My first time trying this restaurant in Canada and it didn't disappoint. As a group we order the fried zucchini, fried Mac and cheese and the avocado egg rolls. All of which I would highly recommend. We also ordered the hot spinach and cheese dip. This was good but nothing different about it stood out. My main dish was the food combination of the chicken Madeira and Diane steak with mash potatoes. I am always worried that my chicken will be dry and overcooked. This dish was cooked perfectly. Definitely will try this again. My drink was the pineapple cherry limeade which was also good. My dessert was the Hershey cheesecake and a cappuccino, all which was very good! The cheesecake was a bit sweet but always delicious. I enjoyed the meal and the service. The portions were large, so I had to take some of it home. The service was excellent. Since we couldn't make a reservation, we came on a Wednesday at opening to guarantee us a seat, was not busy at first but it definitely filled up by lunch.

It had been a little bit since the family and I had a sit-down meal, and so we decided on this place. With this place being a rarity in Canada, we had to wait before we were seated. Not an issue, as they message you when they are ready. The menu has a very high number of options to choose from—so much that my parents were stumped on what to pick. I made my choice with ease, and that was the macaroni and cheese burger. For appetizers, we got the cheeseburger spring rolls and nachos. Everything tasted amazing, and portions are very decent. The service was good as well, the servers were very knowledgeable of this vast menu. And what’s a CF experience without cheesecake? We took the Adam’s cheesecake home, which was really good too, although pricey. Not sure why this place is only rated 4.0, people have to learn to wait for good experiences and not go at the busiest times. Good job!

Had lunch at Cheesecake Factory. The menu is huge and so are the portions. The avocado spring rolls was our favourite. They are crispy on the outside and smooth on the inside. The fried zucchini and fried mac and cheese were also amazing. The hot spinach dip was good (I wouldn't get it again as you can get it in other restaurants and this place has so many other amazing options). Our server was amazing - funny and honest when we asked for her opinion which was appreciated. The only negative I can think of is the take-out containers. They don't close very well. The cheesecakes are amazing but on the sweet side. I couldn't finish it in one sitting.

Had a work outing here with our small team. Cocktails are solid! For appetizers we had calamari, egg roll sampler, and pretzel bites. All tasty and quick to hit the table. For my main I had the chicken Parm pizza style. The chicken patty is huge and overly processed. Still good though. Service was tough. Took over 15 mins to get waters and first greet from our waitress. It's not her fault it's just understaffed. Food was fast once ordered. Restaurant is dark and loud.

The service is great and they're quite organized. Shari, our waitress, was wonderful. She was very courteous and provided exccelent service for a group of 6 on a busy evening. I find the place to be mediocre when it comes to food and atmosphere. The decor felt like it was from the 90s. The food comes in fairly large portions but the taste is acceptable. I was expecting more flavour but judging how busy it is, it's a safe option for a get-together spot. The prices are a bit inflated for what the overall experience was. The cheesecakes are bigger when dining in compared to take out. Shari, the server, was easily the highlight of the place.

I had a great experience at the restaurant. It is usually always busy, so expect a 30-45 minute wait at peak times. The host and waitress that served us were amazing. Our waitress recommended the restaurants top and signature dishes. Food was also great. Overall, great customer experience!

The food here is incredibly good. I'm disappointed that every time I go - no matter the party size - the wait is so extremely long. I've tried on three occasions recently to get in with 5 people and then with 2 people. The wait time seems to always be between 2.5-3 hours +. The saving grace - takeout is quick! We saved ourselves the 2.5 hour wait (2 people) and ordered online and had our food within 30 mins! It was delicious and warm and the dessert was as delicious as it would have been, had it been served on a real plate. If you want to go here, line up and get your name on the list hours in advance of when you actually want to eat. Don't go there hungry expecting to be seated. It just will not happen.

