    Disgraceful service been standing at the counter 15 minutes not even an acknowledgement. Time you put in a take a number system in this store.

    Christmas at the mall!! There was a controlled lineup to get into the shop, but once in there, service was fast and with confidence. The associate that helped me knew the exact charms I was looking for and found them in moments. Was also very helpful splitting my bill as I needed it to be.

    I usually do not post review if I don’t like the experience but this is different. I really hope they do something about enhancing the quality of the customer service. I was trying to fix my bracelet and they basically said throw it out because we cannot do anything.

    Horrible customer service, we waited over 40 minutes at the counter for someone to assist us but they just went about their day, even tho I had every intention on making a purchase. Called and spoke to the manager, her tone and lack of empathy are indicative of how this store is run! Returned again and was able to get service and make a big purchase but the girl had a bad attitude about everything even as she cashed us out. Another associate fully rolled her eyes at my 4 year old who wasn’t doing anything! I will never be returning to this location! You sell pandora ladies not Tiffany’s! Don’t bother with this place unless you like Pretentious, snobby girls with no basic customer service skills. 0/10

    They get you excited about qualifying for a free gift ($95 Value), and then ultimately AFTER you purchase it they tell you they have none left and you don’t get it. Would have gone to another location if I knew this. Unfair to the customer….I guess they only care about their commissions. When you’re spending $200+ to receive a gift, being told you’re getting it, and then after you give them your money, they tell you they have none left….just wrong.

    I went inside the store where there were barely 6-7 customers inside One sales girl at the counter and only ONE available to assist She came towards me and I asked her to show me the bracelets to which she asked if I just walked in and has to cater to clients before me. I was fine with it and waited patiently till she walked to the counter to check them out. In the meantime, the other girl walked in. She refused to serve saying that the other lady came before me whereas I walk in ahead of her. I just asked her to tell me the price for one particular bracelet and she said “it will take a while, the other girl will help once she is done at the counter” I mean why so much attitude over just quoting a price for one bracelet?? I gave up my patience and walked away. Never to go there again

    Worst experience ever, it was fast to sell and after that, they did not care about the customer and refused to give me a return after 7 days of purchase the ring got all stained and defective. It was my first time buying from Pandora and the last. I'm so mad to have tried this terrible quality product. Stay away from it!!

    After spending lots of money in the Pandora store located in Maple view mall, I returned after few days requesting a replacement for the bracelet because the lock needs two hands and all your power to close it. The manager refused a replacement and said it’s stiff because it’s new. I told her to get the same exact bracelet with a daisy on the lock and compare the stiffness. She got one and it was easy to open and close. I told her this is new and the one we have is new as well, but our lock had a default an a manufacturer problem. She still insisted in not replacing the bracelet. Then I told her I am a good customer go check my record and you’ll see the amount of money spent in pandora charms just to make my kids happy and I advised her that she will lose a good customer. Still she didn’t care. Don’t go to pandora it’s not worth the $485 that we paid for all the charms.

    Dahlia, the store manager, gave us an amazing experience and we're committed to this specific Pandora location now. We came in soon before closing and Dahlia patiently went through all my picks with us, explaining the advantages of different types. Once we selected a set, we placed an order for later pickup since my size was out of stock. Unfortunately, within 6 hours of pickup, my ring was crushed by the car's seat after it fell onto the track. We came back in the next day intending to buy a replacement, but Dahlia was kind enough to exchange it free of charge. 10/10 for customer service, a rare thing to find these days.

    Waited half an hour in line to be told to come back tomorrow for a simple exchange. Very unhappy with the service here, maybe try putting up a sign saying no returns today it would save people a lot of time and frustration.
