teenagers during summer due to the free scheme planet fitness offers, so quiet a bit of resources hogging is common here. Other than that a good place for your daily workout session.

    Inexpensively gym. Clean. Doesn't have barbell free weights and squat racks. Only Smith machines and dumbbells. Plenty of cardio machines. Get what you pay for. You can get a good work out in.

    As a fitness enthusiast I didn't liked it because they don't have some of the essentials of a gym, no free squat, no barbell bench press, also gets crowded and it's impossible to have a good workout when it's like that, only good thing is that is 24/hrs

    Great gym, friendly staff and it's clean. One of the more popular Planet Fitness's I've been to. Packed with gym goers but I wouldn't call it crowded. Pretty large facility. Very mature crowd that is on the moderate to advanced level fitness wise.

    Open 24/7 which is awesome as I generally like to go late at night or early mornings. Has both standing and lay down tanning beds and usually are pretty clean. It's a very basic gym. For the price it's pretty awesome as it has everything you need. Nothing fancy but worth the price..I have the Black card which allows me to have access to the tanning beds, and it's only $28/month. I really like that they have a lounge sit down area, as I generally like to sit and drink my protein shake right after my workout, or sit in the massage chairs. They also have a hydrobed, which is fun to try out.

    The place is OK. Washrooms could be cleaner and there are alot of RATS at this location. I left my phone charger by mistake, for a few minutes, by the section, where they have sofas, where the massage beds are and right away, some Rat or RATS took it. Just pay attention to your belongings because this place, is packed with rats, that are just waiting, to take something, that doesn't belong to them. Never been to a gym this bad. It's the closest to my place or I would Never go there again.

    I’ve yet to have any complaints about this club. Staff are very pleasant and provide exceptional customer service to all members. Staff are extremely hard workers when it comes to maintaining a clean environment.. constantly sanitizing, moping, refilling paper etc. For an entry level gym you’ll have a great time working out here.

    Love the PF motto and they sure stick to it . I had situation with a minor this summer so I went to Wesley and spoke with him. We very nicely confronted the person and his piers. Wesley spoke to him in private off to the side . Wesley was very professional about the whole matter . I was later assured their wouldn't be another situation and to enjoy my workout.     I've been a member of Planet Fitness for a while now, and there's a lot to love about this gym. The affordability, friendly staff, and the judgment-free atmosphere are all major draws. The equipment is well-maintained, and the variety of classes is fantastic. Plus, the 24/7 access is a huge convenience. However, I must mention one area where there's room for improvement: cleanliness. While the gym is generally decent, it's not always as clean as I'd like it to be. I believe consistent attention to cleanliness would greatly enhance the overall experience. Despite this drawback, I continue to enjoy my workouts at Planet Fitness and appreciate the positive and welcoming environment.

    overall this is a great gym. The facilities are very clean. There is a large selection of equipment. The staff is very friendly and always there to help. I am a black card member and bring a friend once in a while, the tanning beds and total body booth are always clean. The trainer there is Very knowledgeable and helped me after a long hiatus from the gym. The classes are actually very good and if you want to sweat and not have to plan a workout, Its a great option that I have taken advantage of. Overall this is a great location. I am hoping that they will be adding more of the popular pieces of equipment in the near future. they did however upgrade all the equipment which is amazing.
