I'm an American, and when I visited I noticed this creepy man following me and staring at me. No staff seemed to care and made it out as if I were the agressor, while this sick man was "the victim". Awhile later after returning home, I found out that he flashes himself in the store!!!! This is unacceptable, and nothing has been done about it. Please, women of Nottingham stay safe! An employee even has said he's a regular. Do not give this sick company your time and money until something changes!

It's a bit sparse of a store now. They still have well-known brands, but also a bit thin on stock. The home department was not very good. More options at John Lewis.

The customer service manager was so rude I went with my daughter to send the perfume I bought 2 days ago because I bought more than 1 and noon of my family liked the one I wanted to return I had sample of it they said is only credit note only or exchange when I bought why they haven’t said that before perches it. I paid £90 for it they should explain or put a warning to a customer I was angry but calm with them 1st when the manager came she was so rude because of her she stopped me to even think about it to spend my money on there again. All my perfume and make are from them and I spent lots of money every month or week there but I am done never again I’ll just give that £90 credit to my husband to buy something and we’re done.

Its a good shop wide variety of things. Please dont close down like all the others these shops are sentimental to some of us. Prices are also reasonable considering the quality of the things sold there.

I don’t usually shop from House of Fraser but I am glad I did this time, as I picked up the perfect Christmas gift for a friend. The shop itself is set out quite nice , everything seems easy to find and the staff are friendly

Loved HoF for many years but was underwhelmed by my recent visit. The place looks and feels neglected. Floors are worn and had hazard tape on them, staff were far and few between etc. I couldn't find a fitting room on the ground floor...might have missed it but there was no one to ask! Went to the first floor and the two fitting rooms were directly in the Mango clothes section (I.e. people shopping directly outside the curtain whilst you're trying on). One cubicle had no light so was useless with the curtain drawn, the other was dirty with fluff, hair and tissue on the floor. Left a little bit sad, as it would be a genuine shame if HoF were to shut; so many good brands and choice provided there. It kind of felt like it was being 'run down' 😕

Sam at Aveda is the most helpful and friendly member of staff ever, he really makes you feel welcome and goes above and beyond to make your experience amazing.

Paula I think her name was brown hair lady. Amazing service and very attentive as I was struggling on deciding jewellery for Xmas presents. Made my decision a lot easier thank you!

Staff were okay but manage didn't know how to talk and manage problems. She was tall black lady I think was manger however I won't accept her as a staff, she was rude , intefring , and talk bossy , racist to me , no cups at all but she gave a mug to person after me , she brought there and with face expectation showed me I brought mug . There were 2 young lady, were fine . The m as n were there he was rude but didn't talk to me , encouraged the lady . Toilet were out of order , when I asked the guy spoke to 2 girls oh she came , I think they don't train how to talk to the customers

Couldn't be more dead , town was insanely busy yet house of Fraser dead as a door nail. Staff looked bored and were unhelpful. And their online experience isnt worth buying from customer services was shocking.

Café Zest has the best staff and serves great food however they close sooner than any other café. Extend the opening hours, please. Not good for laptoppers for not having enough power point

Many options upstairs for men, bought a few suits and great customer service provided by staff throughout. Could easily spend hours here

If you are going Xmas shopping or simply buying on a whim like me, avoid House of Fraser because if you take an item back for a refund you won’t get a cash refund. You are given a credit note. So your money is locked in. You can not take it to spend elsewhere. I was shocked. It is honestly just as though you were shopping at Sports Direct. After all the owner is the same and you get the same style of service

Not quite the HoF I remember and very rarely visit now as it's focused on sports clothes. Seems empty most of the time which on one hand is good but on the other not. Also try and find a till!

Disgraceful pricing issues not resolved by contemptuous staff and incompetent individuals at Resolver. Barbour product advertised online at £165, charged as £185 in store despite some items being labelled as £165 and "20% off" notices displayed on racks. A staff manager refused to refund the difference or even provide a credit note. Resolver promised a 10% off voucher online plus free postage but have now changed tack and are not providing it, so I will be contacting trading standards.