After reading a majority reviews about the long wait time, I made my first visit expecting a couple of hours in the waiting line. However, to my surprise, I got a table as soon as I entered on a Saturday. The server was really nice, gave me a complimentary coffee on my first visit. I tried peanut butter cup fudge ripple cheesecake. It’s was to heavy for me but good! Must visit atleast once. The diner has a good vibe to it. Would love to come back to try more cheesecake and more items on the menu!

We ordered passion mint fizz and pineapple cherry limeade for drink, Sheila's chicken and avocado salad for starter and shrimp scampi and chicken & broccoli pasta for the main menu. Salad was very good and loved the dressing, it was a lot more portion that we expected so i got myself full even before the main menu. Scampi was good but I'd say the broccoli pasta could be richer. But I enjoyed the meal and would definitely come back as we didn't have any room left for cakes.

I had this spinach tip lettuce wrapped in colored flour. Bites, they were all fantastic. It was super swamped for busy wise. And I was able to eat at the bar, which was awesome. Much preferred.. if not, I would have had to wait almost an hour for a table. great service by the bartender she was in training, and the gentleman bar tender wS an excellent teacher and very on point with customer service. Good pricing too

Absolutely loved the cheesecakes - we got celebration cheesecake, 30th anniversary cheesecake and Oreo cheesecake. We were a bit disappointed that most of the apps (fried) ones weren't available. I recommend the stuffed mushrooms as well - best app! We also got the Fettuccine Alfredo (was okay - nothing special), Steak Diane w/ Chicken Madeira (steak was a bit too chewy, but chicken and mashed potatoes were perfection), and Cajun jambalaya pasta (also okay, nothing special). The brown bread + butter combo is SO good. Our server kept refilling our baskets and we appreciated that. Next time I would call in advance to make sure some of the items we were trying to try are available. Another plus - only a 15 min wait time on a Wednesday for 6 people at 12:30 PM.

We have wanted to come to this place for a long time since there are always long lines. Last time the waiting time was 40 minutes, so in the end we left but this time they told us it would be 20 minutes so we decided to wait (although in the end it was a 30 minute wait). Our waitress was extremely friendly and was always attentive to what we needed, although it seems that they have more tables assigned than they can handle because we didn't see her rest for a minute and she forgot something about our order (I don't blame her, they should hire more staff). The dishes were delicious. They were what one would expect, but my chicken breast was not crispy, so I was a little disappointed. The best thing about the place is definitely the desserts, but any dish is worth it since the portions are generous and the prices are reasonable.

We came here for father's day and based on the google reviews for busiest times, we decided to come for 10 am. The restaurant was already very busy but they have a great system for seating you - they take your name and send you a text when your table is ready so you can browse the mall as you wait. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. I was a bit disappointe that they already had some items that were out of stock. But overall the food is great and portions are good for lunch. Don't forget to pick up some cheesecake to go!

Cheesecake Factory never disappoints! The one-hour wait was well worth it (the send you a text when your table is ready 😉).Lots of food & drinks to choose, good service though servers are super busy, ambiance is nice, a tad on the noisy side but still enjoyable.

For lunch, we went to Cheesecake Factory this lazy Sunday. We arrived by 11am to avoid the crowd and prolonged lineups. Turns out they have already started services at 10am, but all is good with immediate seating available. Customers have to scan your phone for online menu. We decided to try their lunch menu and we ordered meatloaf, Shepard’s pie, fish & chips along with grilled salmon off their lunch menu. Those all turned out great!

The waitress was wonderful, and the service is great! There is definitely a long wait, but I personally think it is worth it. The brunch menu is great! Especially the waffle & fried chicken. The pasta is good option. The cheesecake is definitely a no brainer, a tad expensive but the original is perfect.

It's been a while since I have been to Cheesecake Factory but I was pleased to see they have gotten rid of their buzzers that are limited to a certain distance within the mall and have replaced this with a text message to your phone instead. Since this is a busy location, there is always an ~hour long wait (sometimes more) and it's nice that we can go anywhere in the mall now. I always enjoy the complimentary bread here and the crispy fried cheese we got as our app was served hot and delicious. For my main, I got the spicy rigatoni vodka pasta without the panchetta to make it vegetarian. It was also served hot and I enjoyed it. I opted for the lunch portion since it was before 5pm and it was still a pleasantly large portion.

