    The worst mc donald ever have racist staff they don't like delivery driver . There is no social distance they don't care about this they want more customers to come inside and kick to drivers. Shame on you mc donald family.

    Made a order through Uber eats, got send completely the wrong order, half a order missing!! And whatever came was stone cold lol, I called the store and the manager told me she's sorry but not sorry

    Yet again the order is incorrect. How can 3 meals, the main part of the order be missed? And when you phone, they blame Uber. We spoke to the driver who said he only received 2 bags which only contained drinks & Happy Meals. Not good service at all.

    Just been to eat in here no straw with my order. Ask the kid serving for a straw and he says they are 10p. Charging a 300% mark up on a tiny sachet of sauce is bad enough but 10p on top of what you pay already for a paper straw you need that's just wrong.

    Food bag was opened when i got it, 2 people turned up to deliver my food. They drove somewhere else before delivering my food to me and turned off the signal but funny enough i had already seen where they were going before they turned it off. Called McDonald’s and the person I spoke to was rude, Sounded lazy and didn’t even apologize and just told me to call just eat. Neither delivery person spoke any english at all. 🙄🙄🙄

    If I could give this place a 0, I would. Went there for a quick meal and honestly never felt so unsafe in my life- All the high-school chavs group there. The food was just sad honestly, flat tossed together burger and overly salted fries: honestly would not recommend this place at all.

    The food is what it is - a cheap quick option . After wading through a sea of delivery bikes and their drivers I went to order which was fast considering there was only 1 till. I then stood and with others waiting for their food and watched the staff get in total disarray - I watched a staff member sluggishly load mine then let it sit for 5/10 mins ..saying she was waiting for *something* ..the *something * turned out to be in the bag ...other customers who were in a rush or fed up waiting had to watch their food be jiggled from one bag to another to try sort orders =chaos Our food was just warm if we wasn't in a rush I'd of certainly taken it back . Seems to many staff and noones knows or cares what they are doing

    Delivery or order in can't get it right... past two times I used them both times order has been wrong, first time the gave me a brown sauce bacon roll when order a brown sauce breakfast roll that was ordered in.... then order through deliveroo didn't get my breakfast meal, and the cap on the medium coffee was to small so split everywhere. Not to be rude how hard is it to read an order and place the right items in the bag... lack of responsibility and care towards customers

    Ordered via just eat. App said delivered and to rate… if the food had arrived I could have. Called store but they said on way and hung up. Tried calling back but McDonald’s keep hanging up the phone. Absolutely shocking behaviour and no help or apology. They said they can not contact the driver which is a lie, as my business we can contact the driver if they have orders muddled up.

    Absolutely disgusting place has completely went downhill all the staff were rude and talking rather than serving and doing there job. lady didn’t want to clean the tables as she was talking to someone, really unhygienic and I asked for my food freshly made as I’m having treatment and it’s important for me to have fresh cooked food and it was done in a minute cold and not fresh made at all

    Came here a few months back I was body shamed and basically called fat by a members of staff called Rachel. I called the store the next day and a male manager answered, he was no help and didn’t really take the situation seriously which made me feel even more bad. Disgusting behaviour from members of this store.

    Wasn't great. The food was fine, but getting the food kinda sucked. To start with, one of my friends had one of the kiosk machines fail to print their receipt, meaning they had to ask at the counter. When me and my friends were finally all waiting with our receipts, it took about 10 minutes for the first of our orders to come out, and an additional 20 minutes afterwards, where our orders progressively came out. At one point my order was showing on the screen as ready to connect, and then disappeared. It took another 5 minutes after it disappearing for my food to come out. In short, the food was fine, but it took a long time to come out.

    Ordering machines don't work unless you nearly punch them. Generally the printers don't work. Staff arent bothered about helping and because of the stupid counter layout meaning there's only 1 staff member near the counter and they have to sort both delivery and in person orders. Most staff don't speak English either so god help you having your request understood. One of the worst McDonalds in the UK.

    This is the 3rd time our order from here has been wrong. How difficult is it to get an order correct? Getting it wrong once is acceptable, twice not so good, but three times?? Really, get your act together! Your service is pants!😡

    Ordered on Uber. Ordered a Big Mac - NO CHEESE. Guess what! They delivered a Big Mac with CHEESE!!! All I can do is report it to Uber and wait 30456 days for a refund, because "they" don't re-deliver. So, now I have to wait until I finish work for any food!! Why can't McDonalds employees READ an order CORRECTLY. It's really simple. We can't all eat CHEESE. Edit - 31.08.2021 - I know, I'm stupid. I ordered another Big Mac with NO CHEESE and AGAIN!!!!! They send me a Big Mac WITH CHEESE. I mean it's just comical. I'm sitting here in the office until 5 - NOW starving because AGAIN they send me a Big Mac WITH CHEESE. I CAN'T eat CHEESE!!!! Thanks McDonalds. Never ever ordering again.

