I give This location no star. This is my experience at Hudson Bay. It's a very long story but i will try to make it short. My husband and I went to hudson bay to purchase items for Christmas,we paid $5000 in cash not including debit and credit card. ZOEY the employee at Hudson Bay in the PERFUME SECTION took our order. Christmas day my family opened their gifts omg items,were double charged, record and receipt were missing, our money was not adding up. Boxing day return to the store. I ask for my rewards record the manager said she can't gave it to me because of the investigation.The manager did her investigation after 20days I was told there's no receipt the manager looked me in the eyes and proudly saying ZOEY will not do this. So disgusting I have all record, text msg and receipt to support my claim and DIOR RECORD TOO. I did not receive back all our money. I received items that I paid for that had no record or reciept SHAME ON HUDSON BAY MANAGER I WILL NEVER GO TO ANY HUDSON BAY STORE EVER. What should have been the best Christmas for my family turns out to be a nightmare ☹️☹️💔💔

Great selection of mens wear that is well merchandised! Where they are lacking is in customer service. I waited for ages for someone to serve me. I wanted to get a pair of shoes, I had already tried on the display shoe. Stood and waited around for over 10 minutes and then left and returned hoping someone would be there but no luck. Every store I went into in the Scarborough town Centre I was greeted by an employee immediately and offered service. Disappointing to see as I’ve been a Hudsons Bay Company shopper exclusively for a long time. Fast forward to 2023 and many return visits later…and much better staff engagement. I really like the merchandising in this location! Large store with multiple floors and everything you could want or need for yourself or your home. They have some great sales on a lot of the time and you can save a lot. Lots of designer goods available. They sell quality and you may pay more so look for those sales! Clean and well lit throughout with access to the rest of the mall. Not usually crowded and large and spacious so I can enjoy the shopping experience. Love Bay Days! Always find something at a great price!

Has got an amazing collection of fashion, beauty, sports personal care and home goods.. you can think of day to day items as well as luxury items. The staff are really helpful. I had a wonderful experience. I am deducting one point only for the reason because the online orders and return counter had 4kiosks but only one staff member was present to serve the customers so we had to wait. Besides that everything was excellent.

This bay is very big store, spread over 5 floors including basement from clothes, shoes to furniture. So much variety and collection, every single brand is there. Employees are on every step to help you. Staff was really helpful and music was cherish. I purchased a Pea coat today.

I have been to many Hudson’s Bay and to me this branch is the best one out there. It is clean, organized, bright, well designed, and there are enough staff. The staff were nice and helpful. The clothes selection is pretty good and prices are good especially when they are on discount. There is a 25% and 30% discount on many items plus an additional 10-30% for spending over a certain limit.

Dimitri in the shoes section is an amazing sales associate!! Very attentive and did a great job juggling the rush of people that were there in a kind manner. Just thought I'd leave this here because I feel if you get great service in an establishment you should let the company know. Keep up the great work!!

There we're so many great sales happening in almost all the different brands. Mac makeup had great sale. New colours we're out for fall. I love their new volume black mascaras and new eye liners. All their products smells amazing. You should definitely check it out. Chanel also brought new lip colours as well. Thank you all for your great customer Service Experience.

This Bay is located in our closest shopping mall - Scarborough town centre (STC). Its our convenience to shop around here. Not a huge collection or space but fair enough for us. Time to time, shopping is a wonderful experience here, associates are friendly, price is mid level to high, nothing you may get cheap if your expectation is such! But hey, quality costs!

For the extremely overpriced goods in this store, which is an understatement to be sure, the customer service is worse than you can imagine. The employee who begrudgingly helped us, she actually made an audible sigh and pained look at the thought of having to work. Please spend your hard earned and heavily taxed money in a store that deserves your business!

No quality control - they sell used products! Terrible experience with Hudson's Bay. I bought a Smeg hand mixer online intending to gift it, and the recipient opened the box in front of me today only to find the product in a used state, with visible food residue on the whisks. It was unsanitary and disgusting. I'm baffled at how this item was advertised as new. This lack of quality control is unacceptable. I strongly advise against purchasing from them.