This was our first visit as a family, and I have to say a pleasant experience was had by all. We waited practically no time for a table, and got settled quickly. Our server arrived promptly and started us off with drinks and took an appetizer order. This gave us some time to look at the menu, and it is a good thing as it has many, many pages, and scads of items on each page. The menu has something for everyone, and more! I don’t think I finished reading the menu. It’s like in high school, and you can get a “Coles Notes” version of the menu. It’s best to arrive with an idea of the direction you want your dining experience to go. The appetizer arrived very quickly and provided some sustenance to get through the menu. My oldest raved about the chicken sandwich said top three. My youngest loved the Mac and Cheese Cheeseburger and was desperate to try the Mac and Cheese on its own, next time. The salad was divine, and the dressing (with extra on the side) was worth the price of admission (not that there was any…)! The avocado tacos were lighter fare, very tasty, and quite nice. All in all was a very, very positive dining experience with everyone getting something they wanted that they truly enjoyed. What more can you ask for? (No, no cheesecake was ordered as we already had a b-day cake at home. My youngest did get a complimentary mini ice cream sundae, so there’s that.)

Been here twice and both experiences are good. I used to ignore this restaurant because it was always busy and I don't have the patience to wait. However, my first visit here was on a Monday with a friend, around lunch time and the place was pretty calm. I was able to enjoy the ambience, the food and the dessert. I ordered the Louisiana Chicken Pasta and it was so good, a little peppery spicy (which I appreciate) and it was very flavourful. My next visit was with my whole family and it was on a Sunday (so yes the place was so full) was told to wait for 50mins and received a text message on time that our table is ready. I'm delighted to see many options on their kids menu and the portion sizes was pretty decent too. This time I ordered Shrimp and Chicken Gumbo with brown rice and it was so good! The portion size is good for sharing in my opinion. My kids and us (grown ups) had fun trying different cheesecake flavours for our desserts. Our server was very kind and pleasant. Overall, a good place to eat, catch up with friends, celebrate with family or just chill. The only con I see is the wait times during busy days/hours, but this is not a fast food chain, and gourmet food can't be rushed. Will definitely recommend and will definitely come back.

Extremely overcrowded and loud. You can't make conversation without yelling at each other. Hard to navigate inside the restaurant because of the crowd. Also, questionable hygiene because the cutlery seems to have quite rough surface as if tiny bits of food got stuck in them and got dried without being washed properly. Also, i saw quite a few servers dropping them on the ground. The table had some tiny crumbs left and the cutlery was just laid on the table. One of our cups had some food bits floating in water and had to be replaced. Due to the number of customers, not enough attention is given to each dish, and they take forever to come. Also, the bread they give before the main meal ran out. I believe our server has forgotten our table because we saw a few tables that arrived later than us getting those bread with their drinks while we only got drinks. We were told that the bread had run out when we asked for one. Then, we were given two pieces for 5 guests. Shrimp bistro pasta has very small portion, while the Louisiana chicken pasta had double of that portion. The bistro pasta literally had maybe 5 to 6 bites at most. The Louisiana chicken pasta was tasteless. The pasta tasted like it was cooked without being salted. All we could taste was raw pasta even with sauce. The tomato basil pasta tasted like typical canned tomato sauce from grocery store. I wouldn't recommend if you are looking for something new. If you want a safe dish, this could be one because you already know how it tastes. The everything Flatbread pizza was alright. But, keep in mind that it is smaller than two average women hand size. Bang-bang chicken and shrimp was a extremely salty disaster. No wonder why they included so much rice and so little sauce although they managed to put a very thin layer of this sauce around rice to fit the plate. You need to eat a handful of rice without sauce for each shrimp because it seems they put these shrimps in salt water for several days to make sure every juice of these shrimps is saltwater. I was drinking a lot of water unlike my usual eating style. I guess in the end, it balanced out with so much rice and so little but very salty sauce. But, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone as it was quite painful to finish. I wouldn't have finished the dish if it weren't my sister paying for the food. It's strange that I chose this dish because it was pretty good when I tried it some time ago when the restaurant was less busy. In total, I believe my sister paid about 230 (more or less). I know this isn't a fancy restaurant but 230 for this quality of food and service? I would not recommend this place, and we will not come back.

