Неожиданный поворот для меня случился 18.06.23 в ~18-30 на кассе магазина «Детский мир» в ТЦ Галерея. (к сожалению всему, я не запомнила имя женщины-кассира в этот бурный вечер) Я зашла за несколькими вещами для малыша, когда подошла к кассе, кассир была не приветлива, но это совсем не та проблема, о которой пишу. Суть в том, что я покупала карту лояльности в январе этого года, когда совершила покупку на приличную сумму. - протянула карту перед оплатой, кассир провела ее и сказала «она у вас заблокирована», я спросила «почему?», ответ: «не знаю, ~ если в течение года покупок не делаете, она блокируется»… хорошо, по номеру тоже почему-то не получилось. Я очень удивилась и спросила «почему, ведь я делала покупку пол года назад?🤨» - молчание в ответ и пожимание плечами. я попросила вернуть карту, дабы разобраться в ситуации, И ТУТ ЭТОТ НЕОЖИДАННЫЙ ПОВОРОТ - «я ее выбросила. а зачем она вам, она же заблокирована»…..
