Not authentic tacos obviously but for what it is, it’s not half bad. Only bad thing is this location gives you chicken hot sauce instead of the typical taco bell hot sauce. Mild sauce (yellow) has been available but hot (red) haven’t been for a while now..

Great place for a quick bite; food is very mild and always need to ask for extra hot sauce but they either forget or barely give any. Place feels a bit worn out and definitely needs some maintenance. Employees can sometimes be rude but never really had any major problems. Overall a decent place to get some fast food.

This was by far the best Taco Bell/Kfc I have been too. The reason I say that is usually I have to wait at least 20-35 min for them at other locations to take my order and get my food. This location had a massive lineup and they were very quick and food came out fast, like in 5-8 min with massive line.The food was also piping hot and good. My only wishes is that the washroom and tables would have been cleaner and that the food was not shunken in portion sized as was not close to being full after I had what I had. The staff also were very quick and nice would recommend if you want fast service and decent food.

It's actually KFC. I only went to the store because they didn't deliver our order via Uber. It's 3 years in a row that this happened. We will not be having KFC again.

The staff have to know better the menu! This Is a fast food place! and they have no sense of fast service... They english spoken are no good!!

Pick another location!!!! I came here with my family today, one of the normal spots my kids pick out to eat for lunch. I always order the Beef Crunchy Taco Supremes. Today, the taco wrap was soo stale! I went up to ask for them to remake it, and I was met with argumentative staff. Being that I've had this many times in the past, I'm pretty sure something was off!! Staff remade one out of two tacos and gave me one of the same stale tacos. Absolutely do not recommend this location!!!

I had a $15 taco bell gift card that doesn't work anywhere. this place didnt accept it. customer service on the phone for HOURS didnt help. I basically have to throw it out now. screw taco bell.

Believe me when i tell you guys that taco bell and their employees are the worst. I come from a customer service background and they are the worst in it. I'm a hindu and i don't eat beef. They always mess up and give me bean and that always happens before their closing that they don't pay attention and then they blame you on your face and deny any refunds or replacement and then also behave like you did the mistake. They have told me on my face that "do whatever you want we will not give refund you are not the only customer here. Don't buy from here if you want".

I consistently have bad experiences at this location and will no longer be going. On my last trip they said the grill was not working to make quesadillas an hour and a half before the store closed, but then I heard one of the employees say to another that they cleaned it so not to use it so they don’t have to do it before closing. I ordered items from both the kfc and Taco Bell menu and my Taco Bell order was made quickly and left to sit out on the counter, not even under a heating lamp for 10 minutes while the rest of the order was completed. Of course by the time I got home 5 mins away, my food was cold. This is consistent with the subpar service at this location. It has only survived because it’s near a busy intersection and the next closest Taco Bell is more than 20 minutes away.

Not only the food is horrible they also charge you 1.50 for tap water. Will not be your customer ever if you charge for tap water.