Been here 2 times now and I can say that the food never disappoints. Yes the lineup to get a table is long but it’s worth the wait. The menu is huge with lots of options to choose from. I had chicken Madeira and it was cooked beautifully 10/10. They have an amazing system where you can go shop in the mall while you wait for your table to be ready. Once the table is ready you will get a text message on your cell. Our waiter was amazing and would definitely recommend coming here for dinner, lunch or breakfast.

Finally got to try the Cheesecake Factory. Went on Father's Day. Very busy so expect a wait when it's a special day. Waited about over an hour for a table for 3. Food came out pretty fast. We got the factory nachos, chicken and biscuits, the smokehouse BBQ burger and a slice of tiramisu cheesecake. Portions are HUGE. The amount we ordered was enough for 3 people. Our server, Jack, was very nice. I thought service wouldn't be as great since it was so busy but it wasn't so bad. I thought the food was just okay. But I'd definitely come back to try another cheesecake!!🍰

It was my first time at Cheesecake Factory. This time I decided to be patient and waited to be seated( almost after an hour )unlike other times when i use to give up on my chase to get a place. Better late than never 😀. it was a thrilling experience, the place was bustling and very lively with some amazing food options which were big on size as well( exactly what I like). We thoroughly enjoyed the lasagna, tomato basil pasta, Thai chicken salad and Hollandaise eggs along With refreshing iced teas served in different flavors. About the deserts, when I say the cheesecakes were amazing It might be an understatement because they were phenomenal, make sure you save some space for the cakes after your meal. I wish I could order more cakes but we settled with three including chocolate mousse cheesecake, banana cheesecake and upside down pineapple cheesecake.

My first time at Cheesecake Factory and honestly shocked at how long it took me to finally try this place out. We came on a Thursday night and it was still very busy. Luckily we only waited for 15 minutes. My partner and I enjoyed everything that we ordered. Buffalo Blasts - 6/10 Chicken Parmesan “Pizza Style” - 10/10 Chicken Madeira - 8/10 Cinnabon Cheesecake - 7/10 Our servers were great. Very attentive and fast with their service. One of them went on break and they were so communicative to all their tables about the server change. We celebrated a birthday and they decorated the plate with a greeting. A nice little touch. Overall, we really enjoyed the food and we would definitely come again.

Prepare to be in a long line, both for dine-in and take out, it could be an hour before you get a table. We had the Napoletana, Louisiana and another dish. It is good to experience dining in this restaurant chain but the taste of the food is not worth the long wait. Servings are huge, we boxed leftovers yet we still had food coma afterwards, walking around the mall helped. The brown bread is an instant favorite, it comes free and a welcome treat after waiting to be seated. We did not like the cheesecake that our server recommended - a strawberry slice and a lemon flavored one.

Came here for a lunch date with my boyfriend. We were shopping at Yorkdale and needed a spot to refuel for the day and he suggested Cheesecake factory and I was game since I haven't been! There was a 30 minute wait but happy that they took down our number to text us when our table was available. Once we got seated we looked through the online menu and he decided on a crispy chicken sandwich with fries and added on a side of mushroom Gravy, and I got the Shrimp bistro pasta and opted for the lunch portion size. Our server was great when she mentioned that there would be a charge for the extra side of mushroom Gravy and asked me if I wanted to regular or lunch portion of my pasta because I didn't know that was an option. Bread and butter came out promptly after we put in our order and was fresh and butter was perfectly salted. Our food came out and we did not expect the portion size that we got. My pasta was huge for lunch portion and we ended up eating half our meals but my pasta was surprisingly really delicious, I was not expecting pasta like this, I thought it would be mediocre but I would definitely come back and try more of their pasta dishes! My boyfriend had a few bites of mine and instantly regret not getting pasta. When the bill came I thought the lunch price of my pasta was quite high. It was $26, I thought 20 would be reasonable where as his chicken sandwich was $18 but that side Gravy was $4.50... a little steep for mushroom Gravy I think. All in all I would come back here for their pasta if I was in the area.

