This
is
for
the
pharmacy
not
store****
I
tried
filling
my
prescription,
and
have
done
so
online
twice
now,
beforehand.
Once
after
Christmas,
and
another
time
after
New
Years,
why?
Because
the
pharmacy
didn’t
receive
it.
I
understood
it
glitched
which
is
why
I
call
ahead
as
well
to
confirm
before
going
in,
also
trying
to
give
grace
to
this
very
busy
location.
I
know
and
have
seen
the
pharmacists
do
their
best,
I’ve
been
coming
to
this
pharmacy
for
2
years.
Will
I
continue?
Probably
not
I
didn’t
catch
her
name
but
I’m
so
disappointed
with
the
customer
service
from
the
assistant
or
whomever
she
is,
who
picks
up
the
phone
and
delegates.
If
this
is
your
first
person
of
contact
I
suggest
serious
sensitivity
training
(not
that
I’m
belligerent,
firm
believer
or
treat
others
how
you
want
to
be
treated),
or
changing
staff
member
for
point
of
contact
with
customers.
Not
only
was
she
condescending
because
she
assumes
I
don’t
understand
her?
The
condescension
came
from
her
telling
me
my
prescription
isn’t
there
and
escalated
to
“how
do
you
not
know
where
you
picked
it
up
last?”
I’ve
told
her
multiple
times
on
the
phone,
idk
how
my
prescription
got
transferred
or
when,
because
my
shoppers
app
told
me
the
last
location
I
picked
it
up
from
was
Yonge
and
finch,
the
last
TWO
times
I
picked
it
up
was
from
this
location.
She
continued
to
condescend,
I
asked
for
help
to
figure
out
where
it
could
be
so
I
can
get
back
onto
my
antidepressants
that
has
already
had
2
failed
attempts.
I
don’t
believe
in
yelling
to
get
my
point
across,
I
asked
her
what’s
going
on
with
her
customer
service,
she
couldn’t
answer,
rushed
me
off
the
phone
with
“please
hold
on”
which
resulted
in
her
hanging
up
immediately.
This
really
didn’t
have
to
result
in
anyone
feeling
any
type
of
way,
especially
when
I
didn’t
approach
it
like
that.
5
stars
for
the
actual
location
