Great place, always such a great atmosphere too. The staff are friendly, the food is lovely and of course the cocktails are the best.

We loved the atmosphere here. Loud and entertaining music. Extremely attentive staff and amazing design 👏 The only minus will be the food, as even the non-spicy food is still spicy (and unfortunately, we are European people, and usually, we do not use any spicy ingredients in our dishes). Car park for free at Argos (2h). Children are welcome daily until 9 pm. Definitely recommend them 👌 🌟

Elfa and Katherine were lovely. The manager of the place provided us with amazing service and made us so welcome during our bottomless brunch. Food was nice, I asked for not spicy and mine was just right. Drinks are amazing as always !

We haven't visited here for about two years so decided to give it a well overdue visit. We had booked and glad we did as the venue was really busy. We didn't like the table we were seated at as it seemed in the way however the staff were accommodating and allowed us to sit at another table. That's always a very good start. Service was very good, efficient and friendly. For mains my wife ordered the Mo Bay Chicken and she really loved it. I ordered the Baby Back Ribs. Whilst I liked it, the description of "falling off the bone" was more like "needs carving off the bone" as they were quite tough. I was glad I had a steak knife. For desserts my wife had the Sticky Ginger Pudding and again really enjoyed it. I had the Chilli Chocolate Brownie that however was really dry. More like desert than dessert. Overall it was a good experience, good service, nice atmosphere albeit with a couple of niggles with the food. Nice also to see they don't charge an additional service charge like some restaurants do. We will be back to sample something different from the menu.

Been here twice for bottomless brunch, service and cocktails are incredible. We managed 17 cocktails each definitely worth the money! Staff are flawless! Only thing we would have preferred, is having a separate bottomless brunch menu. Just to make things more clear and reducing the menu size.

I cannot say too much about the drinks, as I haven't had many, and I am allergic to a lot as they have pineapple in. However, the ones that I have tried , have been amazing! I have never tasted rum before, but the rum here is great! The food is great too. I haven't tried the desserts or any starters, but the main meals come in great portions are are cooked well. It is what I expected from a Carribean restaurant. The customer service is also really good. The staff care to the people that they serve.

Absolutely love Turtle Bay! The vibe is relaxed and the staff are all helpful and friendly. Never had a bad meal here, and the Bottomless Brunch is the best for choice and value of any I've ever had.

First time I've visited the Northampton branch. Love the decor of the place! Staff are friendly and attentive. We ordered the Prawn starter which didn't taste of much... the mains though made up for it... they were flavoursome! Food is well presented. Would come here again.

Clearly very popular on Saturday afternoons! Lovely guy got us seated despite it being very busy, very friendly and funny. Remi served us, he was fab. Cocktails were strong and the food was tasty, all 3 of us enjoyed it

Superb food, arrived early but that wasn't a problem. Served by Mark who was excellent at his job, attentive and knowledgeable. Our 3 course lunchtime meal was £29.50 which was 10/10, my jerk wings were lovely and had good spice to them.... As did my jerk chicken breast with coconut rice main course..... Really nice atmosphere too.

Turtle Bay Northampton bottomless brunch offered a delightful experience with efficient service and a friendly, attentive staff. From the moment we arrived, the team ensured a seamless dining experience. The waitstaff was not only prompt in refilling our drinks but also exuded a genuine warmth, enhancing the overall atmosphere. The variety of brunch options was impressive, catering to diverse palates. The staff's knowledge of the menu and willingness to accommodate dietary preferences added a personalized touch. Despite the bustling environment, the service remained top-notch, reflecting a well-coordinated team. Turtle Bay's bottomless brunch stands out for its combination of efficiency and genuine hospitality.

Liked the look of the menu. Good deals, and creative menu. Reggae music was perfect. So much better than expected. Food was amazing, best meal I have had all year. Service was faultless and felt it was genuine. I cannot rate this any more highly, but wish I could. Thank you for a great time.

Great food and decent service. Our food took a long time to arrive, but we were warned about this as they had multiple large bookings in at the time. Drinks were delicious and I find the pricing reasonable for most of what is offered.

Prit was really friendly and excited to be speaking with us and Ruth was just as attentive! The barman (unfortunately didn’t get his name) made some incredible cocktails faster than you could say what you wanted. Love it!

OK turtle Bay in Northampton. Well all I will say is this you will not find a more friendly welcoming team anywhere else. Marc who served us was patient with my better half and gave advice on spice levels as she is new to it all and recommended great dishes that wasn't on the high Caribbean spice level. Even gave advice on cocktails that will help with the soothing of spice levels. If you go you will not be disappointed all the staff was friendly and wanted nothing but for you to have a good time. I highly recommend if you haven't been before

Second time visiting this Turtle Bay branch and wasn't disappointed. I really love the food and I orded the new vegan Island Brunch bowl which was absolutely delicious, cleared the plate clean! I may not be vegan but I appreciate when the vegan/vegetarian options are so tasty I'd rather opt for them. Great hospitality from the waiter Don who served us today.

Went to Turtle Bay for the first time, ordered a platter as I wanted to try bit of everything, the fries were definitely a yes as well as the chicken wings but the squid rings were very dry. The first cocktails were more juice, ice and water than anything else but changed to something else which was a lot better... one of the orders came wrong twice but otherwise ok, I'll definitely be back and hopefully will have a better experience.

Great meal and experience. Staff were really friendly and attentive. This was on a busy Saturday night and we didn't have to wait long at all for our food. Try the Caribbean katsu curry as this was really tasty. Make sure you book in advance because it can be hard to get a table (particularly during happy hour)

I came last week for a girls night and it was perfect. The staff were really friendly and attentive and the food was incredible! 2 4 1 cocktails also went down a treat 👌

Went on a Monday, food was slow to arrive. The flavour of the food was nice but the meat, (curry goat) was very tough. It repelled the spoon back at my head when I tried to cut it. The portions were very small. The bowls are very misleading. Super shallow. I wouldn't bother coming here for food again. It's more of a drinking place.