It was my first time at Cheesecake Factory and we went there to celebrate a friend's birthday. To begin I have to say the server that was managing our section, she is awesome. I believe her name is Naomi if it is correct as per the name on the receipt. She was so pleasant from beginning to the end. It was so nice to have her. Now my ratings for the appetizers and main courses is not as good as I expected. I had search for reviews before going to the Cheesecake Factory. One of my friend and I got the "Fried Macaroni and Cheese" and it was super salty hard to enjoy but on the other hand the "Avocado Eggrolls" were great. I would recommend the "Avocado Eggrolls". Now for the main courses I got the "Louisiana Chicken Pasta" it was good but the "Shepherd's Pie" it was horrible definitely found it bad taste and very oily. The Cheesecake I got was the "Fresh Strawberry Cheesecake", it was pretty good since I never had Cheesecake before. So overall food experience was alright definitely don't think the price is reasonable for some of the plates quality and taste, to be honest a little disappointing. Don't think I will go back for their dinner dishes. I do want to thank our server, she is awesome!

Not worth the hype. Food is pretty average that you can get anywhere, but for a cheaper price. The portion size is kinda big - depending on what you're getting. Dessert was a disappointment. Did not expect a makeshift strawberry shortcake made out of 3 dry biscuits with extremely cold icecream in the middle;however, it was pretty big for 1 person alone. The only good side is not having to wait on a Monday at early noon and the friendly service. BUT there isn't much spacing between tables if you're worried about that during a pandemic.

We came here for our first time, for my Wife's birthday and it was a fantastic experience. The server (Shane R.) was extremely attentive, courteous and aware (he noticed the birthday cards my wife was reading right away, and asked if we were "Celebrating a special occasion?) He suggested several delicious menu choices, especially pointing out the extraordinarily delicious Salted Caramel Cheesecake. From the venue, plentiful parking, ambience and phenomenal server (Shane R.), we have decided to make The Cheesecake Factory the restaurant of choice for our celebrations, and plan to make a repeat visit very soon. Thanks Shane, for a delightful experience, and The Cheesecake Factory for mouth-watering menu choices!! See you soon!

I had a great experience at the Cheesecake Factory in Yorkdale Shopping Mall. Despite the hour wait without a reservation, the time flew by as we explored the mall and got some errands done. We started with the famous bread, which was delicious, and the crispy fried cheese, which was flavourful and hot. Our main courses, the French dip cheeseburger and Rigatoni Vodka, were both amazing. The prices were reasonable, and the portions were satisfying. Don't forget to grab a slice of cheesecake to go; it's the perfect way to end your meal!

This place is AMAZING. The food is worth every penny. Went here and waited about 20 minutes which was no problem at all. They gave us a buzzer when they were ready to seat us and the whole experience was amazing. The food is such a great value, we had no idea that the portions were going to be huge. It was like 2 of us could’ve shared one and be stuffed! The fried macaroni and cheese balls DELICIOUS. The spinach dip bowl was deep and had so much and the chips were perfect!! Definitely have to come back to try more on the menu and the cheesecakes!

Amazing experience as always. Brought my mom for a birthday brunch. Brunch was great, we had the cinnamon roll pancakes with eggs and bacon, fried chicken and waffles as well as the jambalaya hash. Also ordered a whole cake for my mom. Everything was great including the food, customer service and attentiveness. Absolutely recommend!!

