One of Northbrook's great embarrassments. The mall operator is so bad, Mariano's preferred to build their own location down Sanders Road rather than deal with them. During covid they continued to demand their rent, forcing long-time tenants to close. Most businesses don't last long.

Mall is older and lots of unrented spaces. Shops aren't national brands and grocery store left and nothing has replaced it.

Decent food in the area but not much else

So-so center with a great breakfast spot (Butterfields). There may be fewer tenants now. Well maintained but fairly empty. Status Quo.

Visiting Express Employment Professional, looks like this small strip mall in good shape. Any empty store fronts needs to be filled up, hopefully the Northbrook trustees get smart by giving better break and dumb commercial property owners reduce the rents. All parties involved need to keep the cost down. Public workers need to cut their pay plus elected officials also.

Decent mall, unfortunately the stores in this area don't do too good. Many of them have opened up and closed and others that followed did the same. Potholes are to be expected unfortunately, and it is hard to pull out of the mall in certain areas. Still a good place to go to visit a few restaurants and remaining stores in this mall.

Butterfield's and Goodwill make this mall. Butterfield's makes a great place to eat breakfast either inside or out.

Location is great. Miss the absence of a grocery store. I do not know why it has not been replaced. I still go there because Goodwill is there. I also recently went to Tong's restaurant for takeout. The food was very good. Location needs Grocery store.!

Has some nice stores and restaurants, but is missing an anchor after Joe Caputo's closed. A few other vacancies left Sanders Court a little bare, but there's still some decent shopping here.

, I think Noggin Builders is a great addition to this mall. some conveniences for parents dropping off and a lot of potential to build up on child adjacent and family adjacent businesses. Goodwill is always a great place whether I'm donating or looking for that unique odds and ends item

We visited this place for the first time, namely, we visited Goodwill and were very pleased. They bought shorts and three T-shirts for my husband in different sizes and they all suit him very well. The eldest daughter found herself a cute light blue blouse, and the youngest daughter found a Lego train and a ball to develop fine motor skills. I bought myself two shorts - some to wear at home, the other to go to the gym or for a run, as well as five T-shirts, one blouse and a sweatshirt with a hood. All of these things started costing between $2.99 and $6.99.