    Very disappointed. Sat down I’m McDonald’s in town, very busy. Ordered on the machine and printer not working didn’t give the receipt. Very smelly on the left side of the entrance so had to change seat. Tables dirty and seats aswell. Floor very dirty. Lettuce was a bit old and burger half cold, I guess from being left on the side till I asked the lady to call my number. All other McDonald’s near Weston Favell as well as near Morrison have the station for ketchup and bbq sauce but here apparently need to buy it ? Asked the staff aswell as the manager but on this one that’s how they do it … have to buy your own sauce … very money driven and not felt the customer welcomed at all. I very often go McDonald’s and kids enjoy it but in town centre I’ll never go again…. :(

    Super busy, food is made fresh but by the time you receive it, it's cold. They are always short of takeaway bags. One of the Managers was quite rude when I asked for a handle takeaway bag. She didn't even care to pack it nicely. Would not recommend dining in with family, as the crowd is full of young youngsters which is at times quite disturbing.

    Not a fan of this one. Busy as hell, everyone queuing in the middle of the building and hard to get past. Items missing from order, charge you 10p for sauce and the vibe wasn't great in there either. Poor on the chips, 3/4 full and none in the bag as there sometimes is. Toilets downstairs were out of order. There were also some on the ground floor too, which weren't pleasant.

    Was pretty busy and felt that the seating area and waiting area is too cramped for this specific store, it has improved with the barriers** and food was ordered and received quickly and was also nice and tasty and did manage to find a seat, relatively clean but always feel uncomfortable in this restaurant due to the busy and compact feeling.

    When you walk in all done as take away of sorts. I having a foreign card tried to use kiosk but was informed I would have to see cashier for payment. Looked as though the order went through and gave us a number to collect but no one called. The set up made it so the cashiers were block a staff person handing out meals as she called numbers. We assumed we would be called and pay. Not the case, off to the left side of a pillar behind was a register out of view. If we had not asked after waiting for 15 minutes for 2 cheese burgers and seeing others that came after us getting service we would never have known as the visual registers were completely blocked by a makeshift barrier/counter. Really poor design and lack of information made this the longest fast food stop at almost 40 minutes for a cheese burger.

    The food is of usual McDonalds standards. But the layout is weird. Sometimes they hand over the food in the main part of the branch and sometimes hidden from behind a pillar. It needs to be sorted out so it’s easier for people to navigate.

    Although it was busy, I only ordered 2 large drinks and we had gotten them within a couple minutes of getting there. The place is relatively clean most of the time but I know a few times there have been fights here. Be careful with bringing children especially if it's after school finishes. Other than that the food and drinks are always nice and up to the golden standard they look for. Great place right in the middle of the town centre.

    Poorly thought out. Machines near doorways, queues near doorways. Lack of space for wheelchairs, buggies, prams. Sitting on top of other people. Lack of staff to clean and tidy tables.

    McDonald's, what happened to your standards? How many times I ordered cheeseburgers in this place: 1. Why there is just one piece of pickle in standard cheeseburger? 2. Why there is just one piece of pickle in TRIPLE cheeseburger? 3. Why when we ordered 4 triple cheeseburgers - it was 1 pickle in three of them and 3 pickles in one of them?! Shouldn't they be similar?! It seems there of them were made from standard cheeseburgers that were left. Shame on you)

    McDonald's is more focused customers who can't be bother to come in store ( ubereats etc) than those who are in store resulting is a long wait for what used to be called fast food.

    Rather chaotic and busy in the order area, especially with a disability walker. Due to people waiting, self-service screens, home delivery courriers and alike. Luckily I have the app, so could order at the table. Although no table service.

    This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to in my life, I have ordered from this McDonald’s before on Uber eats, they are always missing something, one time my carrots were frozen, wich were for a child wich is absolutely terrible, and they refused my request in Uber eats, I went in there today for lunch and it was quite busy, the young girl who served me was nice but was clearly new and did not have a clue as to what she was doing I was then over charged, for extra food I did not order, was told it was going to be a few mins as I have a short break and I ended up waiting almost 20 mins, giving every over person their food before mine even the 10 15 orders after mine, I get it’s easier for smaller orders but this place is just awful, for my food, they chuck the food in the bags wich my squashed my chips that made them go soggy and horrible, and my burger was cold and hard, this place honestly needs to sort their staff out, majority are just rude or ignore you, I don’t expect a lot as it’s just a McDonald’s but their are standards and they do not have them what’s so ever

    Standard McDonald's experience. The order screens say takeaway only but you can still sit in. Very busy when I went but it was 12-1 o'clock so that's to be expected. Only fault I can give is that it seems to take quite a while if you order a McPlant for whatever reason, but I think that's a universal issue among McDonald's?

    Does as a normal McDonald's does but doesn't feel inviting or friendly. Packed out most days and always busy, and the seating areas are usually always closed off. I would go there for a quick meal but never my first choice.

    Fab! Great speedy service. Chips well filled and served hot! Great staff too. Will return in future if I'm in the areas! Very liberal with the bbq dips which always makes me happy. A great restaurant

    So far I've always had a bad experience at this store. Everytime the McDonald staff had successfully managed to terribly get the order so wrong. Also the staff not only gets the order wrong but also tries to push the wrong order on you upon enquiry. Not to mention of wrong receipts and items missing from the order. I personally love McDonald and their taste. I've been their loyal customer over the years but since these experiences I try avoid going into McDonalds at Northampton. McDonald should seriously change their ordering system and give control to customers and transparency in the order receipt. I sincerely hope McDonald should take cognizance of this complaint and bring in changes so that next time the existence could be a pleasant one.