Stopped in here for dinner recently as I hadn't been in a while. It hasn't changed much; menu is way too big and overwhelming. Like they're trying to be everything for everybody. The pasta dishes we got were very very good, but pricey at 28.99. Cheesecake for dessert was bomb.. but again way too many options. Quality was very good, quantity was great with good size portions and service was fabulous. It's a nice place to come to once every couple years, but they're very pricey.

First time here during a Friday night & we had to wait about 1.5 hours for a table. Totally worth the wait, the service by Karina was incredible, she did an amazing job giving recommendations and splendid service throughout. The food all came out relatively quick & everything was delicious. The portions are also big which is awesome. Would definitely come back.

Honestly, The Cheesecake Factory is a classic diner style restaurant with all types of cuisines. Their food is amazing and the portions are HUGE. Usually my family and I skip getting meals and just get loads of appetizers cause they're so good. The service is phenomenal and the waiters over there are extremely friendly. The atmosphere also has a very cozy vibe to it. Would definitely recommend someone try this place if they haven't. Oh and the Cheesecakes are BOMB obviously 😉

Cheesecake Factory is known im for it’s beautiful venue with the bar as well as the amazing food and cheesecake that is served here. This restaurant is so good that it’s always so packed. There’s a lack of organization though when trying to reserve a table. I tried to reserve a table and then I decided to get take out and the woman at the take out bar said I can eat inside if I find a spot at the bar and buy an alcoholic drink. I wish the woman who takes reservations told me that in the beginning so I could save more time. I was able to find a table within the restaurant. My server Shari is amazing. The servers served slowed due to overwhelming orders from all the customers since it was completely full. The food was amazing. My favourite dish is the spicy chipotle pasta dish. I love cheesecake as well and there’s so much variety Shari helped me choose one which was the chocolate fudge one which is not a cheesecake and it's the same price . I think these servers do their best and the service is good but they seem always overworked and rushed. Customers NEED TO KNOW that they can dine in without a reservation if there’s some chairs available at the bar. Anyways I’m helping everyone so “think smarter not harder “.

Great waiting staff. 20 - 40 minute waiting time before you are seated. Larger groups may wait up to an hour. There are no reservations, walk in only. Food is great if you like pasta / warm hearty dishes. Three at my table: we each order a different cheesecake and shared around the table. Very decadent (chocolate based), some are lighter than others (fruit based), all we delicious! Wait staff were all pleasant and kind.

The restaurant wasn't very busy on a Saturday at lunchtime. The server was nice but we waited a long time for our food, the dessert and the bill. Food tasted good but sizes are quite small for the price you pay. Stick to the classic flavors for cheesecake as some of them can be too sweet.

Great place with the same variety of food as you find around USA. The staff is also very friendly and we were seated as soon as we arrived trying to have a meal before a bit of shopping in the mall. The food arrived with a bit of a delay and I could not miss the fact the waitress (caked up in foundation) kept avoiding eye contact with me: what is wrong with some women younger than me anyway? The food was great, however I could not finish it and the waitress never arrived while my other half was in the toilet but only arrived as I was gone from the table!!!!??? Up to that point she kept hovering near the table but ignored me when I was trying to get her attention, which always makes me wonder when this happens. Returning when in the area? Of course, my other half always liked their cheesecakes.

I had lunch at the Cheesecake Factory, and I must say that the experience was really enjoyable. I ordered the crispy beer battered fish tacos and street corn to start, both of which were seasoned perfectly and tasted amazing. I decided to pair my meal with a bottle of Perrier. The presentation of the food was also top-notch and our server was great. Highly recommend the Cheesecake Factory to anyone looking for a delectable and aesthetically pleasing dining experience. In my opinion, it deserves five stars!

I recently visited the Cheesecake Factory and was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the restaurant was. The staff was also incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. While the prices were a bit on the expensive side, the quality of the food definitely made up for it. I would highly recommend trying their delicious cheesecake! One thing to keep in mind is that the restaurant is always busy, so it's best to make an in-person reservation ahead of time. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely return again!