I went there on Saturday 30dec around 8pm. Looking for perfume. One associate asked me do you need any thing? I asked her about one perfume. She gave me strip for one and asked rudely that you liked it and you want to buy it!! I said i’m still looking for other one’s. After that she ran away, she should suppose to show me other ones by helping me. She choose to talk to other associates. I don’t know how she getting paid for this kind of behaviour and getting paid for doing nothing just chatting. I wanna know how her manager or supervisor is not watching her. I have attached the pic for reference and i would never visit this store again where they don’t care about customers!! BEWARE IF YOU’RE A BROWN GUY!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS RACIST STORE..

Went to this location after a long time. Pretty nicely laid out store. Shopping experience is much more pleasant. I wish to see all the Hudson's Bay store like this. Nice collection too. However, recently, I started to see not much variety for in store shopping.

Scarborough town center is enormous, at finding your way to the correct store is difficult. With so many patios open at the parking can be a bit challenging; however, there is ample space you have to park a little farther away from your destination. Hudson's bay has three levels, and all cater to different needs. I went to return from my online shopping. The customer rep was accommodating, and she assisted as best as she could.

The managers over there seriously have to tell the workers to package fragile materials a lot more secure. Plates arrived broken from the Bay warehouses in the past from poor packing. Just received a new order of plates that could’ve easily been broken again without any fragile stickers on the box or secure enough packing.

Store clean and organized, Find everything that I needed, salesperson very busy and at the same time very helpful I don't know how she managed and keep smiling the story needs more staff. The salesperson try her very best to get every sale even though I went for one item I end up with more and I am happy. Cheers

Apparently the store has cut a lot of staff. It was better on the ground floor and basement in term of staffing. But there were no cashier available at all on the 2nd level, payment was only available on ground floor and basement. I had to walk around the entire floor to look for a staff to unlock the fitting room for us. It was not a pleasant experience at all.

Went to check out Zellers. Has some interesting finds. Got a bed for our cats at a reasonable price

One stop shop for clothes, apparels, footwear and cosmetics. Quite expensive but good to buy during bay days

Went there purposively as I was looking for Dockers Khaki trousers and other day saw in the Docker's website that products are available at the Hudson's Bay. But I was not sure whether my desired products are available at the store inside the STC. To my surprise and satisfaction I found two pairs of trousers of my size. It was truly a rewarding experience.

It always seems that whenever something is on sale, it's just to sell off leftover stock. I was looking at pants the other day, and all I saw was 34 & 38 waists. If you're some other size, I guess you can wait and buy it at full price some other time. I remember years ago, I dropped by looking for Brita filters less than an hour after the store opened on the first day of a sale. There was nothing on the shelf. I wonder if they had any stock to start with.

The prices of clothing are moderate to high but the quality are excellent.

Clean and quite a good selection of men's clothes and Cologne.

Helen the worker in the fragrance section is amazing ! She is always so energetic and sweet, always shows the value sets and deals and makes sure I always am satisfied with my purchase. If you need someone to help with fragrance she is the one ! My only go to person. Thanks Helen for your amazing customer service !

Line up has been awful. They have made some failing strategic calls, and will become the next Sears.

Large bright and clean store with wide aisles and well marked departments. Selection is varied and ample, all sizes and styles represented. Furniture and electronics departments also fully stocked, prices are as expected. Staff friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, willing to help even if not their area. Enjoyed the experience and will visit again.

Very clean and tidy and to think people always have negative things to say about Scarborough.

Great mall that’s super easy to get to with lots of parking. Tons of shops and prices are all pretty good. Clean and spacious as well as a pretty decent food court and some good restaurants around the outside.

Recently paid a visit after a number of years and we were very pleasantly surprised by how well stocked and up to date the store was. Great selection and helpful staff.

Now Sears is gone and the remaining decent department store is the Bay. And they do have some good quality merchandise with quite a variety. Black Friday is the time to take a look.

A great store!! Extremely helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Everything under one roof. You couldn't ask for more. As you can tell I loved it.
