Today
I
cancelled
my
membership,
due
to
I
noticed
an
NSF
fee
through
my
bank
as
their
monthly
charge
had
a
prorate
due
to
the
month
of
January
the
gym
had
to
close
down
due
to
COVID
restrictions.
As
a
member
I
will
not
know
what
will
be
charged
as
it
wasn’t
clear,
no
notification
was
given.
I
had
ensure
that
I
had
enough
to
cover
the
monthly
charge
for
the
payment
date
but
since
I
didn’t
have
enough
to
cover
the
prorate
my
bank
charged
me
an
NSF
charge.
I
called
in
the
5
times
with
no
answer
until
the
5th
call,
spoke
to
Anna;
informed
my
reason
for
calling,
she
had
in
formed
me
there’s
a
prorate
and
she
understand
but
nothing
she
can
do
and
if
I
would
like
to
spoke
to
the
supervisor;
I
asked
for
his
name
she
stated
“ROY”
but
after
on
hold
for
5
minutes,
Priscilla
answered
the
phone
stating
“can
I
help
you”
I
had
also
informed
her
why
I
was
calling,
I
was
upset
but
I
was
civil
until
she
stated
well
it
is
“common
sense”
I
was
so
upset;
as
a
member
how
is
it
common
sense
to
know
what
planet
fitness
will
charge
as
the
prorate;
and
if
I
did
how
do
I
figure
out
when
did
the
gym
close
and
reopen
to
come
up
with
the
prorate?
When
no
notification?
When
I
was
challenging
her
for
stating
common
sense
she
was
talking
over
me
did
not
let
me
speak,
talking
to
me
like
I’m
a
child
making
me
feel
stupid
&
broke.
My
point
that
I
was
trying
to
make
if
there
are
changes
to
payment,
an
notifications
should’ve
been
given.
She
only
escalated
the
situation
by
choosing
those
words
she
did
and
stated
that
I
blown
up
at
her
and
hard
to
deal
with
when
she
did
not
allow
me
to
speak
but
to
talk
over
me.
I
don’t
know
why
she’s
working
customer
service.
When
she
tells
me
she
understand
where
I
am
coming
from
but
yet
she
indicated
that
it’s
common
sense?????
Does
that
make
sense?
She
also
indicated
how
am
I
taking
my
frustrations
out
on
her
when
she
only
works
there???
Huh
Priscilla
your
working
customer
service
maybe
you
need
to
get
more
training
or
choose
your
words
carefully,
your
job
is
not
to
judge
me
specially
when
your
working
at
a
“judgement
free
zone”
This
gym
truly
have
the
worst
customer
service
when
I
indicated
I
had
to
call
multiple
times
before
I
finally
got
someone
to
answer
the
excuse
was
the
phones
been
busy
and
everyone’s
busy,
when
I
got
there
in
person
there
was
two
guys
at
the
front
desk
and
three
others
at
the
back
chilling/chatting.
Horrible
management
=
horrible
service
&
horrible
staff
members.
This
is
over
all
an
horrible
experience
I
do
not
recommend
this
gym!
