After
spending
lots
of
money
in
the
Pandora
store
located
in
Maple
view
mall,
I
returned
after
few
days
requesting
a
replacement
for
the
bracelet
because
the
lock
needs
two
hands
and
all
your
power
to
close
it.
The
manager
refused
a
replacement
and
said
it’s
stiff
because
it’s
new.
I
told
her
to
get
the
same
exact
bracelet
with
a
daisy
on
the
lock
and
compare
the
stiffness.
She
got
one
and
it
was
easy
to
open
and
close.
I
told
her
this
is
new
and
the
one
we
have
is
new
as
well,
but
our
lock
had
a
default
an
a
manufacturer
problem.
She
still
insisted
in
not
replacing
the
bracelet.
Then
I
told
her
I
am
a
good
customer
go
check
my
record
and
you’ll
see
the
amount
of
money
spent
in
pandora
charms
just
to
make
my
kids
happy
and
I
advised
her
that
she
will
lose
a
good
customer.
Still
she
didn’t
care.
Don’t
go
to
pandora
it’s
not
worth
the
$485
that
we
paid
for
all
the
charms.
